This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to, and honestly one of the most poorly managed restaurant experiences I've had anywhere. I sat down at the bar and ordered a beer and buffalo chicken dip. After waiting 40 minutes with no food, I watched multiple people around me sit down after I did, place full meal orders, and receive their food while I was still waiting on an appetizer. Only then did the bartender go to the back and remind the kitchen that my food had apparently never come out. He returned and apologized. Ten more minutes passed and the food still never arrived. At that point I told the bartender to just cancel the order. He spoke with the manager, who walked over to the register to remove the item from my ticket, but never even acknowledged me, apologized, or said a single word. He literally walked right past me. The bartender later asked if the manager had spoken to me, and I told him no. The bartender apologized again. The bartender was the only person who acted professionally. The management was terrible. A manager should have come directly to me, apologized for the complete breakdown in service, and comped the food that still had not arrived after nearly 50 minutes. Based on this experience, ownership needs to seriously evaluate the leadership at this location because the lack of accountability and customer service was unbelievable. So I go in and sit down after awhile the waitress tells me she's working that area and it's very busy so I would have to place my order online. My family and I went to bww for the first time to use a gift card we received. At first glance, we noticed that there weren't many customers, the lighting was dim and the noise level was low- from the lack of people. The waitress was kind and offered good service. I don't have any complaints about her, but the restaurant did have issues having the food out in a timely manner. Not only did my brother's burger come out way after our parents and I were done eating, but they made it wrong and they had to redo it. In the end, he didn't even get the burger he ordered. Now...about the wings. The wings were big compared to the place across the street. Some people may prefer that. In my opinion, the flavor just wasn't what I hoped for. As a fan of the place across the street, these wings were just weird to me. The skin was thick and the flavor of the sauces were not so good. Oh, and the ranch...not good. Gotta have good ranch. Fried pickles were good. The wings are understandably expensive, but I would expect them to come with a side- which they do not. The place has so many empty seats but for some reason no one helped us when we walked through the door. Waited a good 15 minutes just standing there waiting to be sat. Came here on a Wednesday night. It was pretty slow. I sat at the bar. The bar tender was efficient but would disappear at times for periods of time. My Sampler platter was ok. Seems like it sat under a heat lamp for a while. Beer was good but they were out of Rahr & Sons Dadgum IPA. You can substitute the ranch dressing with light balsamic if you prefer. You can get the sauce on the side for the naked tenders as well to control the amount of sauce being put on it. The medium Buffalo was tasty and the mango habanero had a kick. At first it starts all sweet then pow that habanero pops up. My niece loved her cheese curd bacon burger with fries. She pretty much devoured the whole thing and ordered another side of fries. She really liked that hamburger since she kept talking about how good it was. My other niece ordered lemon pepper wings with fries. She liked her food. Only downside on this visit, is that since it was Tuesday (half price wings) parking was difficult to find around 6pm. We also had to wait over 30 minutes for our food to come out. A 6pm dinner ended at 8pm. Lol Pretty much every table I saw waited a while for their food to come out. The nearly empty parking lot should have been enough of a red flag. Walked in and smelled pine sol cleaner and thought maybe they just cleaned. sat at the bar and ordered a Dos X. Took one sip felt something was off, took another at the same time I looked over at the fruit tray to see what looked like a little cloud of smoke but was really just fruit flys. The good thing about BWW is that this is the only drawback, everything else about the restaurant was great. The customer service was amazing, my waiter Alphonso was very helpful, made sure that he continually checked on us, and gave me some if the best customer service that I have received in Killeen. When the food came out half an hour later the waitress never got mine... and didn't back after dropping the food for about 15 minutes.
