I wanted them to treat a group that did a lot for me all year, so this was important. This Little Caesars seems to have lost the concept of Hot N Ready. It also seems to have lost the concept of opening on time. Ten minutes after opening, a disgruntled person opened the door. There were no Hot N Ready pizzas, despite the flurry of activity before the doors were opened. I think the thing that irritated me most was the ordering and paying system. I understand the need for possible contactless order and pay, but really, Little Caesars! Your employees don't even have to collect the money. All they have to do is make them, then put the pizzas up on the counter or in the warming cabinet. Yet, Little Caesars includes a tip button. I had to come and get the pizzas. Exactly for what am I tipping, surly service, or employees doing their minimal jobs? Next time, I'll go to Costco Food Court. Costco may only offer two varieties of whole, hot pizza, but they do it efficiently and with a smile. They open when they say they will. Here's a couple of tips for Little Caesars. Open on time.
