My family and I went to bww for the first time to use a gift card we received. At first glance, we noticed that there weren't many customers, the lighting was dim and the noise level was low- from the lack of people. The waitress was kind and offered good service. I don't have any complaints about her, but the restaurant did have issues having the food out in a timely manner. Not only did my brother's burger come out way after our parents and I were done eating, but they made it wrong and they had to redo it. In the end, he didn't even get the burger he ordered. Now...about the wings. The wings were big compared to the place across the street. Some people may prefer that. In my opinion, the flavor just wasn't what I hoped for. As a fan of the place across the street, these wings were just weird to me. The skin was thick and the flavor of the sauces were not so good. Oh, and the ranch...not good. Gotta have good ranch.
