The restaurant itself wasn't really packed but the server told us that the kitchen was backed up and our food would take a little while. It didn't take that long for our food but the buffalo sauce almost tasted sour then it was hot, the Asian zing sauce was pretty good. Wings themselves were crispy, hot and juicy. On my wife's burger they forgot her bacon and when they brought it to us one piece was really burnt. To the point where my wife didn't eat it, I ate it but it was really tough and brunt. read more

5 stars for Chaz. 2 stars for management. Chaz excelled tonight. Thank you! Management, you failed your bartender by not getting her help on a Friday night, College Football Playoff game. read more

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to, and honestly one of the most poorly managed restaurant experiences I've had anywhere. I sat down at the bar and ordered a beer and buffalo chicken dip. After waiting 40 minutes with no food, I watched multiple people around me sit down after I did, place full meal orders, and receive their food while I was still waiting on an appetizer. Only then did the bartender go to the back and remind the kitchen that my food had apparently never come out. He returned and apologized. Ten more minutes passed and the food still never arrived. At that point I told the bartender to just cancel the order. He spoke with the manager, who walked over to the register to remove the item from my ticket, but never even acknowledged me, apologized, or said a single word. He literally walked right past me. The bartender later asked if the manager had spoken to me, and I told him no. The bartender apologized again. The bartender was the only person who acted professionally. The management was terrible. A manager should have come directly to me, apologized for the complete breakdown in service, and comped the food that still had not arrived after nearly 50 minutes. Based on this experience, ownership needs to seriously evaluate the leadership at this location because the lack of accountability and customer service was unbelievable. The entire place felt disorganized, neglected, and poorly managed. I paid my tab and walked out, and I won't be returning. read more

Would give less stars if I could. Takeout order took over an hour to complete and the food was not even hot. The fries and apps were soggy from sitting in the back so long. read more

I just bought 6 chicken wings, the chicken wings are delicious but I'm confused that they reused crushed celery??? I ordered here twice. Last time I lost money and there was no food. When I ordered to take away, they delivered it to my home. When I got home, I didn't see it. I lost $58. Today, the same situation happened again. Hey, do you really respect your customers' health??? No good read more

Service: Our server hardly came by, and we had to hunt her down to get our check and to-go boxes. With her crocs and socks on. We also waited ten minutes to be seated, though it wasn't busy by any means. Facilities: The women's bathroom smelled awful--imagine feminine products sitting in the hot sun. It appeared dirty to the core. I don't recommend this location at all. read more

I had a good experience. Placed an order for pick-up. Order was ready for me as soon as I arrived. Wings and Burger were made correctly, However the Fries tasted "Stale". The Outaide of the Restaurant could use attention. Pick up some trash outside and cut the weeds growing from the side walk. read more

As I drove in the parking lot I noticed that not too many cars were there cuz there was plenty of parking spaces available. So I go in and sit down after awhile the waitress tells me she's working that area and it's very busy so I would have to place my order online. I asked her if I can go to the front register to place my order she stated that I need to do it online. I really did not like that idea at all. I told her no thank you and left. I went across the highway to Pluckers where they had a parking lot full and about 8 people waiting to be sat. I am alone so I was able to get a small table right away. My waiter immediately came my way and I placed my order. He brought my drink very fast then maybe 5 minutes later my food arrived. It was hot and fresh and delicious. I was very impressed not only with the amazing service at Pluckers but the also had my favorite ketchup read more

This restaurant has horrible service and they need to work on their food control. Showed up on a Tuesday night. The place has so many empty seats but for some reason no one helped us when we walked through the door. Waited a good 15 minutes just standing there waiting to be sat. Asked someone what's going on and they said I'll try to get a server to seat you. Still waited another 5 minutes. Wanted to order a strawberry margarita and for some reason they didn't have any available. I ordered a Long Island iced tea instead and tasted like it barely had any alcohol. Everything we ordered took extra long to arrive. After we ordered drinks we didn't get it for about 10 minutes and we're told the bartender is backed up for some reason. Won't be returning because of horrible service and lack of food or drinks. Place was extra loud also. Had to yell across the table just so they can hear me. read more

Terri is the best waitress ever! She was so sweet and very attentive even though she had at least 3 other tables.

This was my first time coming to this Bdubs and I was happy with the service and food! Our server was extremely friendly and stayed on top of everything. Our food came out pretty quickly and it was good. The only thing is they were out of the first beer I chose to try but it's ok, they had plenty more options. I just love the atmosphere inside bdubs and it's a go-to for sure! read more

3.5 starts. Always a default for my family. I always go for the boneless wings, but lately have been getting the brisket burger, My son gets the cheese scurds bacon burger. We had the sampler platter. It's good preferably if you are not a picky eater. Always get the mozzarella sticks and Chili con Queso. Fries are always good and crispy read more

My family and I went to bww for the first time to use a gift card we received. At first glance, we noticed that there weren't many customers, the lighting was dim and the noise level was low- from the lack of people. The waitress was kind and offered good service. I don't have any complaints about her, but the restaurant did have issues having the food out in a timely manner. Not only did my brother's burger come out way after our parents and I were done eating, but they made it wrong and they had to redo it. In the end, he didn't even get the burger he ordered. Now...about the wings. The wings were big compared to the place across the street. Some people may prefer that. In my opinion, the flavor just wasn't what I hoped for. As a fan of the place across the street, these wings were just weird to me. The skin was thick and the flavor of the sauces were not so good. Oh, and the ranch...not good. Gotta have good ranch. Fried pickles were good. The wings are understandably expensive, but I would expect them to come with a side- which they do not. Overall I did not enjoy my food and based on that I won't be back. :( read more

Good place to watch basketball playoffs when you're in the mood for some wings we walked in and found out that they have self seating and dine in seating the dine in was on a wait so we sat ourselves at a high top table by the bar our server came by quickly to get our drinks but we weren't all the way ready cause we wanted to order alcoholic beverages so she dropped off our waters then took awhile coming back to get our alcoholic drinks I ordered the Irish trash can and my bf ordered the twisted margarita my trash can was good but I feel like I tasted more Red Bull then liquor but my bf really enjoyed his drink even though a waitress accidentally dropped his drink trying to tell us a joke I wasn't even mad about it lol things happen! For appetizer we ordered the chicken quesadilla they were a good size and full of chicken I really enjoyed them! For entree my bf ordered the traditional & boneless wing combo I wouldn't recommend boneless wings here I just never liked them and there definitely wasn't enough sauce on them ! I ordered for my entree the medium wings which comes with 14 wings so I got 3 different flavors I got garlic parmesan which was pretty good I was surprised I also got the buffalo hot which wasn't hot at all had a regular buffalo flavor but last but not least the Thai curry flavor has to be the best ever that flavor is genius and I recommend them I would have got all 14 wings that flavor if I knew it was that good!! Give this place 3 stars because of the wait but food and atmosphere is good! read more

Busy day today for the BBW in Killeen with all the Veterans Day specials. Lon lines and.wait time. Nonetheless the wait staff does a good job. Buffalo Wild Wings should follow the example of Texas roadhouse where they give you a voucher that you can use within six months. This would make more sense and still bring in business where you don't have people waiting outside wrapped around the building in the hot sun. Definitely recommend this to corporate. read more

Came here on a Wednesday night. It was pretty slow. I sat at the bar. The bar tender was efficient but would disappear at times for periods of time. My Sampler platter was ok. Seems like it sat under a heat lamp for a while. Beer was good but they were out of Rahr & Sons Dadgum IPA. Weird for a major chain sports bar to be out of a beer they have printed on their menu (not like a seasonal rotation beer). I was a little disappointed in this specific Buffalo Wild Wings. Won't be coming back, too many other options to pick from around town. read more

The worst over cooked wings I've ever had all 20 pc tasted burnt like the oil haven't been changed in days the sauce barely coasted the wings they were not eatable. cashier said I could not add to the order when I arrived since it was a call in also he said my tip wouldn't make a difference when I mentioned giving him one to add to the order. Wow that was the first I do not recommend this location ever. read more

The service was great even as they were short staffed. Everyone was nice and polite and was hustling. The food was poor. The wings were the smallest I've ever eaten. The booth we sat at had gnats flying up from underneath the table, I believe because the carpet was sopping wet. Hundreds of gnats. We will never eat at this Buffalo Wild Wings again because of the wings. read more

Downloaded yelp just to say this. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible place. We entered and were told to wait 30-40 minutes even tho there were hella open tables with drinks and trays on them. We get seated and don't get a waiter. We wait 40 minutes before the bartender literally has to come take our order because she noticed we had been sitting there for so long (shoutout to the LA bartender, you're cool). We order and wait like 30 minutes for food. Get no utensils or napkins and is missing stuff from our order. We ask someone for ketchup- she never came back. I get a hold of the a server (a manager I think) and I explain the situation to her and she's the only person who listened and actually got it taken care of (so shoutout to you too). Also the AC in there is on BLAST. It's actually freezing in here. That was my rant. Never ever eating here again fr read more

So for the most part the food would've been good. If it got to us on time. The DoorDash partnership is terrible. Solid 3 stars for this chain and location. I have a lot of memories here. From having a drink at the bar while watching NBA or playing trivia. I definitely have had some good memories here. My recent visit here was on a Tuesday night since my niece wanted to have her birthday dinner here. I ordered the naked tenders with garden side salad. You can substitute the ranch dressing with light balsamic if you prefer. You can get the sauce on the side for the naked tenders as well to control the amount of sauce being put on it. The medium Buffalo was tasty and the mango habanero had a kick. At first it starts all sweet then pow that habanero pops up. My niece loved her cheese curd bacon burger with fries. She pretty much devoured the whole thing and ordered another side of fries. She really liked that hamburger since she kept talking about how good it was. My other niece ordered lemon pepper wings with fries. She liked her food. Only downside on this visit, is that since it was Tuesday (half price wings) parking was difficult to find around 6pm. We also had to wait over 30 minutes for our food to come out. A 6pm dinner ended at 8pm. Lol Pretty much every table I saw waited a while for their food to come out. I can't be mad at the server since he was very nice and courteous. This place is pretty packed on a Tuesday night so be prepared for a wait. read more

First things first, if youve ever eaten here before you know that it is extremely OVERPRICED. 10 wings without any sides or drinks is $10!!!!!! I was outraged and then I remembered why I rarely ever eat at BWW. $10 can get you a wing combo (fries and drink) at a few places here in killeen that have wayyy better tasting wings. The good thing about BWW is that this is the only drawback, everything else about the restaurant was great. The customer service was amazing, my waiter Alphonso was very helpful, made sure that he continually checked on us, and gave me some if the best customer service that I have received in Killeen. The wings were amazing as usual, BWW has one of the largest flavor selections I've ever seen. I suggest the mango habanero if you like hot, and Caribbean jerk if not. Overall it was a great experience (except for when the check came). read more

Horrible!!! Find your wings elsewhere !!!! Dry, overcooked, and cold!! You have ONE job!! It's in the name!!!

The nearly empty parking lot should have been enough of a red flag. Walked in and smelled pine sol cleaner and thought maybe they just cleaned. sat at the bar and ordered a Dos X. Took one sip felt something was off, took another at the same time I looked over at the fruit tray to see what looked like a little cloud of smoke but was really just fruit flys. The beer tasted like hose water with a sort of film in it and was beyond flat. the place is run down, the cleaning smell is even worse behind the bar masking lord knows what, the lines haven't been cleaned in ages (at least the Dos X). Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other places in the area for wings. read more

15 min wait for an empty restaurant, one waitress for all, 30-45 min food wait, stale wings. Wings had a hard exterior layer like they were made earlier in the day and set under a hot lamp. I had sauced wings. chicken was dry, sauce was dried on. worst Bdubs I've ever had and this place needs new management if they can't fill spots to keep the food and beer flowing. There we're only maybe 3 other tables full and 2 people at the bar and it took 15 mins just to get our first round of beer to the table within eyeshot of the bar. hospitals could do wings better honestly. The waitress we had was amazing and I really hope people tip her just because she was doing her best and it was clearly a management fail. Subpar food, subpar management. read more
