The space is gorgeous very bright, clean, and modern, with a peaceful vibe. Apparently, there's a hotel attached too. Our group of five sat at the bar, and we had such a great time thanks to our bartender--Rehan (I think that was her name!). She was amazing... super friendly, talkative in the best way, funny, and incredibly attentive. I ordered an iced caramel latte and I haven't stopped thinking about it since. It was seriously one of the best lattes I've ever had--not too sweet, rich, and so well balanced. I made that thing last because I didn't want it to end! For food, I had the biscuits and gravy and... wow. Comfort food perfection. I wasn't planning on finishing the whole plate, but I couldn't stop. Every bite was worth it. I became apart of the clean plate club that morning! Everyone else in our group loved their dishes and drinks too. Between the food, drinks, service, and setting, Apis is a total gem.
