I went to order food today and ordered a chicken bacon ranch with regular chips and a drink. I ordered at 6:45pm no one was in line at the drive thru. I waited for 15 minutes and had to leave cause I had to go to work! It's upsetting cause I saw him making my food and was just talking and taking a long time. I want a full refund for not getting the service I paid for. It doesn't take 15 minutes to make a wrap! And I was late to work! Very nice service! We usually end up ordering via the App for pickup at this location. The food is always well made and the staff is so friendly when I pick it up. This last time, had a coupon from their rewards program and ordered a Big Roast Beef and an original Mediterranean. Both were great. I really liked the artichoke hearts on the Mediterranean sandwich! This is my first time visiting a Potbelly Sandwich Shop. My wife and myself took our granddaughters out to lunch, to the restaurant of their choice. They made a good choice; the restaurant is clean and the service is fast and efficient. I ordered their A WREAK sandwich, their big version, which contained 20% more meat. The sandwich contained: Turkey breast, hickory smoked ham, Angus roast beef, salami, Swiss cheese; with toppings of: hot peppers, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, pickles, oil, and Italian seasoning. It came on a toasted roll. My wife had A WREAK also, but the only toppings that she had was mustard, mayo, lettuce, and tomato. Both sandwiches were delicious. They won't replace my favorite sub shop, but when I'm traveling, they are a good substitute. read more

The service here is awful and here's why. 1. All the employees including the manager are listening to music on their AirPods. I watched a customer wave their hands in the air to get their attention so they could finish making her sandwich. 2. The soup here is cold. How do you serve cold soup? The manager had to refund me my money because they had to unplug the machine and reheat it which took 40 minutes. 3. The staff is rude and they lack awareness. 4. I watched multiple ppl walk in for their mobile orders and none of it was ready. Lol what is the point of placing an online order when you have to walk in and reorder it? 5. After ordering my food there was another customer behind me and the employee turned around to sweep the floor for five minutes while the customer stood there waiting. What kind of customer service is this? 6. They never have enough food in stock. The first time I went there they didn't have any avocado or chicken. And the second time they didn't have onions or tomatoes. 7. They also made my sandwich wrong. I asked for pickles on the side and they put pickles inside the sandwich. I like coming here for their banana Oreo milkshake. Half of the time they are out of bananas though which is a bummer. If you place a mobile order, give them at least an extra 10 minutes. Went in today to pick up my mobile order that was scheduled at 11:39am. I gave them an extra 5 minutes and arrived about 11:45am. When this place opened, i enthusiastically joined their perks club, i got really good sandwiches and salads there, it was one of my favorite places to grab a sandwich. I had not been there in a while, and today a buy-one get one free popped into my email. So i ordered two Blta sandwiches. i set pickup at 1130 and i made it in about 1150. Waited to drive thru for over 20 minutes and the line did not move one bit. So i went and parked and walked into the store. Two old ladies cut in front of me in line, and the lady at the counter said nothing, served them a new order, they got their food and left. All the staff was looking flustered and hurried, the place was dirty, no managers around, and I waited about 10 more minutes before anyone even asked what i was there for. i told them i had a pickup order and they said it wasnt made yet. So they quickly threw together 2 crappy sandwiches on stale tough bread that was the worst i ever got. They cut thru the top of sandwich but not the bottom. Guess they didnt have a diamond saw blade. I get the sandwich home and choked down one and threw the other one out. The bacon was burnt, there was no avocado, and the bread was weeks old. I literally had a tough time chewing thru it. I love Potbelly, but this location is awful. Boy behind counter made a sexist comment directed at my wife and 2 daughters. I was given the wrong sandwich, and another boy working there lied to my face, and said it was the sandwich I ordered, even though it clearly was not. Every table in the place was dirty. When my wife asked about cleaning a table off, she was pointed at the napkin dispenser. The antibacterial dispenser was empty so I asked for a wet towel to clean the table, and another boy walked away and then came out with a soaking wet towel, and left my table with puddles on top that required a dozen napkins to mop up. They make it crystal clear that they don't care about their customers. As I prepare to leave, I am informed that the ladies room is without paper towels, and the dining room trash is overflowing. I love Potbelly! And usually I have no issues however it seems that since Chick-fil-A opened their service has all but stopped. I've been sitting in line for 10 minutes with only one car ahead of me and I still haven't placed my order. If I'm gonna sit in line for 15 minutes I would rather go to Chick-fil-A. So, I am adding to this review because after 15 minutes of waiting was finally able to place my order. I explained that I had been sitting there for 15 minutes and she apologized and said that they were doing the best they could. I started to place my order. I asked her for the first sandwich which was a hammie on regular. She asked me if that's all I wanted. I asked her if she was going to take down what I wanted on my sandwich. No answer. I then asked to speak with a manager and much to my amazement, she was it. I then decided at that moment that after wasting 15 minutes of my time sitting in line that I was not going to waste anymore time or any of my money there. The cashier just returned from outside beak and punched in and proceeded to try and scoop out what was left in soup tin to fill the cup. No hand washing first..strike one. Received my food and proceeded to find a table. Couldn't find a clean one..not just a clean table, but clean chair and one without lettuce to rest next to my toes on floor. Employee stood and watched while I grabbed napkins..wet them with water from soda fountain, and cleaned off a table. Remember..place is empty. Strike 2..then a couple entered and tried finding a clean eating surface and the lady asked for a towel to wipe the table and was directed to the napkin holder...WHAT? Have been here many times and have not had an issue. Today however I went to get a salad on my lunch break. After placing my order in the drive through I sat in my car waiting for over 15 minutes. There were two cars in front of me and one behind me. If I could have left I would have. When I finally got my food I received a very disingenuous "sorry". I heard the customer in front of me complain about the wait and the associate told him it was only 15 minutes and 23 seconds. Wow! So I didn't even bother. Finally a warm Pastrami Sandwich for lunch just the way I like it on the opening day! It was packed but staff was calm cool and friendly. Food was very good, the restaurant however was a mess. A total of 5 people were eating and there was not a single table that was clean and there was trash on the floor. We used napkins to wipe off a table. Not once during our visit, did any one go around and clean the tables and it wasn't busy at all. The trash was over flowing and one worker came over and used a tray and his hands to push the trash down into the can but didn't wash his hands afterwards and he walked past the dirty tables without noticing them. It's sad because it's a new place with good food but definitely needs some management. I doubt we will be back with so many other choices nearby. read more

The food itself is fresh and still tasted good but wasn't what I asked for or expected. I always get the mushroom melt and absolutely love this sandwich. This store is the only one that I ever have problems w/when I get it. I always get roasted peppers added to the "Mushroom melt" well every time I've gotten it from here, I get 2 or three mushrooms and then all the peppers.... I've gone back in 3 time that it's happened and said... "there are no mushrooms on my Mushroom melt". They are always nice and give me my mushrooms but proceed to explain to me that their food is pre weighed and blah blah blah.... I'm sorry.... when I order a sandwich and pay for an extra, I expect to get both on my sandwich and nothing less.
