Right when you go in, you're immediately greeted and welcomed. The young lady at the register was sweet and polite and got an order in. It got packed and really busy after we ordered, so there was a little wait but totally understandable and worth it. This is our go-to wing place always. Definitely recommend. read more

We use to frequent wing stop back in Maryland quite often. We finally tried them out here since they opened one up in Grovetown. Placing your order online is super easy, but if ordering online, they do not allow you to pay upon pick up. Not sure if they offer military but wouldn't hurt to ask. The last time we came, we ended up getting a special bundle. 16 boneless wings with 2 flavors if you'd like, and 6 strips also with 2 flavors. We ended up getting Hawaiian, Mild, Louisiana Rub and Spicy Korean Q. The bundle also came with fries and 3 containers of ranch. Everything was flavored well. I'm not a fan of Hawaiian but it's my husbands favorite. Spicy Korean Q was really nicely flavored but not overly spicy. The Louisiana rub was the bee's knees. It's a dry rub but the crunch on the strips with the flavor of the rub really was everything. I didn't need any ranch but it didn't take away the flavor like some ranch can do. The fries were disappointing, so I can't recommend you get any. This most recent time I ordered 10 boneless wings and after choosing that, it offered me 5 more for $2.99 and then 2 strips for $1.99. the food wasn't the issue in with my experience. the staff and management were just so disrespectful to their employees and even to me. i have had multiple interactions with said staff members and refuse to enduldge in any support to this facility. i strongly caution hungry customers from stepping foot into this establishment, especially since the management has been known for intimate relations inside the restrooms. read more

You can't go here and not expect a wait. It's inevitable. I see a lot of people get extremely combative and irritated with the workers and honestly, it's not their fault at all. It's easy for restaurants, especially ones like this to get backed up on orders. Being someone who's worked fast food, trust me, it's equally stressful for the employees in these situations. They also want to get your food out to you as soon as possible; they aren't let purposely making you wait a long time. If you need your food by a certain time, it's always best to make an online or over the phone order to ensure it's ready when you arrive. The food is amazing. Quality is top tier. Yes; they are fast food wings, but they're delicious. The condiments are also great and the sodas are always crisp and delicious. One of my favorite lunchtime spots. read more

We were told that the driver left without half the order and we could drive over and pick it up if we wanted it. Knowing the food would be cold the manager offered to redo the order. I placed an order around 11 for pickup at 11:23-11:28. I got there a little early and the young man with glasses at the front counter said 5 more minutes. My friend and I waited as we watched the boy make drinks for other DoorDash's. 10 minutes go by and the young lady with glasses calls out an order named Erica. It wasn't my order, so my friend and I ignored it. Another 10 minutes go by and at this time it's 11:45. The same young lady starts playing in the back and going extremely slow, but also passing out other peoples' food. The same boy comes back up, reads the receipts again, then goes back to the back where we don't see him. The young lady in the back checks up on other Doordashers and another customer but refused to check up on us. Finally at 11:55, my friend asked where our food was and the bag was sitting there the whole time. Food was cold, and the girl acted like it was a disservice to her when we asked where our food was. Wings were fantastic. If you get more than one variety, you may really appreciate the flavors Guys, when will you complete my order? I always receive a missing item when I order from you. If you're ordering for a large group, these wings are pretty affordable. But, the entire meal is ruined when the item included in the wing pack is missing. My fries. Put in a large order for the Super Bowl. They were super busy, but they did pretty well for only being open a couple of weeks. Food was fresh and everything was made correctly. The worst wingstop experience I've had here in Georgia. We waited for an hour past our pick up time for our order. They were so disorganized and many patrons were waiting extra time because the employees had "given their food to the wrong customer". To be honest, that is probably what happened with our order. Even after we received the text message saying our food was ready, we went in to grab it and waited an extra half hour in the store for the food. I should have just made my own wings.
