One of the people eating the order might be a little OCD, and wants boneless so it can be eaten with a fork. They prepare every single wing in the order bone-in. I just left there 5 min ago after ordering garlic Parmesan wings, and there isn't a flake of Parmesan on them. When I called the location the young lady just simply says " yeah that happens sometimes". Have never been to another wingstop location but have extensive experience in restaurant management as well as currently working for a popular delivery service and I will say this about this store.. they seriously lack any sense of urgency as well have an unprofessional and careless attitude towards guests and delivery agents. The employees appear to be burdened and/or bothered to accept and integrate the additional revenue stream (delivery) into their current system. They are also rude and combative when approaching people regarding these issues. My wife and I will NEVER spend another penny at this particular store. Personally, I prefer a crisper french fry.... Our wings (bone-in, mild sauce) were not good. The chicken itself was good...the sauce was disgusting. Yes, wings are greasy...but this was gross. There was a good half inch of grease sitting in the bottom of our basket. If you are looking for a lot of sub-par food for a good price, I suppose this place is for you.
