We are so happy that we finally tried Wingstop after years of saying we will. I was craving wings we headed over here. It did take us a bit to decide on flavors as we both tend to eat different flavors and were slightly overwhelmed by the variety. Luckily, the staff member at the register was super helpful! He pointed out what flavors he liked and answered our neverending am8of questions. I wish I would have gotten his name to give him some props. We ended up with a 15 wings combo for two with Cajun wings, lemon pepper and upgraded -Louisiana voodoo- fries. The Cajun wings were the right amount of spicy in my opinion, enough to feel the heat but not to much that your crying. Lemon pepper was also good, almost a slight sweetness to it. They were cooked well and not tough or dry. The voodoo fries were at an additional fee, I believe $1-2. I would go back just for these. Little bit of spice but not a reason to cry. There was a small restaurant area with tables to sit and relax and eat your food out. We enjoyed watching highlights from the draft while we were eating our food on the TV. I gave a poor review because a young lady, very politely showed me ticket on bag that it was ready at 7:12 pm . Obvious in that almost 20 minutes it had cooled. I asked for a manager and as she stood behind manager asking for help...she didn't get the time of day. Not wanting her to get in trouble I said never mind I would call in. Fries cold, wings lukewarm I called back and asked for manager who said her name was "v". I explained food cold because it was prepared too early. I noticed her voice was not friendly, inviting and she was irritated, when I finished explaining why my food was cold. After a second of silence she impatiently said "AND??". Taken aback I told her this wasn't done and planned to call corporate (I left out whole conversation with her as she was rude throughout). I first posted a poor review on Yelp. Within FIFTEEN MINUTES I received a call from assistant manager at Wingstop! She was professional, gracious and friendly, offering a replacement and apologized profusely. She offered a replacement and I was to get it at 5:00 pm the next day. The next day my portable oxygen failed and I was distressed and dealing with that and never showed up at 5:00.pm. She wasn't in, I apologized for no show, and DID NOT expect another replacement...but they offered! I declined as it was my fault I didn't come for replacement. They insisted ! Said to come in and they would make it WHEN I arrived. I came, waited 10-15 minutes and only had cash and wanted a soda while I waited. They offered....gratis. As I drank my soda and waited only a minimal time, I watched the employees at cashier greeting people in a friendly manner. Employees and drivers interacting professionally and efficiently. People eating, laughing and receiving great service and I realized...ONE person earned the location one star and a poor review. I allowed one person in a managerial position to anger me to the point of telling anyone on Yelp to beware bad service at this location. Well I apologize to the others who were lumped in my review. I should have expressed that I was reviewing that particular manager alone. The manager on duty at replacement I need to point out professional, smiling and friendly along with everyone else this night too. My food was hot and delicious and I will be back. More like just stop, am I right? Wingstop is a widespread chain known for chicken wings and related offerings. They're clearly forgettable if my last actual visit was over 6 years ago, as evidenced by my review of a San Jose location. I decided to check out this outpost close to my current residence because they were offering 5 free wings on National Chicken Wings Day today (which they call Wingstop Wing Day) with qualifying purchase. My actual purchase was the Chicken Sandwich ($5.49), which was labeled as a new menu offering. This was the more memorable of today's tastes. Plump, moist chicken inside with crispy crust outside, some pickles, and my choice of the new Hot Honey Rub, a dry seasoning rather than one of the wet sauces. The hot honey was indeed sweet and about as spicy as the 3 flame symbols suggest (roughly 3-4 out of a scale of 10). The one odd note was something resembling excessive saltiness, and I couldn't distinguish whether it was from the rub or the base sandwich. Still, it's probably worth a try if you're into fast food chicken sandwiches. The 5 free bone-in wings (also valued at $5.49) were quite lackluster though. The meat didn't taste thoroughly seasoned, and most of the pieces had an overall dry-ish feel and dry edges. The Bayou BBQ, a revived "remix" sauce, was less spicy than I expected 3 flame symbols (maybe 1.5 or 2 out of 10). Also, it kinda pooled at the bottom of the to-go box and more of an average BBQ sauce which you can get anywhere. And no, I am not unfairly criticizing despite taking it to-go. It was perhaps 15-20 minutes at most between ready time and when I tucked into the wings at home. Last week, I ate fast-casual wings that had had more time to cool down but still maintained better flavor and texture. If this is how all Wingstops are, they're going to fall by the wayside sooner or later as competitors in the wing space emerge. Go here only if you're tired of other nearby fast food spots or really dig fast food crispy chicken sandwiches. The most I can say is that I might try a different location next year if they repeat the discount day. read more

This wing stop is tucked away and hidden and hard to find with the google maps or unless you were familiar with this location is somewhat difficult. Demurion's customer service was friendly and great. The wings were delicious and restaurant and bathroom were clean. As a safety professional that i am, I notice Demurion check the ice in the ice machine. Luckily he is tall to lift the lid without a ladder to check the ice levels, but I told him if they installed a mirror on the bottom side of the lid and had an aluminum stick and hasp to loop the lid upward he would be able to see the ice levels without straining. He did an excellent job filling the ice up using the ladder, but thought I would share the idea for easy viewing on the ice levels in the soda machine. This would reduce risk of injury for sure especially for shorter employees. I spoke to Demurion about it and he seemed to agree It would make it easier. Just looking out for any potential litigation on personal injury. I would also suggest wing stop using a ladder with handles instead of free handing down holding the bucket. Use a ladder with a side plate to place bucket so employees may descend down hands free of objects and hold on to a ladder with side rails. Great wings and great service. Highly recommend. Just my 2 cents on SAFETY.. When I order online it is never an issue. There wings are absolutely phenomenal, never have had bad wings from this location. Although this place is phenomenal they do have some common sense issues. For example one time me and my family ordered 20 wings and got one ranch. Personally I would highly recommend asking for extra sauce. I would highly suggest going to this place they are just on it. What a Great place! First it was SUPER easy to order everything online. You can completely customize your order. I got the All In Bundle and it's perfect for a family and it's only $20.00. You pick everything you want and then you can specify how many wings you want seasoned differently with a nice variety. I also got the Cajun corn on the cob thinking "ok let's try it". Wow! They are so tasty and are a Great side to have. I got some of the no less wings plain because I like to try the base with no seasoning to see if it's any good to begin with. Dropped into Wingstop because it's been a couple years and I just had a taste for some Classic (Bone-In) wings. Well I ended up grabbing their Lemon Pepper, Mango Habanero, and Garlic Parmesan wings. Upon arrival the parking lot is quiet small but not as many people were there that day so I had no issues getting in and out. I went inside and was immediately greeted by one of the Wingstop staff/cooks. Like I said it's been a while sine I've been there and I needed some time to look over the menu. He patiently waited and answered all the questions I had on particular choices and combo, mixing and matching. Even though there were that many people inside, assigned me a number and took down my name. Once they got rolling on my order it didn't take them long at all, given how much I ordered, for them to get it to me with the order being exactly what I wanted. Sometimes it seems certain fast food type places, they get your order in and out very quickly there seems to be some sort of mistake or issue somewhere, but Wingstop staff/cooks were spot on! This place hasn't just only pleasured my physical form but has awakened and started a stronger connection with my mental self-being. The food wasn't just good it was heavenly and somehow managed to open my third eye and align my chakaras. The workers helped me by putting wings into my mouth one by one and helping me chew them as I read my Harry Potter fan fiction. The design and aroma of the building were one to be amazed at the walls covered in beautiful decor, and the speakers playing calming jazz helped with my infected thyroid.
