Been to this location twice now and each time I was extremely happy with the food. Both occasions were online to go orders. My first time due to a personal mistake when ordering online I selected boneless instead of bone in.. I asked the cashier who appeared to be the manager if we could alter the order. The manager was very accommodating and switched my wing order at no extra charge. He even still gave me the boneless wings too!! Our interaction was very genuine, nice, and not the type of service you expect at a fast food location. 2nd occasion visiting was perfect! The wings were spot on and very tasty. I went to Wingstop for extra crispy chicken wings, and the whole experience was just disappointing. First off, I ordered a 10 piece half Louisiana rub half original hot, and they only gave me 9 wings. And on top of that, they weren't even extra crispy like I asked. This is literally the main reason I even went there. One of the workers actually wrote down everything that was wrong on the receipt so they could fix it or refund me, but somehow they lost the receipt. Now they're telling me they can't refund me because they "can't see my order in the system." Make that make sense. What makes it worse is that I even gave them a good tip, because I'm not petty over money. It's not about the refund. It's the principle. If you can't get a simple order right, then lose the proof, and then act like the order never existed, that's just bad business. It shows they don't care to correct their mistakes or take accountability. This location needs to do way better. I had stopped going here a couple of years ago and relented when the family requested it last Friday. It was again a terrible experience. Placed my order on the app and it told me to pick up in 45 minutes. When I arrived, there were 30 people packed in the store waiting on orders. It was chaos, with unclaimed orders stacking up behind the counter. After 15 minutes, they told me to come back in an hour, so I left. There is no system in-place, like an order status screen to help customers know where they are in the queue or maybe that their order is ready and getting cold and stale behind the counter. I went back 45 minutes later and picked up my cold order. The fries are usually the highlight, but were really dry and cold. Reheating did not help. Problem is that the app does not track order status and the store uses the age-old printed paper order system, so they also have no idea. Look, if you love bad value, stress, driving back and forth, and wasting time waiting, then this is the perfect place for you. Not for me. Lesson fully learned now. Never going back. Just sucks sucks sucks and other places have much better wings and legitimate service that is not so careless with customer time. read more

Terrible service. It seems like they don't like to answer their phones an hour before they close. I called about 5 different times. 2 of the times I waited for 3 minutes then another for 9 mins no answer. Now I had to call another store which is about a additional 15 min drive from this location which I'm only 5 mins away from and when I called it wasn't even 10secs of hearing the standard Wingstop recording where someone actually answered and acknowledged me, also asked me to hold on for a bit. That hold lasted about 45 secs and they were back on the line ready to take my order. 3-18-2023 I used to work at this location once upon a time. When I saw the bad reviews I thought surely it can't be that bad, and knowing how some customers in this area can be, paired with them not knowing the full procedures of how things are ran. We ordered online at about 8:30, on our way home and decided to go wait at the store. Boy, was I sad to see the state of the store. Trash on tables and on the ground. Two cashiers not doing much of anything including taking orders, I watched them put someone on hold with out even talking to them, just picking up the phone and putting it on hold. A customer came in and complained about waiting on hold for a long time and was told because they were busy they had a hard time answering the phones. I watched the cashier "look" busy but not do work. He checked the bags serval times and went to look at tickets. But a bag sat there for what i feel was about 10 min before he actually got it to the customer who was waiting for it. He had a very bad attitude towards customers and an arrogance as he informed me his mother works for the owner. Our food was decent. I personally don't like that they put the fries in boxes now it makes them soggy because it holds in moisture, so had soggy yet over cooked fries with little seasoning when in asked for one to have extra. My Hawaiian wings had very little sauce on them. The corn was great. I hope the regional manager can help get this store back to what it was. read more
