Went for lunch with 2 friends. Note: Only open for lunch on Fri, Sat and Sun. Greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress, Alysson was prompt, efficient and professional. The manager, Angela checked on us and also explained all the fundraising opportunities after we asked about them. The food was delicious and was a good value. Please extend our compliments to the cooks! Will plan on returning soon. read more

I got in and out pretty quick. Server was great and kept an eye on me. When my drink was low she was right there. My ribeye steak was cooked perfectly. The only down i have is the seating. The booths are tight. I have to squeeze in and out. Not comfy at all. read more

Server Adrianna forgot about us and flat out told us but tried joking it off. And only came by us once for our drinks. Other than that she was just sitting at the bar on her phone ignoring us. read more

Music way too loud!!! You can't hear the person next to you. Food is good but bring ear plugs. Even loud with them. Thats it too loud.

Horrible service, one guest didn't get his meal until everyone was done eating. Dirty dishes left on table for the better part of 45 minutes. Received two bills, one was not ours. Never asked for drink refills. Poorly trained staff, people just standing around. read more

The ambiance and our waiter was great. The mac n cheese and my salad was good. My steak was terrible. A friend took me so I didn't want to complain. I ordered a medium rare 6oz sirloin and got a dried out medium-well steak. Even the outside of the steak was dry. How do you take a fresh steak off the grill and have it bone dry on the outside? I will not be going back. What a waste of money! read more

The food here Texas roadhouse is pretty good and if you get the barbecue ribs, you won't be displeased. They say that a good rib is good as sauce. At the Texas roadhouse they have really good barbecue sauce and I think it's definitely worth the trip to check it out. At times the service can be a little slow because they are very busy and it's not their fault. Just have to be patient and wait it out. The decoration inside gives you the impression of an old town saloon from the 1800s with a dark brown tables and chairs. Every Wednesday they have a sirloin steak special and it's definitely worth checking out. The sirloin steak is at a reduced price every Wednesday and definitely worth a trip on on that day. If I were you, I try to get there a little early or a little later because when it comes to primetime dinner hours, it's generally gonna be pretty busy. That gives you indication of how good the food is and you won't be displeased. From 5 PM to 8 PM is there general times when they're just packed and busiest. So come earlier or come later. All right folks take care and happy eating. read more

Steak was good. Waited a bit longer than usual, more noisy than I recall in the past. We used to go there often. This was a Monday, so it should have been quieter. Ordered 16oz Sirloin from the case with the two sides of corn and green beans. Ordered two drinks, both doubles or so they say. Both same price, both different sizes. Strange. That and the green beans seemed oddly seasoned. Not a fan.Blew $100+ with drinks and tips for what used to cost $50 or $60. I'll go to a butcher from now on and coo\\ my own steak as well as pour my own drinks. read more

A great location where the service is friendly & efficient. My party & I enjoyed our meal at TR. It was my mom's first time and she really liked her order: medallions, Caesar's salad & lemonade. The Caesar's salad was pretty good! We liked that the onion flower was light & crispy, not greasy & heavy (even though it's too big). We'll definitely come back! read more

Arrived at 7:40 on a Wends. Seated right away. We ordered rather quickly. Then waited and waited and waited. It was 8:38 when our entree arrived. The potatoes were hot but the main course was Luke warm. In Fact the sauce on my portobello chicken was already firming a film (like it does when it gets cold). Our server, olivia, never even asked how our food was. Frankly she seemed rather distracted and uninterested. We packed up our food and took it home. read more

Vary good steak and their buns are to die for! Pretty good service too nice employees, nice place for a well cooked not so expensive meal.

The service at this restaurant was terrible! We waited over an hour for our food to arrive & then it was not even hot! The waitress never checked on us to see if we needed more of anything. I would have liked a refill on my tea. Good service is rare to find and it wasn't here. I talked with the Manager about the food and service but she didn't show much interest. Just said they were short staffed. I will not return here again. read more

Giovanni was one of the worst servers i've ever had. I have worked in customer service my whole life so I usually go easy on service workers and try to convenience them as much as I can. We got there, the host gave us our bread and then we met our server. We were ready to order right away, so he took our food and drink orders. 35 almost 40 mins went by and he never brought our drinks or apps. He then came and asked if we needed anything, and realized we had never gotten our drinks. He said he "never does this" and apologized so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Then he brings our drinks, I saw he had straws in his apron, but didn't give us any. Then 5 minutes later comes back with straws. Then, our sides come out before our apps which was a little frustrating but fine, i assumed we'd get our appetizer next and wouldn't get our food for a while. But no, they bring out our appetizer and food at the same time. He forgot half of the dips we asked for, and didn't ever offer us refills we had to ask both times we wanted refills. Also, like i mentioned I like to make things as convenient as possible, so I always stack up the appetizer plates and the basket and dishes. Which we did before we got our main course but he never took them. We were sitting at a small booth so this just took up a ton of room on the table. Like I said, i've worked retail and restaurant my whole life so I know things can get hectic, but I think it was the way he was very nonchalant and completely monotonous when we nicely asked for things to be done correctly. The food was good and everything was cooked fine, but the service ruined my girlfriend and i's experience. read more

Stopped in tonight for our first visit on our way back to Milwaukee. Kenosha's TR was too busy. There was a quick wait for a table, staff was friendly and our food was delicious! Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The whole staff, including greeter were really nice. Our waitress Terri, was AWESOME - friendly, attentive and informative. The food was fresh and delicious. And most importantly, open a little later than most other places in the area. Always a great dining experience when we dine here. Had a few hiccups but they always make things right

Food and atmosphere is much better than Kenosha. The only issues is if you have Ali as your waitress, be prepared to be rushed! Management needs to tell her to stop rushing customers because it's not professional and it made me mad. Next time I won't be getting her, but ultimately it's better than Kenosha's. read more

Good service is such a rare find these days, and when it is found, it's worth recognizing. Typical quality of food for your Texas Roadhouse - consistently good. Impressed with the level of attention the staff paid to mine and surrounding tables. You could tell the manager, a young guy, really cared about his job and his team. read more

Server was fine, everything went fine. Never asked if we wanted refills on drinks, or more bread, but hey I guess that we should have requested it. I got the chicken fried steak with a side salad and mashed potatoes and gravy. Should be easy right? Wrong! Got through over half the steak and mashed potatoes when I started to chew the next bite and nearly gagged. There was a pickle slice I assume underneath the chicken fried steak. It wasn't breaded. It don't know where it came from. But it was extremely unpleasant. read more

Vivian was a great server tonight. I applaud you for having to deal with crappy customers tonight at the table next to us. We were so embarrassed for their poor behavior. Food took a little while to get to us, however it was good once it did. Sadly, we came in around 8:10pm and by the time we got our food it was close to 9 when they were closing so we immediately got boxes for our food to go. Our server Dante though, amazing and quick with awesome service. He even went into the kitchen and made our side salads because the chefs were busy. read more

I came here with my dad for a Veterans Day meal on Nov. 12. It was extra busy with lots of veterans, but the staff handled it very well. My dad had a 6 oz steak and potatoes and I had Mushroom Swiss chicken sandwich with fries. We both really enjoyed our meals. Our waiter was very attentive, the staff did a fun line dance, and the music was good. Overall, I had a great experience here and would recommend it. read more

It was an interesting experience dipping my toes in the south for an evening. I wasn't exactly sure what I was going to see once inside... A mechanical bull? A shrine to Ronald Regan? A bunch of Clint Eastwood-esque elderly men hunched over a bar? ... No, not exactly. The place definitely has a Texas charm to it minus all the hate and bigotry that comes with an actual visit to the Hate state of Texas. So I'd recommend a visit to Texas Roadhouse. The food is good. The waitstaff are polite. And the TVs are big & plentiful. It's a great venue for a football game. read more

My family and I went here to Texas Road House for my brothers birthday dinner and we had a good time. The food here at Texas Road House was delicious, the service was great, and the place was clean. First was the food. I ordered the 6 oz. Steak with a Cesar Salad and mashed potatoes. The meat looked cooked and the rest of my food looked good. Flavor in this food was perfect and it tasted very good. If you do get potatoes I recommend putting gravy on them as in my opinion they have some of the best gravy in town. My Rating for this Category: 5/5 Next is the service. Out waitress was brand new and she did an excellent job of being new. She came quickly to take out orders and get drinks and out food also came out speedy as well. Frequent visits to our table were done to see how our food was tasting and if we needed anything else. Finally is the cleanliness of the restaurant. Looking around at the table there were no issues and that did continue. The silverware and the plates all looked washed. Previously mentioned in my review was the quality of food and that was also properly cooked and I also did not feel sick after. My Rating for this Category: 5/5 Being a several time return visit I will be back again. The place ahd good food, service, and it is a clean place. If you are ever in the Racine area looking for a cool place to eat, I would recommend Texas Road House to you. read more

Want to start off by saying can y'all please give Brittany a raise! Her customer service is above and beyond. I always come here when I'm in town and this time Brittany made my experience memorable. Wasn't much different than other steakhouses. The service was friendly and quick. Their Frozen Margarita was delicious and the consistency was perfect. The smallest prime rib cut was 10oz; it was cooked well with just the right amount of sesonings. The mashed potatoes with butter and brown gravy did not disappoint. My friend got the 11oz Sirloin cooked medium rare. It was a tad overcooked but the flavor was good. All in all I was pleased with the food as well as the service and would definitely come back. read more

We were dying of hunger and decided to swing in this place for dinner, since it is close to our house. Wow. Will never waste my time again. First off our waitress eureeked of marijuana, and probably because of that our service was extremely slow. Our food was barely warm probably because she forgot to bring it to us. We waited for almost 45 mins. We didnt get any refills on our drinks either. The food was mediocre at best. My tip to the management, try checking the staff, so embarrassing to have someone impaired making the restaurant look bad. Will not be back. read more
