If i could give ZERO stars i would!! This location will rip you off and lie to steal your money. in short, i ordered food, lots of wings! i got home to discover i was shorted one whole order of wings. (should have checked food before i left...lesson learned) I called the store and spoke to the girl who took my order and did my transaction. i asked her if she remembered me and she said yes! i asked her to speak to the manager who i'm also told us the store owner. who knows!! i explained that i was shorted an order and he offered a refund if i came back to the store or an i store credit. well i was home and hungry so opted for the in store credit for a future purchase. i left my name and last digits of credit card for the "manager" to write down in a ledger. i even questioned wether or not this would suffice and not be told there is no documentation of proof if i call in the future. The manager/owner assured me he would remember and that my information is documented for store credit. SO GUESS WHAT?! i called a few DAYS later and was told no such documentation and no one remembers talking to me, not even the manager/owner. Very horrible customer service and rude workers . My husband and I rarely go out to eat but we decided to on Wednesday afternoon I was thinking about wings too all day lol we traveled 30 minutes From our house to get there and when we arrived it was empty not one customer . So in my head I'm thinking oh yes it's gonna be fresh and hot . We ordered a meal fir 2 that comes with 15 boneless or bone in wings and friess and 2 drinks . We got original hot flavor . We waited about 15 minutes and got our food .. we needed plates so we asked the workers . They said huh ? Huh ? Huh ? About 5 times literally . N so my husbands said PLATES!!!!!platos!!! And they laughed like it was so funny .. why do places have workers that do not understand English !? But the people who are from here and speak perfect English they don't get the job . None of them that worked there understood English good . Besides that when we looked at our food the wings were made with like 2 drops of sauce n the fries looked like left over fries form other customers just dipped back in the fryer ..I was upset at that point cuz I was craving the wings for while n was disappointed how they made them ..anyone Would be .. I told my husband that I was going to ask for a cup of the sauce n when I did the cashier said that'll be 1.50$ Extra .. I said okay I gave him the money and he gave me a container with the sauce cold ! I told my husband and he told the cashier if they could warm it up because who wants cold sauce ..?? The manager said oh no we can't do that ! U would think since there's literally no customers besides us they would focus on our meal and make it nice but no they just wanted to hurry up n get the order out ..lazy .. and to top it off the cashier he was just standing there on his phone on instagram scrolling and scrolling get to lazy ass off that phone n come wipe the tables that are dirty mostly all of them .. make yourself useful do your job ! On September 17th I visited the Wingstop # 756 location in Katy.. 9550 Spring Green BLVD STE 414 (281) 574-7776 and the manager Miguel was very rude! By me working in customer service, I can really tell you that I didn't receive that tonight. I was standing in line when a lady that just walked in came around me and walked up to Miguel in which he saw me standing there..And proceeded to engaged with this woman of an Indian decent vs of asking who was next in line,which was me ( African American woman) Miguel attitude towards the whole situation was not excepting. From this whole experience I will not becoming back to this store and possibly will not visit another Wingstop location because of how I was treated at this location. And by these recent reviews I can personally tell you it's true! Please do not visit this location if Miguel is working there. Tried the bone in thighs today. Online take out order was processed accurately and our food was ready as forecast. The flavors were spot on for the Hawaiian and original hot and we did enjoy the new thigh offering in addition to our traditional wings. Definitely worth a try! Good job by the staff. The person that took my order cooked my food without washing his hands. The wings & fries were already in the basket waiting for someone to order them. The wings were dry & overcooked & weird after taste. Fries soggy. I did not eat them. The ranch dressing was even warm. Later I got sick. I think the chicken wings were out of refrigeration too long. The floor in the dinning area & kitchen were sticky as you could see the employee sliding on the floor while cooking. The floor was filthy chicken and fries on it. Strange smell in the restaurant. Hand washing & gloves should be a requirement. There were two other employees in the back that were not doing anything to help. Serious supervision needs to be present during the night shift. WingStop is one of my favorite chains but this location was a serious disappointment and I will not be returning. And I would not recommend this location to others. read more

My complaint is not about the food but about the service. My wife and have stayed in this area for a few months now and have visited this location a number.ber of times. During our visit we have encountered the cashier by the name of Marcus a few times. I can recall four times this guy has had an attitude with either my wife or me for no reason, today being the latest. I walked in he asked for my name gave him my name and told him I was here for a pick up order he responded with "you need to say that first" with a horrible attitude. Again this isn't our first run it with him it's starting to seem like every time we come here if he's the cashier we are due for an attitude or some sort of disrespect. The worker on the phone kept talking to the person ordering, and she did not acknowledge my arrival or even look at me. When leaving with takeout, the lady reviewed my order and told me they put in the 5 wings. I left. This is an exceptional location of Wing Stop. The staff is friendly on the phone and in-person. The store is amazingly quick even during peak hours. The inside is small but there is usually a table available for dine-in. The food is consistently good and the price is reasonable.
