This is an exceptional location of Wing Stop. The staff is friendly on the phone and in-person. The store is amazingly quick even during peak hours. The inside is small but there is usually a table available for dine-in. The food is consistently good and the price is reasonable. Total waste of money. I went in last night and got 10 little dried out mini wings with boring sauce. I guess I should know better as this is a chain but I noticed something I feel is worth sharing. An employee of wing stop sat down next to me to eat some wings and his were huge! All of the wings he must have prepared for himself were bigger and meatier than the ones I was served. I'm a late night foodie. I've gotten used to the grumbling and annoyed late night food service staff at most establishments. I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely friendly staff here at this wing stop. They were all so kind! We have always enjoyed Wing Stop for the past 9 years. We ask for crispy fries and wings to appeal to our tastes.

Pre-ordered. Food wasn't ready at the pre-agreed time. Better to just walk in and order. Try other places before resorting to this spot.

Ordered 6 traditional combo meals and one with chicken tenders for pick up over the phone. The lady answering the phone had a hard time comprehending our order because of her broken English. When i arrived, the young lady was digging through my order and I assumed that she was double checking it for accuracy. She was just making sure the order had the ranch dressing I requested when I walked in. The "manager" was sitting in the dining area talking to someone and having a good time. I paid for the order and drove back home, which is right about 13 minutes away. I sat down with my family and guests from out of town and realized that they forgot to give us the chicken tenders even though our receipt reflected the charge. We called and they offered to credit us back some items on our next order or come back and pick up the tenders. We went ahead and ordered one more combo of wings and told them we would go back to pick them both up. When I arrived the so called "manager" got up from the same seat he had been at before and asked the employee in Spanish what had happened, not knowing that I understand and speak fluent Spanish. He then pointed at me and said "this would be the last time I every get anything free from them." !!! I quickly reminded him that I was not asking for anything free but for the food the $10 combo meal that I had already paid for plus the additional wings we ordered. Instead of him apologizing for their mistake, he accused me of trying to get a whole $10 tenders combo for free. (insert eye roll) He then told me I was lying that I did indeed get the wings because he "reviewed the camera footage." LOL! I said fair enough, if you think I am going to leave my friends and family to drive over 10 minutes each way, then please show me the camera footage. Of course he denied letting me see the footage. So I just asked them to ring me up for everything because I don't need to steal food from anyone. He then offered to "do me a favor and give me the tenders." I turned him down and left the food on the counter. As I stated, I dont need to steal food let alone get free food. We called ahead 4 wing combos, and had the order read back to us for verification. Picked our order up just to get home to have only 3 combos. Called back to let them know we were short 1 order, stayed on hold over 7 mins. Drove back to the Spring Green location to pick up the missing combo just to get home to have over cooked fries. The employee was too busy giggling to take care of customers didn't realize working at Wing Stop was so hilarious. I am truly disappointed in the food and VERY disappointed in the service. read more

I visit this location several times a week with my wife , and there's never a time that I have not received Excellent Service. The food has always been prepared fresh, delicious and made to order. Miguel provided the worst customer service today as I called in to place an order for carryout. He had the rudest attitude and tried to rush me off the phone. I was already hesitant to continue my order because of his attitude but immediately canceled it when he decided it was too much to repeat the order back to me. We commenced in a verbal dispute until I politely hung up because at that point I was being blamed for him not hearing my order correctly which is why I asked him to repeat the order back to me originally. My family and I love to order from Wingstop and tend to do so at least once a week. We have ordered from this location on various occasions since moving to the area but unfortunately will not be ordering from there anymore. We will drive additional time to the other wingstop in the area. Miguel needs training on how to be polite to customers and to communicate if he is unable to follow orders on the phone. As paying customers, we are not obligated to order from you considering there are thousands of other eating places in the area. Customer service is an important factor and if you are unable to provide it then we can take our money elsewhere where it will be appreciated. read more

I Just came today to get wings. I had a coupon for a free fries with any purchase after I signed up for emails. The person who greeted me said they can not process the coupon because the manager is not there and she has the code. I said that the coupon did not state that the manager has to be on location to get the deal. I asked when will she be back, she stated that she was at a doctor appointment and would not be back. Lady behind the register didn't acknowledge me and my friend when we stood waiting to order. She wasn't pleasant. While sitting in the back you can see them cooking the wings, one worker wiped his nose and then continued to chop something without washing his hands. I like Wingstop but my experience today was lackluster. The young man that took my order was very polite and so was his counterpart . The lady who seemingly is some type of supervisor or manager, was cooking along with two other employees was not friendly at all. She seemed to be agitated and I was tempted to tell them to cancel my entire order. She came to address up to the register to address a customer's desire to change in order. Based on my observations, I would advise that they engage in customer service training and self-awareness workshop to gain knowledge on how employee interactions can negatively affect customer experience. Beware of ordering online. I submitted my order and showed up 25 minutes later to pick up. The cashier was busy on the phone so it took 5 minutes before she could help. Good food awful service. Decided to place an order over the phone about 11pm knowing that they close at midnight. I called 3 times and they kept picking up and after I told them I wanted to place an order, they hung up. I decided to go there in person and I see they are cleaning up for the night. if you've been there before, you know they have this nasty manager that even her subordinates dislike. she flat out lied about some issues about their fries machine, construction going on....she didn't even know what I wanted to order. Ordered dinner To Go -great wings and hot. Pass on the fries though, they don't travel well in to go...they get mushy.

This place has gone downhill fast! We love the food at Wingstop but until the owner starts hiring decent staff we won't be able to eat it. The counter help just gives the next to go order to the next person who walks in the door without checking to make sure it is correct. A line was backed to the door with people ready to return their incorrect order. Management did not offer any compensation for the horrible service other than a soda while we waited an extra 30 minutes for it to be corrected. read more
