WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The manager "Charles" is a direct product of his supervisor "Amanda." Untrained at it's finest. I understand you work in a fast food environment; however this does not give you an excuse to lack professionalism. You have been given a lead position in this large chain. With supervision like this it's no wonder the other wing chains surpass Wingstop. For future reference when "You" mess up an order at no fault of the customer, it is not good practice to become combative with the customer. I'm glad the Wingstop near my home is better trained in customer services. Hey... Wingstop franchise owner, there is a reason this location has very low ratings. Received great customer service on my takeout order from this location 12/23/19 at 11:40am. I had questions about what had MSG and what didn't and they were friendly and happy to answer all of my questions. Especially the guy who seemed to be the lead in the food prep area, he knew everything!! I watched the team with other customers while I waited for my order and they were just as great with everyone else. Go team! Keep up the good work! read more

First and probably the last time we will visit here. Ordered online and was told order would be ready at 6:55. Arrived there around 6:52 and at 7:19 we walked out with food. Almost 25 minutes late. When my husband told the guy at the counter he was there for our food the guy acted as though he was looking for it and literally just started doing other things. MUCH later another woman came over and got his name and then just walked over and grabbed our food. WTF??? How long had it been sitting there??? Cold and soggy fries and wings? I use to love Wingstop and have been to several and the food was good but this shit here was a joke I witness a employee handle a trash can with the same gloves he was preparing food with another one go outside to smoke a cigarette and go right back inside preparing food and didn't wash hands the wings are shit first time I ordered from this store look like that jus fried some wings and jus poured sauce over that shit and each and every time I went I got wings like this smh other locations was way better who ever owns this franchise needs to get this store in order and fire the riff raff!!!! read more

Okay, I've never been to a Wingstop before. This was the perfect experience. We walked in, multiple people behind the counter were smiling and ready to help us. We wanted to wait to order until we'd read the whole menu. A woman named Rose helped us get more familiar with the menu items, recommended a couple cool combinations, and suggested we get corn instead of French fries... and by the way, their corn is PHENOMENAL. The wait time was normal for how busy they were. About 30 minutes for hot, fresh wings and corn. All around the best experience at a wing place I've ever had. Found mold in my ranch and confronted the manager, she decided to a smart*** and say that it was part of how they "processed the ranch after they unpackaged it" . There really slow with the orders, I called in for a 12pc wings wet and when I went to pick them up after 45m they still weren't done with my order not to mention when I did receive them they weren't even wet. The wings were dry and when I asked the lady to have them with more sauce she charged me!, for extra sauce!!. This location is very very VERY slow on their orders. I called in an order and still had to wait over an hour to receive it. They also have terrible customer service! They have a horrible attitude when answering the phone. I will not be returning to this location. read more

I placed my order on-line. When I arrived the cashier was more concerned about finishing his wing than getting my order. I hope he was a new employee because he didn't know what he was doing.
