Was looking for Jade of China-this was not it! Overcooked vegs and mushrooms. Fried rice in place if white rice. Delivery was good though!

The staff is very nice. As in all restaurants the food eaten there is much better than take out. They are not consistent but the food is not ever terrible but sometimes it is absolutely fantastic. read more

Not an option if you have celiac and are gluten free. Most Chinese restaurants we have gone to can make things gluten free by switching to a white sauce since soy sauce often has gluten. This restaurant didn't know what gluten was and was not responsive to looking into it any checking further. All people in the food industry should be at least familiar with the top common allergies. Everything was served in a to-go box whether you dine in or carry out. The flavor of the food was good but didn't seem hot for just being prepared. Thinking maybe things may have been precooked. I ordered Egg foo young and it wasn't crisp on the outside at all. My husband ordered General So chicken and he loved it. The egg rolls were pretty good but again not very hot. There was sooo much food that we had left overs the next day. I heated up egg foo young in my air fryer and it did crisp up better. We'll definitely go back and give another try. read more

Average. My wife phoned in our order. I didn't know what she ordered, I was instructed to pick it up on my way home. When I got there they asked for the name... nothin Asked for phone number... nothin Another phone number... nothin What did you order? I don't know. My wife called it in. Jade Garden is one of your only choices for Chinese delivery in the Graniteville area, so that's one thing to note. I've discovered that I really like their appetizer style items more than the combos. (Cheese wontons, chicken & beef on sticks, ribs, donuts, etc.) Their pupu platter is my favorite in the area and is a really great value if you want a filling dinner to share that's more snacky. They used to have real Hibachi, but last time I ordered a hibachi plate, it was the normal fried rice with a "Chinese style" chicken dish, nothing at all like Hibachi. Not sure if that's the new normal or just a fluke, but I wouldn't recommend the Hibachi even though it's still offered on the menu. They've also got the Hibachi house style shrimp/white sauce that's good on everything, in case you're into it. read more

Always great food and the employees are very nice. I have been enjoying their food for several years. I eat there at least once a week. Bring back the other spring rolls. They were so yummy but the ones you serve now has an overpowering garlicky ginger flavor and you cant taste the veggies within. I don't care that the other spring rolls were smaller. They were absolutely the best! read more

Always arrives in a timely manner. The delivery drivers are friendly. The food is great. Never had any problems with Jade Garden. I often have issues with other Chinese restaurants having tough chicken or other issues with quality. Jade Garden seems less processed most of the time that's why I like it. read more

This was the best Chinese food ever when the husband and Wife ran it together. Husband Jason was the cook. He started to open other restaurants and they brought in other cooks. Food was not the same. They also a while back went to hibachi style sticky rice. I'm just not a fan. So I stopped eating here. Their still open, so????? Give the a try. read more

I really do like the food here at Jade Garden, but personally the location is a little bit sketchy. I did not feel safe leaving my car outside nor actually walking to the restaurant. I believe this is because they had moved to a new location, and this location is not the best. But the people working there are still really sweet and are great. STAY AWAY!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would, terrible service full of teenage girls with attitudes and a little kid answering the phone that cant take a delivery order to save her life!!! Would not recommend to my worst enemy. When I asked for a adult a lady got on the phone and said SHE IS BUSY AND THAT THIS LITTLE GIRL WILL TAKE MY ORDER AND FOR ME TO DEAL WITH IT!!! We ordered all kinds of food tonight. We were disappointed when they said they don't have shrimp toast anymore...but oh well....we found other things to munch on. I must say the crab rangoon was WAY too sweet!! I've never had crab rangoon that sweet before. The steamed dumplings were ok, not as much filling as I would have liked. The chicken wings were good. We had wonton soup, I personally didn't try it so I can't comment on that. We also ordered beef lo mein, beef with garlic sauce, szechuan beef, sesame chicken , shrimp fried rice, egg rolls & spring rolls. The egg rolls weren't as big as what I'm used to, but my daughter liked them. The beef dishes were really good with just the right amount of heat. The sesame chicken wasn't spicy at all to me. Overall it was good. Not the best, but certainly not the worst I've had. A friend recommended Ming Ming's and I wish we had tried them instead. We spent over $70 for dinner (which we did get alot of food) but too many of the appetizers were not up to standard. read more

It's a flip of the coin to see if you get what you ordered... and they seem to hold a grudge. We loved this place so much. I got a lobster shell in my meal and complained. Almost every meal we've had delivered since has been wrong. All I wanted was a "sorry, we'll try better". That's it. I can only assume that they are pucking up or meals on purpose now. Bait and switch? I received their flyer in the mail and the next day I thought I'd try them so I called to place an order. While going over the order, the prices quoted on the phone were higher on several items. When I politely pointed this out they would not honor their advertised prices. We called to order delivery. I live p6.6 miles from there restaurant. They told me they would charge $20.00 dollars to deliver. We have ordered from them in the past and we're charge $3.99. Gas has gone up but not enough to increase delivery fees by that much. Why would you put a flyer in my mailbox if you don't want to deliver here.That is insane.
