The chicken was moist with a perfectly crispy coating, the mashed potatoes were surprisingly delicious, and the dessert pizzas were a standout favorite. We also ordered a custom pizza, and they gladly made it fresh for us. Service was exceptional from start to finish--when we walked in, the cashier greeted us warmly, asked if anyone was a senior, and even noticed my guest's Vietnam hat, offering him the veteran discount. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. If I judged only on food, I'd probably give it 4 stars since buffet food rarely matches freshly prepared meals. This was my first time trying pizza ranch in this location. I love the variety of all the pizzas you can get made fresh. You pay a flat fee for all you can eat and drink. Pizzas are made and placed on buffet line, but you can order a pizza fresh and get how many slices you want before it goes out. The fried chicken is my absolute favorite. It's so crispy and flavorful. For dessert we got root beer from the fountain drink area and got ice cream from the Mach and made root beer floats. They were so good. Went in for a Birthday Party and each and every staff member was amazing. They were helpful in getting us the party room, kept checking in on us, took out our used dishes for us. Even received a game card for birthday girl. Kept the cake for us as well. I can't thank them enough for all the efforts and the food was great as well. We visit pizza ranch maybe once a year and this location is slightly closer for us so we gave it a try. I love pizza ranch because their pizzas are delicious and it's a buffet. Plus the price? You definitely get your monies worth. Upon entering you pay and then find a space to sit and then have at it. They have clean plates you go get and then go through the buffet line. They have a variety of pizzas and if one that you want isn't out you can request it and they will give you a pager so you get first dibs before it goes to the buffet line. Theyvalso have amazing fried chicken and their salad bar? Yum! This location has a fun zone with arcade games which is cool. The staff was friendly cleaning the table whenever they saw dirty dishes. Only downside was theyvhad lots of pizzas in the window but weren't putting them out due to them not consolidating pizzas fast enough. They even have dessert pizzas and garlic bread. read more

Well, it's been eight months since I've last done a review on this location. Everything runs the same, except they have a lot of turnover on staff, and their pizzas don't come out as quick as they did before. I didn't notice the buffet price went up about a dollar. The fried chicken is still exceptional. New to Pizza Ranch is wings (original, extra crispy, and hot). I found them to be quite greasy, and didn't really care for them. they were hot, temperature wise, but overwhelmed with grease. It looks like this location is still managed very well. read more

What you may not be aware of, you can tell them at the counter what type of crazy pizza you want made. They give you a buzzer and call you up when it's ready. He checked on us several times asking how the food was, if we needed anything, if the temp in the restaurant was ok, etc. We were a party of 9. Just very attentive and they were super busy. Establishmen was very clean. My SIL asked for a blueberry dessert pizza and he made 2 and brought them both to our table and boxes for the leftovers! I took my niece and great nephews to dinner last night. The pizza was really good and a great selection to choose from, they will even make a pizza if you don't see something you like. There is something for everyone from choice of pizza, an amazing salad bar to pasta and sauce, chicken and sides. The buffet was so clean and fresh as if you were the first in line. The crew was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Outstanding customer service. I am from the old school of customer service, so this was a wonderful experience to see where in today's world is getting lost. They kept everything clean from the buffet to the eating area and bathrooms. I could tell they took such pride in their work. The arcade area was a special bonus of entertainment for kids and adults. There is a token machine right by the entrance of the arcade, so you didn't have to chance anyone down. Overall I was very impressed with this restaurant. Tonight was our second visit in week.. another good experience! We had a group of 11 that met for dinner tonight. Addison the server was constantly staring at my boyfriend every time she walked past us. Not just staring at him either, but staring at his CROTCH!!!! When I was right there!!!
