Little Caesars has money for warmers and cameras to monitor staff and consumers but does not pay enough to attract and retain employees. I have been waiting 22 minutes past pick up time for a Door Dash order. I have two customer orders that are currently 30min plus late. (One is a Wing Stop) The DM should be in here working and give staff 20% raises at this location. Perhaps staff would want to stay.... read more

Terrible customer service. The absolute worst. Employees will look you in your eye standing at the register and still refuse to help you or take your order. The wait is always ridiculously long no matter how staffed they are or how many people are waiting. read more

I go to the Little Caesars on 75th St and Pershing probably once every month. I was there last night it was a very unpleasant experience. I felt terrible for the employees and the customers as well. I wanted to purchase an already made cheese pizza they keep in the warmer ready to go. A couple in there were very angry and getting angrier by the minute to the point of verbally abusing the employees. They ordered a pizza an hour before as he tried to show them on his phone and no pizza to be found for them. There were also 3 Door Dash waiting and probably 5 other people. It took me 20 mins to buy a ready made pizza as the employee had to stop and handle a problem. The employees were overwhelmed. It is not staffed adequately at all. There were made pizza's stacked all over the place but not handing them out to the customers that were there. It was not a good situation. read more

Ordered a pretzel pizza with pizza sauce and cheese got cheese on cheese when I came back was told that there was nothing they could do for me and that I couldn't get a refund mind you I've gotten the pretzel pizza from another little Caesar's before and it wasn't the first time that I got pizza from them and the pizza was cut so wrong or not even cut at all. The first time I got a cheese pizza and it was hard and was not even cut. The second time was most recent, HR IS HAS NOT STILL REACHED OUT TO ME EVEN AFTER I PUT IN A COMPLAINT MISTAKES HAPPEN BUT THIS IS ABSURD ! read more

Ordered pretzel crust pizza sauce and pepperoni, received regular crust cheese sauce and pepperoni. Hey accidents happen. A week later I ordered pretzel crust pizza sauce and pepperoni, received pretzel crust cheese sauce and pepperoni. Came back next day and after providing proof of purchase was offered a new/redo. Once again ordered pretzel crust pizza sauce and pepperoni, received stuffed pretzel crust cheese sauce and pepperoni. Didn't think for a moment that the order had any chance of being screwed up but they found a way. 3 wrong pizzas in a row...where are the hidden cameras I must be getting punked...I give up read more

I called in an order for 4 pizzas, when I got there they had only made 2. I asked to have the other 2 made and they wanted to argue about my original order. The employees could barely speak English and don't seem to understand what actual customer service is. read more

Burnt pizza, sloppy, 0/10 save your hard working money they took forever to give me this terrible meal. Honestly, they need new employees who actually care about the customers. read more

Little Caesars Pizza - "Pretzel Crust with Cheese Sauce & Pepperoni" where's the pretzel?? - Pizza Near Me - Kenosha, Wisconsin

I placed an order online via the app at 7:32 pm this evening. Restaurant ID# 1054559 - ordered 1 slices and bacon sticks, ultimate supreme pizza, pepperoni crazy puffs & crazy sauce, cookie dough brownie with m&ms, and crazy bread w/ crazy sauce. The door dasher sat and waited for over an hour and a half to pick up our order and when it arrived it was wrong. The order was wrong - got a plain cheese pizza, a sausage pizza, wings of some sort and the brownies and garlic butter. Pizza was subpar and cold - cheese barely melted - no pepperoni crazy puffs, no crazy sauce, no supreme pizza and it took over two hours to get here. I called the restaurant numerous times and they never picked up, was on hold and then disconnected, and the door dasher confirmed they had been waiting for over an hour. I spent $44.65 and face the door dasher an extra $15 cash tip for waiting it out. Over $60 paid for the wrong food after waiting for two hours. I will never order from little ceasars again, as this was awful - wrong order, cold food, waited over 2 hours and they refused to answer the phone. Awful experience - would give 0 stars if I could. read more

WORST experience. We waited 50, yes 50 min. And they said it would be another 20. We asked for refund. No one speaks English so we didn't even get a refund. Do NOT go here. read more

Tried ordering through Grubhub. Then get a call from our Grubhub driver that they are refunding our order because they are out of string cheese for the stuffed crust we ordered. Okay well can we have regular pizza? Worst business ever. Open 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. Sitting in my car at 4:30 pm. Lights are on doors a locked. The last 4 times a came here during business hours I have not been able to get a pizza. If you plan on driving there you are waiting gas. Never had anything but horrible experiences at this place. CLOSE this waist of space. NEGATIVE 100 stars. read more

Gas station pizza is better. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza regular, took a bite and taste barely any sauce or cheese. I only taste bread then the crust is just doughy it's not cooked well, I know that $6 deal looks good but it is not good at all! Give an extra $4 and get yourself something that actually tastes decent! Also the guy at the cash register just doesn't speak any English. Can't understand one thing he says read more

I pre ordered a pizza on 11/24/2024 at about 3:30 PM to be ready at 5:00 PM. I waited outside the building from 5:00 to 5:25 until my app finally said my pizza was ready. The cashier who barely spoke English and was constantly wearing headphones told me my pizza was still being made. I checked in again at 5:35, 5:45, 5:55, and 6:05 to all be told my single cheese pizza was still being made. At about 6:10 I finally asked for a refund, to which a different employee started to assist me. He looked for the order for a good 10 minutes before eventually finding it and proceeded the refund. I left this place today empty handed and an hour and 15 minutes of my time wasted today. read more

It has been a long time since I've been to a Little Caesars. It might be a long time before I go again. The pizzas themselves were hot and fresh. I wanted them to treat a group that did a lot for me all year, so this was important. This Little Caesars seems to have lost the concept of Hot N Ready. It also seems to have lost the concept of opening on time. Ten minutes after opening, a disgruntled person opened the door. There were no Hot N Ready pizzas, despite the flurry of activity before the doors were opened. I think the thing that irritated me most was the ordering and paying system. I understand the need for possible contactless order and pay, but really, Little Caesars! Your employees don't even have to collect the money. All they have to do is make them, then put the pizzas up on the counter or in the warming cabinet. Yet, Little Caesars includes a tip button. I had to come and get the pizzas. Exactly for what am I tipping, surly service, or employees doing their minimal jobs? Next time, I'll go to Costco Food Court. Costco may only offer two varieties of whole, hot pizza, but they do it efficiently and with a smile. They open when they say they will. Here's a couple of tips for Little Caesars. Open on time. Come in early and have Hot N Ready pizzas hot and ready for customers. And try smiling. read more

The food itself was good and fresh, but service not so much. For one as I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes and still not acknowledged. And two I'd like to place an order with the worker and them to understand what I am saying instead the lady turned the whole pos register to me like I knew what to push. At least have 1 employee to understand and speak English. read more

I stopped in to order and they said they're doing app orders only because they're short staffed. What a waste of time. Why wouldn't she make it? I feel like I'm owed something. read more

No customers, ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, they gave us a sausage with no stuffed crust. It took 40 mins for what looked like 5 workers to make one pizza just to mess it up. They have rude employees and bad service and doordashers don't want to pick anything up from here because of rude service

Pizza sucks half the time. Service is slow and they always seemed to be closed when they are supposed to be open.......?

They don't even try to make your order they just cancel it. Dont order from this location.

this is the shitty little caesers ever. just ordered online and they ran out of dough. I've had this problem before with them closing 5 hours or more early and not saying anything, so I would order and spend almost 30 dollars that I now can't get back for 3-5 business days. UNPROFESSIONAL . every time I order from there, I always have hair in my food. my pizza is always cold and soggy. when it takes almost an hour every time for my order to be ready. Forgot to mention this, I always have to travel about 35 minutes to the next nearest little Caesars because this one is always closed. They are want us to tip them for the hair in my food and my cold food that's supposed to be "hot and ready" bullshit. This place needs to be shut down asap, not like they are ever open anyway. read more

All I have to say is, almost an hour for a "Hot and Ready" pizza. A simple cheese pizza. Give me a break. Stop the promotion if you can't live up to it. It will stop all the pissed off people standing around and over flowing outside the store complaining. I won't be back. And by all of the negative reviews, I don't think a lot of other customers will be back either. read more

Put in an online order, whole order was canceled because they didn't have one item of crazy bread. We ordered 3 pizzas and other items as well and got nothing. Said they could make the pizzas, but it would be another 45 min wait when we ordered an hour ahead of time. Are these people crazy? No call no text no nothing and 4 hungry boys at home waiting for pizza. Staff was rude and didn't seem to care very much. ZERO STARS read more

Horrible, slow as can be. Late back to work after putting order in hour before, shitty service wanted my money back they said no

Placed an online order within 5 minutes I got a email saying it was canceled. And I'm gonna be refunded period no reason why when I called them. I was on the phone for 10 minutes and no one ever picked up. Just music playing. This is how you kill a business not make it succeed. I know there are better options out there. But I wanted something fast and on my way home will not be coming here again, ever. read more

Service is bad. I was on hold for over an hour and when I went inside the business, the employees were standing around in an empty lobby.

Lazy people that don't wanna take orders so they tell us it's online only then tell us that they won't take orders no more even though they are open for another hour and a half!!!!! Then when I suggest I'll do it online they said won't even do it. All while I watched 5 different people come in and get orders. read more

Waiting time is not what is online. Employees are touching the food with no gloves. While touching other objects they go right back touching the food without washing thier hand. Wiping there nose and still touching the food this is non Sanitary. I will be reporting to Health Dept along with video to show proof. read more

Worst customer service ever. Kid puts my name on a different pizza. Get all the way home and it was a meat pizza and I don't eat meat. Tried calling but no one answered. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could! Not only was the employee who took my order extremely rude, but the manager was as well! Made an online order for pick up. They said it would be ready at 6:15 and it is now 7:25 and still is not. Waiting in the parking lot for an hour now, kids have fallen asleep so we left. We needed to feed them and get them to bed before 830, that's obviously not happening. When we checked in 15 minutes after the order was suppose to be ready, they could have let us know THEN that they needed a lot more time. Instead they let us just keep waiting. Never coming here again. read more

It's Little Caesars. Decent pizza, right? I'm seeing a whole lot of complaints about the waiting time and to all those people, here's a little trick I picked up: 3/4 times I go there they already have pizzas made, random toppings just in case anyone orders a pizza with those toppings. Whenever I go there, I just tell the person at the front to give me whatever pizza they have made. Sure, it's russian roulette, but honestly, the surprise is part of the fun. Besides, I'm not picky. It's fast and fun and it works for me 75% of the time. I would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't like the wait time and who isn't picky about toppings. read more

I will refrain from complaining until I speak with the owner of this location. However, I called last week and was placed on hold... I stayed on hold over 20 minutes and let the cashier know as I was placing my order that they ignored me on the phone....they could hear themselves they my phone and the whole thing is recorded. Today, they let the phone ring for over 20 minutes, just for me to show up, phone sti ringing in the store and no one answering it. I saw one other person waiting to place an order.. Then.....I was discouraged from buying a pizza, the manager suggesting it would take over 20 minutes.....I stated that I still wanted the pizza but she seemed frustrated that I still wanted to place an order and started making references to my attitude. During the first incident, I was required to pay full price for never being able to place my order over the phone, even though it was answered and I patiently waited. Didn't get as much as a breadstick for the total lack of professionalism I experienced. Today, she just figured that my money doesn't spend like everyone elses and refused to serve me after I mentioned that this was the second visit in a row where I've been met with such a low level of care, concern and professionalism.. And both from the same business. ...and her attitude was simply, call corporate. So..... I wonder if me being intelligent and black had anything to do with it....ijs read more

Use the portal! Easy to order and the pizza was in the portal at the exact time my email said it would be. Talk about fresh and fast! I read other reviews that the staff was cranky...using the portal you don't even have contact with the staff! The place was packed with people waiting, but my pizza was ready. The pizza was good too - our only complaint was that the pizzas weren't cut through far enough. Not bad enough of a problem to reduce the 5 star rating. read more

Once again I find myself standing here for a single pepperoni pizza I ordered on the app ONE HOUR ago. The app told me 20 mins. I left the house after 30 with no notification. Tried calling the store to get an update but they don't answer their phone. Get to the store and there are about 10 people ahead of me waiting on pizzas. I'm told "there's and issue with the ordering system" and my pizza just went in the oven. It'll be another 10 minutes. This place is really a joke. I have to say, the pizza is always decent (for $5 pizza). Not sure why I continue to torture myself every few weeks by ordering here. This may be my last time. read more

Well I saw the signe in the window which said $5.00 for a large hot and ready so I said let's see what this is. It's more like cheese bread than pizza because the toppings are thin. It was not horrible for $5.00 but I would not go here to satify a pizza crave. It will probably keep the kids happy at this price. It will feed a fiew people for $5.00 if money is tight. It's a good value when you think an average sandwhich for one is around $5.00 or more. A frozen pizza is in this price range so if I wanted a quick pizza I would go back again vs the oven cooked frozen pizza. read more
