I go to the Little Caesars on 75th St and Pershing probably once every month. I was there last night it was a very unpleasant experience. I felt terrible for the employees and the customers as well. I wanted to purchase an already made cheese pizza they keep in the warmer ready to go. A couple in there were very angry and getting angrier by the minute to the point of verbally abusing the employees.They ordered a pizza an hour before as he tried to show them on his phone and no pizza to be found for them. There were also 3 Door Dash waiting and probably 5 other people. It took me 20 mins to buy a ready made pizza as the employee had to stop and handle a problem. The employees were overwhelmed. I placed an order online via the app at 7:32 pm this evening. Restaurant ID# 1054559 - ordered 1 slices and bacon sticks, ultimate supreme pizza, pepperoni crazy puffs & crazy sauce, cookie dough brownie with m&ms, and crazy bread w/ crazy sauce. The door dasher sat and waited for over an hour and a half to pick up our order and when it arrived it was wrong. The order was wrong - got a plain cheese pizza, a sausage pizza, wings of some sort and the brownies and garlic butter. Pizza was subpar and cold - cheese barely melted - no pepperoni crazy puffs, no crazy sauce, no supreme pizza and it took over two hours to get here. I called the restaurant numerous times and they never picked up, was on hold and then disconnected, and the door dasher confirmed they had been waiting for over an hour. I spent $44.65 and face the door dasher an extra $15 cash tip for waiting it out. Over $60 paid for the wrong food after waiting for two hours. I will never order from little ceasars again, as this was awful - wrong order, cold food, waited over 2 hours and they refused to answer the phone. The cashier who barely spoke English and was constantly wearing headphones told me my pizza was still being made. I checked in again at 5:35, 5:45, 5:55, and 6:05 to all be told my single cheese pizza was still being made. It has been a long time since I've been to a Little Caesars. It might be a long time before I go again. The pizzas themselves were hot and fresh. I wanted them to treat a group that did a lot for me all year, so this was important. This Little Caesars seems to have lost the concept of Hot N Ready. It also seems to have lost the concept of opening on time. Ten minutes after opening, a disgruntled person opened the door. There were no Hot N Ready pizzas, despite the flurry of activity before the doors were opened. I think the thing that irritated me most was the ordering and paying system. I understand the need for possible contactless order and pay, but really, Little Caesars! Your employees don't even have to collect the money. All they have to do is make them, then put the pizzas up on the counter or in the warming cabinet. Yet, Little Caesars includes a tip button. I had to come and get the pizzas. Exactly for what am I tipping, surly service, or employees doing their minimal jobs? Next time, I'll go to Costco Food Court. Costco may only offer two varieties of whole, hot pizza, but they do it efficiently and with a smile. They open when they say they will. Here's a couple of tips for Little Caesars. Open on time. It's Little Caesars. Decent pizza, right? I'm seeing a whole lot of complaints about the waiting time and to all those people, here's a little trick I picked up: 3/4 times I go there they already have pizzas made, random toppings just in case anyone orders a pizza with those toppings. Whenever I go there, I just tell the person at the front to give me whatever pizza they have made. Sure, it's russian roulette, but honestly, the surprise is part of the fun. Besides, I'm not picky. It's fast and fun and it works for me 75% of the time. I would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't like the wait time and who isn't picky about toppings. read more

I stayed on hold over 20 minutes and let the cashier know as I was placing my order that they ignored me on the phone....they could hear themselves they my phone and the whole thing is recorded. Use the portal! Easy to order and the pizza was in the portal at the exact time my email said it would be. Talk about fresh and fast! I read other reviews that the staff was cranky...using the portal you don't even have contact with the staff! The place was packed with people waiting, but my pizza was ready. The pizza was good too - our only complaint was that the pizzas weren't cut through far enough. Not bad enough of a problem to reduce the 5 star rating. read more

Well I saw the signe in the window which said $5.00 for a large hot and ready so I said let's see what this is. It's more like cheese bread than pizza because the toppings are thin. It was not horrible for $5.00 but I would not go here to satify a pizza crave. It will probably keep the kids happy at this price. It will feed a fiew people for $5.00 if money is tight. It's a good value when you think an average sandwhich for one is around $5.00 or more.
