Be very careful using this location. They will ring you up for combos that you don't want. If you don't catch it before they ring you up, you'll end up paying for food you don't want. Next, they also won't call your name when the order is ready. If you aren't watching the board indicate your order is ready, you'll stand there for a while until you finally go up and ask. I don't normally complain and never write reviews but this one was needed. Every single time I've eaten here, I end up regretting it. If I could give zero stars I would give it. We ordered 2 cajun chicken sandwiches and wings and when I picked up my sandwich water started dripping out my sandwich. My bf called wing stop and they told us on the phone that they would give us a refund if we brought back the sandwich. When we came to Wing Stop they gave us $5 back for the chicken not the full refund which was $8.99. Their excuse was that it was cooked at the correct temperature. We ordered 800 wings for our swim party. The student's order included bone-in, boneless, a combination of flavored sauces and ranch dressing. We went to pick up the order and the manager called for some the worker and they all helped out carrying boxes of packaged wings out to our vehicle. The wings were package in strong aluminum trays with lids, which were clearly labels with wing type and flavors. This made of easy serving for the students. But I have traditionally bought wings from this location in past years for New Years celebrations and things were fine. I put aside my reservations and gave them a shot with a 50 piece order. I asked for them to be cooked well done in two different flavors. I believe the person that helped me was a young man named Sunny. He did as excellent job at making sure my order was cooked to my specifications.
