I ordered a thin crust and a deep dish, both of them arrived, not cooked all the way. It was absolutely disgusting. It was like raw dough in the middle of both of the pizzas. When the original Rosati's closed in early January of 2024, most of the employees that had worked there were shocked. Not so much that it closed, but why it closed in an unexpected, abrupt and suspicious manner. Former employees witnessed, and have told of many mixed up, unfinished or otherwised botched up, or bungled orders. Some incomplete, some taking over two hours to deliver, some not delivered, including orders from apps such as 'Slice'. A few of the later employees -including a manager and his girlfriend-, left most of the bulk of the kitchen and prep work for one other worker, while they sat up front, entertained by their phones. The frustrated worker quit, but not before she made sure she received all backpay due her. Meanwhile, the quality of the food took a nosedive. Employees were not adequately trained, incompetent, or lazy. The franchise owner and his female companion, left the store closed after January 7, 2024. The only indication was a barely readable message -written on a cardboard pizza circle-, which said 'Store closed on vacation'. That 'vacation' lasted for about months, and became a literal vacating. That owner and his female companion/cohort, changed their phone numbers and left the area. One former employee found out where badly neede money for the store was going....to cover accumulating gambling debts! Of course that 'Bonnie & Clyde' duo have not been seen since. The 'new management' is no thrill either, they refuse to pay delivery staff hourly, and leave them to the 'mercy' of what orders might come in -delivery fee-, and any tip they may receive. Cross training and mutual teamwork is limited, and the kitchen staff now seemed less approachable and less friendly than the average Walmart associate. When in Pleasant Prairie the options are limited, so I went with a calzone and wings from Rosati's. The calzone was very good, full of toppings, good balance between sauce, dough and toppings. One thing through off was it said up to 4 toppings included but charged for each one ‍ the wings were just chicken nuggets with sauce, literally chopped and formed nuggets not full muscle boneless wings. Ordered 2 chief sandwiches tonight, and they were not what they used to be at all. The beef was very tough and seems they use a different cheese for the top but it was not what they used to be. It was about 12:30 and I was on my way to Kohls so I thought I would finally hit rosatis for the first time. I asked the guy if they had pizza by the slice and he said yes. I asked for sasuage and he turned around and reached for a container sitting on the counter that was pre made. Other places with slices have the pizza under a heat lamp where the cheese is melty and almost just out of the oven hot. Rosatis is just sitting on the counter in a box. The pizza was cold and the cheese formed back to a solid sheet like if you put your fresh left over pizza on the counter for an hour and came back for one more piece. The sasuage was skimpy by the way. I will Go back for a beef one day but the pizza is out. This review is only for the pizza and not rest of the menu. I will update this review when i get something else of the menu. I went back for beef while I was at the mall. The beef had a good flavor and smelled great. It was a decent size for six dollars and change. It was wet with hot just like I asked. I was full half way into it so I packed it away for later. I'm still looking for the best beef in Kenosha but I would get the beef again while at the mall. Taco bell,Md and pizza hut are close but if you want something different this is a good alternative. Zero stars!!!! We ordered for delivery last night 2 lasagnas and a ravioli. We ordered at 6:20 pm. At 7:49 I called the first time, They said our order was out for delivery, the driver would be there in less than 15 minutes. I called the second time at 8:40. After talking to several people. I was told they didn't have any lasagna to fulfill our orders, would we like something in place of the 2 lasagnas. I asked why when I called 50 minutes ago did you tell me it was out for delivery? He said I have no idea why we told you that. Then I asked if he thought there was a problem with not delivering an order in 2.5 hours or even trying to contact the customer. I ordered Chicken Parmesan w/ an extra piece of chicken since it comes with one and a cup of extra sauce on the side. I get home and open the bag, there's a piece of chicken in a small container and a big container what looks to be chicken parmesan. I move everything around there's NO chicken in it! So I drive ALL the way back, explained what happened. The girl kindly tells me is it alright if they make a new one? I waited the man rudely comes out with a small bag, I asked what's in it, he said chicken. I said I thought you were remaking the whole thing?! I didn't know I had to put the chicken in the chicken Parmesan that was SUPPOSED to come with chicken?! He didn't apologize or anything, he just walked away! Decent food, CRAPPY Service. This was my first time at this restaurant, I got some take-out. When I walked in, there were three people behind the counter, and not a single one of them bothered to acknowledge me until about 3 minutes later, when two of them had gone back to the back, and the woman at the register had finished whatever she was doing. I ordered some Fettuccine Alfredo, which was pretty tasty, once I got home. A couple days later, I found from my credit card provider that they have added a 20% tip, even though I wrote down 0 on the tab, and wrote the total without a tip. I don't think I'll be coming back. As an update, I contacted the store yesterday about the error, and the manager immediately took my credit card number and processed a refund of the erroneous tip. But then he informed me that the cashier of the terrible service (and the presumed mistake on the tip) was actually the owner of the place. That does not speak well for them. read more

Ordered a 16in sausage and pepperoni, order of mozz sticks and a 2 liter for PICKUP- somehow without confirming an address, our pizza was delivered to our OLD ADDRESS. didnt find this out until my husband arrived onsite to pickup the pizza and was told it was with the delivery driver. he had to wait minimum 15 minutes for the driver to get back, was not offered a fresh pizza, and was told that "the manager was not in" to refund us the delivery fee even though he was the one that took our order over the phone not 35 minutes prior. got home, pizza and mozz sticks were cold (obviously!!). we called back to at least get a refund for the delivery fee and received attitude from the assistant store manager who demanded we bring the pizza back immediately if we wanted a refund, but would still have to wait for the manager to come back. So basically asking for the pizza back with no guarantee of a refund as the manager is nowhere to be found. Pizza was brought back in exchange for a fresh pizza (which was greasy as hell), assistant manager assured us that the manager would give us a call back to give us a full refund. take a wild guess if the manager ever gave us a call back!!! Bought Stuffed Shells, another pasta dish and cheese fries. The cheese fries were packed on the bottom, so when I got my food, the box had crushed, causing the two heavier pasta dishes that were packed on top, to tip over and spill in my bag. Not a great start. Cheese fries were cheese fries. You really have to fail at life to mess up cheese fries. Nothing to write home about. The Stuffed Shells were uneatable. The pasta shell was still crunchy in places, I was unable to finish a whole shell, due to crunchy pasta. This was my first and last time eating here. read more

I love Rosati's pizza and wings however, my husband ordered delivery tonight and hour and a half later we still had not received our pizza. When my husband called to figure out what was going on with it the guy kept putting him on hold and then ultimately hung up on him - twice!! I finally called and was able to get a hold of someone immediately. When I asked why our pizza had not been delivered he looked it up and told me that it was ordered for takeout. I explained to him that my husband had asked if the guy who took his order if he needed our address which he claimed he did not. He also told him when he ordered it that it would be about an hour for it to get there. I then asked to speak with the manager and apparently, he was the manager. I explained this to him again and I said I would like my food to be delivered still but I would like a discount. He told me he couldn't get the food there for another 45 minutes. Horrible service! Not the best pizza I've had. They were very chintzy on the toppings and the price was high for what you got. The delivery was late and overall it was just not the greatest pizza. Being from Chicago I really had a hankering for a good Italian Beef and Sausage Combo.. I usually go to Trolley Dogs but I didn't feel like going out due to the weather (January in the Midwest) So I found Rosatis and all I want to say is that I am deeply disappointed. The beef was so tough and dry that I couldn't eat it. The bread was not fresh and obviously left over from yesterday or before. The Italian Sausage wasn't bad but it was not good enough to save the sandwich. Sorry Rosati's you missed the mark. read more

I have had Rosatis in Illinois which is why I chose to come here. The pizza was perfect. The right amount of sauce, cheese and sausage. Rosatis has great sausage. I would recommend trying rosatis if you want something better than the normal crappy food in Wisconsin. Also the guy who complained about pizza by the slice obviously doesn't know that pizza by the slice in most places isn't a good example of what they have to offer.. read more

Ok, have to say, the Penne Pasta with Chicken a la Vodka Sauce was Fab. I am not one to get up in the middle if the night wanting more of my dinner; because for 1) do not like to eat anything after 7pm and 2) planned to have it for lunch the next day! The large portions make up two meals which is always great. This a la Vodka Sauce was Delish with the Penne Pasta ... Great Blend, also their "Cheef" Roast Beef with Au Jus on the side, HELLO, taste buds ... Tender beef with smothered melted cheese, Fantastic Sandwich. Go hungry and portions are large ... Why not?
