It's fast food... I don't know why people say the service doesn't meet expectations. A lot of wing stops don't have a ton of places to sit down which makes sense since it's more of a get to go and eat at home kind of thing. Overall, wings were great and the fries were super flavorful. I wingstop. read more

Be very careful using this location. They will ring you up for combos that you don't want. If you don't catch it before they ring you up, you'll end up paying for food you don't want. Next, they also won't call your name when the order is ready. If you aren't watching the board indicate your order is ready, you'll stand there for a while until you finally go up and ask. Lastly, when you ask for ketchup, they'll give you two packets for a full order of fries. Funny...my local WingStop can't seem to get my name right, but they do everything else one hundred times better than this location. Be cautious using them. read more

I recently came by for lunch. I ordered the 6 piece boneless wing combo (2 flavors: atomic, mango habanero), with French fries. The wings were good. A lot of my fries were burnt. Not sure why. Bad oil? An employee unlocks the door for you to use the bathroom, versus giving you the key to do so yourself. It would be a very long time before I stop by this location again. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Fairfield, California

It's been years since I've been to a Wingstop but I was in the area and hungry so I figured, why not? We were the only customers so our food didn't take too long even though they were preparing a lot of delivery orders simultaneously. The restaurant was pretty quiet, clean, and had lots of seating available. The chicken was good but way too greasy! Not sure if it was an off night or if that's a regular thing but it was drenched! read more

The wings looked like they were just thrown together with BBQ sauce poured on top instead of being properly coated. On top of that, I found short hairs on the chicken, including near a piece I had already bitten into, which is a serious hygiene issue. read more

What in the name of God is happening with this Wingstop? I used to live in Vallejo and ordered from that location through Ubereats so many times. Actually wrote a positive review because it was consistently outstanding. First time I've ordered from the Fairfield location and it's a massive difference. Placed my order at about noon and got the driest, oldest wings imaginable. It was like they were tossed with hot sauce 3 hours ago and left under a heat lamp. You know how you're excited about wings and pull a half a roll of paper towels in preparation? No liquid on my fingers at all. How can you have dry old wings in the middle of the lunch rush, shouldn't you be kicking out a ton of fresh wings?? Forgot my drink and my dipping sauce, carrots and celery look depressing. Someone needs to point out these negative reviews to corporate, whoever runs this garbage location needs to be fired along with whoever is on the line. Terribly disappointing. read more

This Wingstop needs a reboot. I ordered through UberEats and showed up thinking my food would be ready (since the app said it was). Instead, I stood there for over 30 minutes watching chaos unfold. The inside looked like a makeshift food shelter -- people everywhere, everyone waiting, no one knowing whose order was whose. Staff looked overwhelmed and unbothered at the same time. If my wings were any slower, they'd have hatched and raised a family before being served. Super unprofessional wait times for something that was supposedly ready. I love Wingstop in general, but this location? Absolutely not. read more

served raw food...chickens still pecking out the field raw..., fries also very lightly cooked and was never reached out to by the store to follow up on this. Had to force vomit to make sure I didnt end up getting salmonella from this. I ordered this through Doordash and when I called the store after informing Doordash, they advised me I would have to reach out to Doordash (since it was through them) repeatedly. I was not sure if my point even got across to the manager I spoke with since all he kept directing me to was Doordash when I was telling him about the seriousness of RAW chicken...This could seriously make someone very ill (child, elderly, people with weak immune systems) or even kill. I was given the General Managers name and asked them when they would be on site so I could follow up with the on this but after following up the next day to speak with them I was advised they were not there...I didn't order again after this and took a good distance from fried chicken spots due to this, stay safe! read more

I don't normally complain and never write reviews but this one was needed. Every single time I've eaten here, I end up regretting it. At first, I thought maybe it was just me or something wrong with my stomach, but after going back multiple times and having the same exact reaction, it's pretty clear it's the shitty food. The wings might look good, but something about them is just off. Every time I eat here, I end up with a really bad stomach ache and diarrhea. It's gotten to the point where I won't even consider eating here anymore because I already know what's going to happen afterward. It's frustrating because I kept giving this place chances and to think that maybe it was just a one time thing but it never was. I'm currently in the bathroom at 3am, shitting myself with diarrhea for the 2nd time after eating the wings. read more

If I could give zero stars I would give it. We ordered 2 cajun chicken sandwiches and wings and when I picked up my sandwich water started dripping out my sandwich. My bf called wing stop and they told us on the phone that they would give us a refund if we brought back the sandwich. When we came to Wing Stop they gave us $5 back for the chicken not the full refund which was $8.99. Their excuse was that it was cooked at the correct temperature. If it was cooked at the correct temperature it wouldn't be pink. The older woman that gave my bf the partial refund said she didn't like tone my bf was giving her but clearly he was not happy since he did not get the full refund for the meal. The customer service and management here needs improvement. I will be reporting to the health department! Update I called Wing Stop to let them know that I'm starting to get food poisoning symptoms and will be reporting the establishment the same woman that we talked to answered the phone and she said thank you very much and hung up the phone. If you want food poisoning please by all means come to this business. read more

It's Friday night and it's busy but I had to come here and say I've never had a bad experience at this wingstop location. Tonight there was a guy busting his butt and I wanted to give him props. Wingstop is my go to place for wings. I love wingstop so much that I chose to have wingstop for my bday lunch. Lemon pepper is my favorite and wingstop does lemon pepper wings best. I like getting Cajun wings along with lemon pepper since the two pair well together. There is no better ranch than wingstop ranch. The fries are seasoned well and go perfectly with the ranch. Soda fountain is also elite. Love getting strawberry Fanta. read more

Have you ever had Wingstop cater an event..? I did and it was a huge success. A student club, I advise, was throwing a party and the students agreed they all love Wingstop. So we went for it. We ordered 800 wings for our swim party. The student's order included bone-in, boneless, a combination of flavored sauces and ranch dressing. We went to pick up the order and the manager called for some the worker and they all helped out carrying boxes of packaged wings out to our vehicle. The wings were package in strong aluminum trays with lids, which were clearly labels with wing type and flavors. This made of easy serving for the students. The swim party was a success and 800 wings go a long way. We had 50 attendees who ate well and all took home storage bags full of wings. Thank you Wingstop. P.s. I went to Wingstop the day before and placed my order and all the details. Their service was stellar. read more

Takeout only during COVID restrictions. I went during one of their promo nights, Monday & Tuesday, .70 cent boneless chicken (10 piece minimum). Too many unsupervised young adults working in the back, goofing around. Which they should have been busy cleaning their establishment. Messy work and kitchen prep area. Food was alright, I wasn't expecting to pay extra for their ranch dipping dipping sauce, $3 for two small containers. I am not sure I will be back. read more

This place just gets worse each time I I give it a chance. The ranch police work 24/7. It doesn't matter if you order 75 wings; you can guarantee they will only give you the required amount of ranch and WILL charge you if you want extra. Even one extra. In this economy? Is crazy. read more

Recently order online from this location for an engagement party on 5/11/24. I ordered, 150 mixed boneless and bone-in wings. Lemon pepper, Louisiana rub and Parmesan. I went through their website and I have to say I was very pleased with the seamless process of ordering online. Everyone was very satisfied with the taste of the wings, nothing was under cooked. Wings were crispy and juicy. The pick up time was exactly at 12pm as I had requested. There was no delays or mix ups with my order. I appreciate the service and quality of the wings. I also called in the day of early at 9:30am and the person that answered was very nice and confirmed my order. I appreciate Wing stop for making my daughter's special day less stressful. When in Fairfield again. I will definitely order from this location. Thank you read more

Went to this Wingstop location on New Year day. I must admit I was a little hesitant after reading their recent reviews. But I have traditionally bought wings from this location in past years for New Years celebrations and things were fine. I put aside my reservations and gave them a shot with a 50 piece order. I asked for them to be cooked well done in two different flavors. I believe the person that helped me was a young man named Sunny. He did as excellent job at making sure my order was cooked to my specifications. I appreciate that especially when the cost for 50 wings is over $70.00 dollars you want great food and great customer service. They rose to the occasion for my order. The wings were very popular and were consumed quickly at the celebration. Thanks Sunny and the Wingstop crew! read more

Service sucks at this place, placed my order online, the app told me 15-20 minutes, i show up 20 minutes later when the app said my order was complete and i noticed quite a lot of unhappy customers there already, many being given the wrong orders or their orders just taking way too long, im hopeful that will not be the case with me, boy was i wrong! About 5 minutes later i finally get up and go ask where my order was because i kind of herd them say my name after they gave someone else the wrong order and she came and handed them the order back! The guy looked at my phone, went to the kitchen to see what was going on and looks at some of the employees all laughing as they are struggling with orders mind you they already have a lot of angry clients there waiting! Guy comes back and tells me it's going to be another 15 minutes! Why the hell does the app say my order is ready then? I told him i need a refund so he gets his manager, she asks me "so you want to cancel your order" yes i want to cancel my F*#% order! Im not gonna wait there another 15 minutes! She tells me the money will be back to my account in 3-4 weeks! What a freaking joke with these people! Will definitely not go back there again! read more

Wingstop - Receipt - Chicken Wings Near Me - Fairfield, California

Really wanted to have some wings because I hadn't had Wingstop in a while. So I know I can purchase all flats for an extra fee because I've done it on many occasions. This time I asked for wings and the woman told me she couldn't guarantee me all flats because the bag comes mixed. I assumed that the bag comes to the store mixed but I was confused by her response because I am certain she was not opening a new bag especially for me. I just assumed that the 8 flats I was willing to pay for would be picked from the batch but she continued to tell me with frustration that there are so many flats in each bag and she didn't know how many flats would be in the bag. Okay. I give up. So I ordered my 8 piece combo. Was so disappointed with my garlic Parmesan wings which had no flavor. The lemon pepper wings were good. Fries always good. Lol I wanted to get an extra ranch for my fries but I really did not feel like paying $1.60 for a small container. I'll just continue to go to the other wing restaurant where I know I can get my flats without a full story. read more

Do not order online from here. Ordered and paid online. Got there at specified pickup up time and was told they didn't receive my order. Showed them my online receipt and after a while of them searching their system, finally found it. Had to wait another 20+ mins for them to make my order. Another time I ordered online, picked up and got home, saw that all the fries were old, burnt and hard. Inedible! Had to toss them out. Bad business to serve old fries that have sat around all day just to be refried a second or third time and actually given to a customer instead of being tossed out. read more
