This is the worst restaurant I have ever ordered from. Management is awful and it's not the first time I've witnessed this type of behavior. I decided to give them another chance this year for Superbowl ordered a large order for a party I was hosting the week before believing the website which made it seem ordering way in advance would ensure prompt pickup. I was so wrong store was packed and some employees including the manger were insulting customers and yelling at them. I wish I could give them zero stars! I ordered wings for the Super Bowl on Saturday at 11 am for a 545 pm pick on Sunday. I had to wait 2.5 hours for the food. What a disaster! They should have stopped taking orders if they couldn't handle the demand. Very poor management. Unbelievably bad! The manager gets upset at ME for talking to the customer about the ice machine being empty. Sooo one of the workers proceeds to fill the ice. Man when she took the cover off that machine, I almost threw up .... The rest of the machine was FILTHY too (see pics) EVERYONE has had the same problem with this establishment HORRIBLE Customer Service.... Sub par food... wrong order... just Bad bad bad. I love Wingstop, but I always have an issue at this Germantown location. When I'm really craving Wingstop, I have to convince myself to actually come to this location (since it's the only one in my area) and be ready for problems. Today when I arrived, 5 out of the 6 kitchen staff were out in front of the store chumming it up; while there were at least three parties inside waiting for their orders. I commonly have errors with my order. I wanted Mango Habanero today and this is what I got...basically plain with a little bit of sauce on some parts of the chicken. I have been going to this wingstop for years now and what more is there to say than it's an average wingstop experience, decent employees that are usually swamped in making wings for massive orders so they don't have much time to get to in store customers. That is to be expected with the massive online orders they get. I suggest ordering online and waiting around 10-15 minutes then coming inside and the food is 99% always ready. They did recently increase the prices on their menu so don't be surprised if you haven't gone here in a while. I usually go with the 10 piece combo pack and for the price around 11-12 dollars I feel like it's worth it, I get boneless half Korean BBQ and half Mild. I think it's worth trying out but don't go in expecting 10/10 customer service they're minimum wage workers don't be a Karen if they take a while to get to you. read more

My wife and I ordered a 20 boneless combo with 4 flavors, fries, and two drinks to be picked up. My order was ready when I came to pick the food up. They had one of those newer drink machines with a very large variety of soda combinations. The service was friendly. My experience in wing stop while picking up my food was excellent. There is a very short drive to my apartment from Wingstop. As soon as I got home my family sat down to eat. The original hot boneless wings barely had an wing sauce on them. The lemon and pepper were in a pool of grease. And all but three wings in the whole bunch were way over cooked. It was like eating fried chicken rocks. The fries were incredibly soggy and the cheese given to put on top of the fries barely even tasted like cheese more like a thick yellow milk substance. I plan on going back to Wingstop because I believe they were having an off night. We all have off days so why would a restaurant be any different. They say Door Dash picks up for them which is not anywhere on their site. But today (08/09/2023) I had a horrible experience at the wing stop located at Middlebrook RD in Germantown MD. I ordered 20 wings and a side of French fries online. I end in the store about 20 mins later to pick up my order. When I left and checked my order in the car I realized I had no ranch like I asked to come with the order , so I went back in. I asked the lady at the register and she handed me one ranch. I asked her for another one since I have 20 wings and obviously 1 ranch would not suffice. She said no , so I proceeded to asked the man that was in the kitchen if he could give me another since 1 was all I got. And he shook his head no. The same lady that handed me the first 1 said I would have to pay additional. I sent my husband in to speak with the manager who says her name is Ariana , to get my ranch. (There was no line or extra orders being handled, they were just standing around. ) He asks politely for one and she proceeds to shake her head no because he never ordered anything. When he tells her our order and that 1 ranch isn't enough her response was "so what! ". The workers that worked this evening are rude and should be taught better customer service skills. The size of the wings were way smaller than usual and the over all service and ambiance was horrible.
