Customer service is definitely lacking from the mostly teenage staff who seem completely uninvested in their work. Pizza is very inconsistent which does not work with a high temperature Pizza oven. Sometimes it's cooked correctly but most of the time there are many burnt pieces that are simply not edible. For a small pizza there are 2-3 fingers width of just crust with no sauce, cheese or toppings. There are too many choices in the area for me to spend my hard-earned money here. Very friendly staff! Fortunately not very busy when we arrived, so they were able to go through the process with us. The staff offered suggestions as we thoughtfully created our masterpiece pies. They specialize in the thin crust which we went with, having over 30 toppings to choose from...all for the same base price! Same with their salads. It's like a Subway with ingredients in front of you for them to assemble before your eyes. They put your name on a paper on the pizza pan with what you ordered, pop it in the oven, and what seemed to be 5-7 minutes out comes your perfect pizza pie! I was super impressed by their soft drink selection as they offered some flavored teas and lemonades. I chose the seasonal blackberry lemonade that was sweet and tart and spectacularly delicious! There was only one other person, we ordered and waited and waited and when I went to ask how much longer turns out none of the 3 people behind the counter started our order. Came here last night for a quick pizza and salad. It appeared most of the employees were very new. While I was there, 3 people had their pizzas burned, 1 got dropped on the floor, and at least 2 were lost somehow between the pizza makers and the oven. Weird. Luckily mine was not lost or dropped and it was nice and tasty. The salad was OK. They did not have cucumbers, which they didn't tell me about until my salad was 90% made. Food was ok. Service was the worst. Went in to this place last night for a pizza, salad and beer with my sister. There are three emplyees looking busy, then 2 or 3 more walking in and out of the back drinking soda, scratching their bellies, looking like they have nothing to do. Meanwhile, there were several people with their food waiting in line to pay, but no one dedicated to the register. This group eventually clears by one of the three meal prep employees. Watched as one of the busy workers went out to the customer menu to read off the ingredients of the salad we ardered to the other one making the salad. Got to the register and ordered a draft beer. Was told by the manager first that he couldn't serve after 9. When we asked why, he asked "are you drinking it here?' Why yes, an open glass of beer, that was the plan. So he decides it is ok, then asks accusingly about the food on the counter "did you pay for that?" No, this is the first time we have had attention at the register. We then ask if we could have a couple plates because we were sharing pizza and salad. They look at the stack of plates and say "no, we don't give out plates this late" no paper plates? No. OK! So we pick one of the cleaner looking tables and proceed to try to eat our dinner off the pizza box and salad lid. About 5 minutes in, one of the workers comes and tells us that the section we are sitting in is closed and we have to move. There is no one else sitting anywhere eating, most of the tables look dirty, there is no indication this section is closed, but the manager said they needed them to get us to move after we have begun eating. We did confront the manager, but he was not interested in making anything right. He denied refusing plates, but made no move to get plates. He said the reason he made us move from the table was because they hadnt been cleaned when none of the other tables were clean. I understand understaffed and overworked, but there is something much more fundamental wrong here. They have no process and absolutely no eye for customer experience. And seemingly no desire to improve. I recommend going elsewhere. Really anywhere else. read more

1st off, love the whole "Subway style" unlimited toppings for one price on a pizza idea. The toppings were plentiful and all looked nice and fresh. The vibe of the place was very modern and hip. The staff was friendly and engaging. They also had an eclectic choice of drinks from homemade carmalized pear tea to Wisconsin craft beer. I ordered on line (easy and quick, pay in advance and pick up at your chosen time), but when I got there, the two teens at the online pickup counter actively ignored me. I tried to get their attention, but they didn't even make eye contact. One girl had two inch long fake nails, and her greasy bangs were hanging in her face. She kept brushing them aside with those germ ridden nails, and then touching the food. Ew. By now I could see that a few people were waiting, and a name would be called when an order was ready. OK, I thought maybe they were a little behind. After about 10 minutes I tried to get their attention, but no dice. There was a rack with some pizzas on it behind the counter, so I went almost behind the counter to see if my pizzas were there, and they had been sitting there the whole time. Ugh. Hey, kids, when a customer comes up to the counter, you look at them, smile, and say "How can I help you?" At the very least, ask for their name so you can check on their order. Hey, manager, these kids need better training. And you need more sanitary practices. Hair must be contained, and maybe gloves for food handlers? And maybe rules about how long fake fingernails (a petri dish for bacteria) can be? The only reason I gave 3 stars was because the pizza really is good.
