Eh could be A LOT better. I ordered online for an afternoon pick up when the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Was 10mins late tho. Picked up the food and it was literally cold. There's no way the food got that cold in those 10mins. So my assumption is they prepared the food when the order came in. I wanted the fries well done with extra seasoning, didn't get that. Ordered a few extra sauce sides that were only half full at a $1.59 a piece. Like come on if your charging that much at least make sure they are full! Even tho the wings were cold they still tasted good. You know people spend $$ to eat out, I don't understand why restaurants can't make their food good lol. read more

The crew has terrible customer service skills, I believe this to be a direct reflection of upper management. I had to ask for the District Manager's number to attempt to get some resolve. He answered that day he was at some sort of baseball or soccer game I could here the background noise. He said he would call back. Never did. This situation had to do with change. The shop refused my 100 bill my order was about 50 so I'm not sure why they would-be so rude and off putting about taking my money. I asked is there a policy that does not allow for large bills she said no. The entire situation didn't make sense. The manager cleared my order after telling me they were not taking my cash, I had to ask her two times why she cleared out the order, I didn't want to use my card but in the end I did. Staff has no formal training in Customer service nor conflict resolution it's a shame but your rating is actually correct a strong 1 star I could not enjoy my meal after dealing with them. I will not be going back to that location ever again.. You need new management and staff to be successful. Making money is not Success! read more

I love wingstop! My family of 6 came in the other day and had a positive experience. Came in, ordered, lady at the counter said the food would be ready in about 18 min, sat down, and waited. There was only 1 other customer eating so I was expecting the food to come close to that time, and it did. 19 min exactly haha Food was hot, chicken crispy and seasoned/sauced well, and the fries well cooked. Got some coupons at work for Wingstop. Wife loves the place. It's a pretty unique coupon so cashier had to get help placing the order correctly into the register. I order 4 different kinds of wings- two do my wife which I read off my phone and two for me. The cashier repeated them back to me and all is fine and dandy. 10 minutes later I get the order. The employee reads off the four types of wings. One is incorrect. If it was one of mine I wouldn't care, but it's one of my wife's choices. I try to think back but I don't remember if the cashier read it off correctly or not. I n distress, I look at the cashier for assistance. She says "Oh, It was my (her) mistake." The other employee says "I got you." I left a happy customer. I know some annoying, dishonest broke people must try to do something similar just to get free food. When they say "Ready in 18 minutes.." they really mean "Ready in 30-40 minutes." They don't start cooking your food until you actually get here so if you order online it won't mean anything. Still tastes delicious! read more

There is absolutely no organization, not enough employees, and between the arguments that happen between customers and staff as well as the staff just standing around not knowing what to do it's just not worth coming here. If you want wings then fine whatever, but you've been warned. Be prepared to have to wait longer than expected, and or be given the wrong order. I called in an order to this store last nite in my way from work. I arrived & proceeded to the counter to pay for my order. The cashier couldn't find my order. I confirmed I was at the right store. Finally a manager responded & found my order under a different name. I pre-ordered 3 combos extra wet. I had the call taker repeat my order, she did. It was correct. I picked up the order and drove home. When we sat down to eat, NONE of the orders were correct. In fact, they were fried so unbelievably hard that they cut the roof of my mouth. My kids at most of theirs but after two wings, I could not eat mine. I was SO disappointed, so I called the manager. After being on hold for almost 7 minutes I talked with her. Very apologetic, which I appreciated. I explained that I lived too far away to come back. She asked me to bring the uneaten food back to the restaurant. I told her due to my work schedule I would not be able to come in until the next week...she asked if I could bring the food back at that time....... REALLY. She explained that bringing the food back was their "policy". I explained that I did take pics of the food but would not return that same note. She must have heard how that sounded when she said it out loud and decided to replace the meal at a later time of course at no additional cost... Been craving wings forever and a day, Happened to be in this area and ordered a 30 pack of wings that included large fries, 3 dipping sauces, and some veggies. Went to pick it up and as I was taking everything out of the bag, super hungry and so ready to start chowing down, I noticed my 3 dipping sauces weren't there!!! I was so pissed off cause if y'all eat wings, you know the sauces count in completing the whole meal. I was livid! Pissed beyond words that I had just gotten played!! Absolutely disgusted with the service that I received here. This place isn't really known for having the most pleasant people working it. I've never seen one person smiling, the guy who took my order was literally mumbling the whole time (great person to have in front right?) and the workers just really seem to not like working there. I came in today for a really easy order here. I ordered a 10 piece combo 5 teriyaki, 5 lemon pepper, and a glider on the side. The lady who gave me my order, after a 20 minute wait mind you, repeated the order back to me. I said thank you and left. After the 15 minute drive home I open up and just see my glider and 10 pieces of lemon chicken. Hold up! I called back the store and they apologized and told me TO BRING MY ENTIRE ORDER BACK TO THE STORE SO THAT THEY COULD VERIFY IT. Uhh...are you kidding me? I literally was shocked. I tried the both the "Hot" and "Original" boneless wings. The original flavor should be called "salt glaze". The hot flavor tastes of nothing but salt mixed with residual hot Cheeto powder. I couldn't taste anything after just one bite because of how salty these seasonings are. The salt taste is absolutely overpowering. Besides that, the food did not taste fresh at all. I could have ordered some microwaveable wings from the store, heat them up, let them sit and get cold for 10 minutes, and I would have had a better experience. There are only 2 located near where I'm at American Canyon and this one hear in Fairfield. I would recommend the American Canyon location over the Fairfield location. Restaurant: For the most part, this doesn't seem to be on of those welcoming feel free to sit type of places, it's more like order before coming get it and go! Location: it's in a very great location, with the mall being across the street, a Indoor Race Kart in the plaza area as well as other Major Restaurants like Chevys, Red Lobster and MoMos. Food: the food is good very satisfying yet dissatisfying at the same time! I usually order all drums (drumsticks) and the portions of meat they give you to bone is just flat out ridiculous. But Wing stop keeps me coming back for that delicious taste in spices and flavors! read more
