Ambiance is okay but who goes to eat fried chicken for that. Tv screens showing Kpop and Korean shows. The wait staff was busy watching more than serving. And actual drink displays of what they offer for drinks were on the walls. We ordered the regular fried chicken and the super spicy one. The chicken comes hot ( temperature). The breading on the chicken is not as crispy as other places. More hard from more flour. Perhaps that's why it's crunchy thru ever bite. The spicy wings were indeed spicy. My wife who loves spicy thought it was spicy. So I knew I was going to die from them. The small amount of pickled daikon was quite small. 3.5 stars. We are still big fans of Bb.q chicken Prob won't be going back here.

There isn't much of a beef flavor anymore. My husband and I ordered 2 meals and an extra burger for him. It came to $30. That is outrageous for a flavorless meal. This place really makes me appreciate Five Guys. They're expensive but at least they have a nice beef flavor to their burgers. At least I won't miss this place in the future.

My go to pastas is their eggplant parmigiana and my hobbies fave is their spaghetti bolognese. The serving size for their pastas can easily serve 2 good size servings, 4 if you're on a diet. I had to knock out a star due to the fact that their pizzas never seem to have enough tomato sauce and there is too much crust. The crust is also a bit underwhelming and probably could use a bit more flavor. It would be great if they would cook the dough a bit longer so it wouldn't be bit doughy. Another suggestion to make the crust a bit better would be if they offered dipping sauces - garlic oil, blue cheese or even ranch. However, overall I would highly recommend everyone to try out Milanos for a great economical family meal.

Our server was nice to take our initial order and also put in our refill order so that we can get our food together without waiting a long time for refills. He also asked if we wanted the kids meals to come out first which we gladly said yes since the kids were hungry. For the kids meal, the pizza was pretty good with a soft and thunk bread and tasty pizza sauce. They ordered soda which had endless refills. The fries were also really good. The cole slaw was fresh and not slathered in sauce. You can choose different sauces for the riblets and boneless chicken. The garlic Parmesan was a tender on the inside but the outside was a bit too hard for me. My favorite sauce was the Asian chili which tasted like Korean fried chicken. The riblets had a lot of flat bones in there but the meat was good. Everything was pretty salty. For Applebees AYCE, you can't take any leftover food home from your order. We got the Cinnabon Mini Swirls for dessert which was soft, warm, and delicious.

I used my birthday deal for free wings once or twice here, including once on a date. It wasn't a first date, we had gone out a few times. Service is usually pretty good. Gotten the Tuesday BOGO wings or Thursday BOGO boneless wings special if it works out. There are a lot of TV's to watch football or whatever sport is going on. I really enjoy the bone-in more than the boneless. The wings aren't top notch, but pretty good. I used to get the BBQ & parmesan garlic, but in more recent years, I've mainly gotten the chipotle BBQ dry rub as it's less unhealthy. Both are tasty. I also got a beer special one day with a food in addition to my wings. The beer was like $3 for a late happy hour I think. Overall, it's generally been a pretty positive experience at this location.

The sandwich has ALL the flavors you're looking for: great spice and the slaw complements, but there is NO chicken. I didn't know you could chiffonade chicken. It's so ridiculously razor thin that you end up with 80% breading and 20% chicken, which is a shame, cuz the flavors WORK. The sides and shake are just wasted, so I'd avoid these 100%. I'm giving 2 stars for the flavors. Everything else is 0 stars, at best.

We picked up wings here, and the staff was nice and always punctual with the timing. They have various wing bundle specials, which aren't bad. The wings are pretty solid, but they are fried wings, which a bit of a negative but still tasty. Overall, good positive experiences. I visited another location in Beltsville, which wasn't so good. I did the survey email I got in October 2025 and named all the issues. The next day the manager of that store called me and said to come back in, and he would treat me to free wings and make sure my experience was better. I have yet to do that as it's just quite rare that I'm on that part of US 1 and also looking to eat over there too (maybe twice driven by since then), but I haven't forgotten; I will eventually redeem this. It wouldn't be fair to give a bad 2-star Yelp to them yet; manager was nice enough to call, I'll want to get those free wings from him and can judge the overall experience from October 2025 to whenever I end up doing that.
