One of the best atmospheres for a social brunch or night out with friends and family. They host live music some nights and have an executive chef menu that will delight your tastebuds! The bartenders are always fun and energetic, drinks are fantastic. Outdoor, indoor, and bar seating.

Our favorite place, for brunch this time. Service was very attentive, kind, and fast! Our glasses were never empty. The food was delicious. We always love trying their take on foods that we're accustomed to. The place was clean and lit much more than when we come for dinner. We didn't mind it at all.

Went here for Martini happy hour and did not disappoint. Was in town visiting a friend for girls weekend and was in love with this place. martinis and apps were on point.

The food was okay, but the service was excellent! Our waitress was amazing and very attentive. The beignets were tasty but different from what we expected, and a bit pricey for brunch--$15 for just five small beignets, the dip and nothing on the side. The kids shared the pancakes, and the restaurant was happy to accommodate. The pancakes were massive, but the flavor was a bit odd and different. One kid was ok, my other did not like it and put up a fight to eat them. The sausage was a highlight--full of great flavor, and the spices in the sauce really enhanced it. The bacon, while oven-cooked and a little tough to bite into, was still tasty. My husband had the asparagus omelet and thought it was just okay. The coffee was the biggest miss for me--it tasted like a mix of fruity tea and coffee with a strange bitterness, though that might just come down to personal taste. Overall, it's a friendly place with great service, but the food was just okay.

Came here for an early Vday dinner with the hubby. We wanted something romantic and classic Wisconsin supper club but elevated. I told him he must have rented out the whole place because we arrived on a weekday at 4:00 and had the whole back area to ourselves. Food was fantastic. I loved the calamari- the sauce is made in house and incredible. The portion was perfect to share! We split the Mac n cheese which was yummy. Hubby had the filet mignon which I tried and loved. It was cooked perfectly. I had the beef stew soup and it was kind of salty. I would not get it again. We ended the night with a flourless chocolate cake which was very decadent. I loved the caramel and chocolate sauce that came on the plate. Service was great and attentive. Plenty of free 2 hour street parking as well. I would definitely bring a friend here!

All in all, not a bad dinner but nothing to rave about. Met up with a friend here since Apis was closed on Tuesday. Was really hoping for some live music but it was okay without it. Got there around 6pm and it was fairly empty but definitely filled up quickly. Our server was friendly and kept us filled up on water. Excellent service. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms (50% on Tuesday) and really liked them. I got the salmon with carrots and rice. Salmon was perfectly cooked - crispy exterior and tender interior. Didn't realize I would be getting fried rice - had egg in it. It was okay, just unexpected as it was described as a sesame ginger rice. My friend got the short rib tacos. Unfortunately, it seemed they may have been sitting a bit as the tortilla shells were soaked through and fell apart immediately. Heard the flavor was good though. We opted for dessert and got the mixed fruit tart. Thought we would be getting a cold tart based on the description but that was not the case. We didn't realize there was going to be such a wait for it because we wouldn't have ordered it. When it did come out, it was burned around the edges and the bottom. It was okay but not something we would order again.

Chef's Board | Drinks | Service Chef's board - We had the Chef's board as a starter. It had a variety of meats, snacks, bread, and hummus. The highlight of the appetizer was the hummus. They had purple hummus, which was rich, creamy, and very tasty. The meats were savory. Overall, it was the perfect starter for four people. Drinks - The restaurant has a very impressive wine and specialty cocktail list. The wine list ranges from $8 to $80 a glass, and specialty cocktails are around $10-18 a class. Therefore, be sure to have a DD or uber to be able to partake in the spirits. Service - the most impressive part of the restaurant was their service. From the matron dee to our server, everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our waiter made a variety of recommendations and also did a great job of making accurate comparisons whenever he described a dish or taste. If you want a quality night out, a great date night, or just want to be pampered for a night, this is a great spot to go. Pro Tip: Make a reservation. Given the COVID protocols, there is limited space in the restaurant, and it is a VERY popular spot in the area. Therefore, do yourself a favor and make a reservation anytime you think about going between 6-8 pm.

The staff is so attentive and polite. The food was inventive and interesting. Well presented. The African soup had 20 different ingredients and was a party for the taste buds. The grilled peach and blueberry salad with champagne vinaigrette was light and refreshing. My gluten-free girlfriend raved about the heater that was used in place of flatbread on her appetizer with poached pears over a ricotta balsamic reduction. Great place to eat with a friend celebrating her birthday!!

I was in town to watch my favorite Kenosha band, "Would You Kindly" playing at the Wyndham Garden Harbor. Unfamiliar with this part of Kenosha, I checked in two nights for a mini-vacation. I called my niece who lives in Kenosha to join me for dinner my first night. She said her favoite jazz band Chaine de Gitane was playing at Sazzy B's, one of her favorite restaurants in Kenosha. It was a pleasant stroll from the hotel to the restaurant. Sazzy B was elegeant and staff was professional and friendly. The music complemented the ambiance of the restaurant. I was in my "health-nut" mode so I ordered the: Jackfruit Salad cilantro lime rice, black beans, puri puri jackfruit, avocado slices, pickled tri-colored carrots, elote, smoked cabbage, jack sauce. Sounds good right? But I have to say the puri puri jackfruit was terrible. It made the whole salad inedible. I am known for my sophisticated palate but I could not even bare to eat around the puri puri jackfruit. It tasted spoiled or as if it had been fermenting in vinegar. To be honest it tasted as if a can of raw spoiled jackfruit was slightly drained and dumped over the salad. I don't know if that is how it was supposed to taste. I had never had puri puri jackfruit before so I tried it and discovered I am not a fan. I figure the restaurant should not have to suffer the consequences for my choice to sample this particular salad's "eclectic flavor" (as they self-describe their menu). I just want to warn people, if you are unfamilar with puri puri jackfruit, it's not worth trying. Get something else. Maybe if I did, it would have been a perfect evening. My niece enjoyed her Saffron Gnocchi Amatriciana very much. I look forward to visiting again, maybe when I'm not in "health-nut" mode.

Great food, pleasant and accommodating service and a lovely bistro-style environment with exposed brick and wonderful lighting. Did I mention GREAT FOOD? I think my salmon entree was the best salmon I may have ever had - and I eat salmon at least once a week. The calamari appetizer had fried slices of lemon and pepperocini which was a delicious accompaniment to the fish. Our main courses, salmon and walleye, were cooked to perfection with delicious sides. And the banana chocolate cake was moist and absolutely delightful. Their cocktail menu was extensive but I stuck with their recommended wine pairing with my meal and was not disappointed. I just wish they were closer to home!

As frequent diners... in our minds :), we love Sazzy B's. It's a dining and libation oasis in a sea of oh hum! Entree quality and portions are top notch and could compete in most any market which is what makes SB's such a welcomed oasis. Everything, literally everything is a feast for the pallet and the eye. Really well done! The wait staff and bar tenders are super people! The bartenders are very skilled in the craft cocktail arts which is a nice plus here as the next best cocktail or dining experience would require a drive to Milwaukee or Chicago for sure! Brunch and Friday/Saturday night crowd can feel a bit bougie at the bar with the mimosas and the like... but that's just a personal assessment on my part. I get it everyone needs somewhere to go dress up and feel special by drinking OJ and Bubbles... great way to waste bubbles :). The craft cocktails and the like are very well done so it can can make even the most hardened hipster feel and look a little bougie I suppose... lol. Oddly, we've experienced a rare inconsistency on the deliverables from the kitchen either because of translation errors with the wait staff or lack of effort in clarity by the same folks. The food is too well done for me to believe those irregular faux pas come from the kitchen. Wait staff needs to own their piece of the puzzle of being certain they deliver what was asked of them or return with comments on what will can be expected. Additionally, the costs on some of the apps relative to portion size is out of whack often... very often. Otherwise value of the food and libations are appropriate. Again 5 stars and dash minus only on irregular but rare inconsistency.

I ordered the half garbage plate with sausage and bacon. Pro tip: ask the difference between the half and the whole before you commit. The half comes with three eggs. The whole comes with five. Five. I chose wisely. Oh and don't forget the homemade bread smothered in butter! It's clearly a neighborhood staple. People were greeting each other by name, swapping stories across tables, and operating like they've been meeting there every Saturday since 1974. Thankfully, they extend that same friendliness to random out-of-towners who just wandered in hungry. The vibe is energetic and communal, the kind of place where conversations overlap and nobody seems to mind. It has a modern, eclectic feel, but there's also a subtle time-machine quality to it. The portions are huge so a half order was way more than enough. My friend had the roast beef omelette and I wouldn't recommend it because the beef was in chunks and was full of gristle. However, everything else was terrific. I didn't have the garbage plate because the portion was huge but it's on my list for next time. Maybe I'll split it with someone because you need to come hungry. Prices are very reasonable but it's cash only.
