Slow poor service. In combination with the substandard wings, you have a recipe for a disastrous meal out.

I've maybe only had a few bad experiences and I've been here so many times! I don't think this place deserves anything less than four stars. Yeah they have their off days but that's every business..if you visit here frequently you would know it's actually really good and really worth it. On this particular night I walked in the door and only made eye contact with the manager and he tells the cashier to give us a discount because were regulars which is 100% factual. It felt nice to be an appreciated customer and that is why i will always go here! BW3s is not even comparable to Wingstop. bdubs is for pure sports entertainment and hanging out with your friends, Wingstop serves wings that wants to make you come back for more. read more

The people are always friendly and the food is always hot. It takes time to fry wings and sauce them people! I always get the original spicy and the lemon pepper with French fries or sweet potato fries. read more

Customer service was very poor! My husband and I ordered wings at 2:40 and decided to pick them up after our 3:00 appt we had for viewing a house. We told the young lady that we would like to hold our order and not make it until we get back. She agreed. When we came back she handed us a bag full of cold food! We had a confused look on our face of why we would want to eat cold food. We explained that maybe there was a misunderstanding but we would like for them to remake the order. The cashier gave us the biggest attitude and when we did receive our order the fries were still cold (they probably just gave us back our old fries) and the wings were not as flavorful as they could be. Over priced but very yummy. I was a little angry that i paid $28 for wings and still was charged 86 cents for a little thing of ranch. Where do you come up with 86 cents in the first place, random?! I like wingstop. As a company the wings are always the best and the service is always great, but not this location. Tonight I ordered my food online, waited the 20 mins and went in. After I got inside and paid I waited another 40 mins for my food to be ready. While I was waiting I noticed a lobby full of upset patrons who all waited an hour tonight for their food. Several people came back to the counter after grabbing their dinner because their order was wrong. On top of that, in front of the customers the staff was complaining and unprofessionally arguing with each other about the customer lying about missing food items. After watching this I checked my food before I walked out to head home. When I got home (it's a five minute drive) my fries were already cold and my wings tasted like they were old and had been cooked and reheated. I don't mind waiting for good food on a busy night. But tonight the service was bad, the wait was long, and the food was terrible. Very very disappointing read more

My family and I went here for lunch today it was our first time coming here. We ordered different types of sauces for our wings and some fries on the side. My wings were Hawaiian flavored and they tasted gross. The spices on my husband order of chicken were good except the wings hardly had any chicken on them. The fries tasted like someone dumped a whole bottle of salt on them. The one good thing I have to say was the staff was very friendly. I wanted to leave a great review of the poor people who have to work at this location. U are all wonderful strong individuals who have the gift of patience n kindness. Owner/manger do your staff a favor n hang some "right to refuse service" signs or something your crew doesn't get paid enough to deal with the shit they take. In my 45min there i saw some outrageous complaining n yelling at your staff from horrible people. It was dinner rush n super busy, but nothing to bad for the volume of people coming in. Ordered online 20 wings. Picked up food unfortunately without checking order. Only received 13 wings. Called store once arrived at destination, they said only thing they could do was give me 10% off next order. I drove back to store with order asked for money back. No apology, just look of disappointment that their employee had lied about packing my order correctly and had to refund me. No discount or coupon for future purchase. Will not be going to this Wingstop ever, nor will anyone I talk to about were to get good food and service. read more

This has been my worse experience to date at a wing stop. I waited 45 min for 20 boneless wings. While I waited 6 people ordered after me and received their orders before I did. The guy who order after me ordered 5 times what I ordered, the part was he let me and two other guys with me go ahead of him. They all received their food before me I wasn't offered an apology or compensation for the inconvenience. The worst part the wings were awesome! Service was in the gutter. read more

Awful food and rude and awful service. Went to pay with a Visa gift card they claimed that they did not accept gift cards due to grad, mind you this was not a 200 hundred dollar meal but cost 7.57. Even if it was fraud it would not cost them much. The older lady who was the cashier was rude and non responsive about the servise. The other issue was the place was a mess and there was not any garbage cans to throw your food out so you had to leave them on the table. Now for the real zinger: the food is aweful!AWEFUL!AWEFUL!!! for those who think wing stop is great may have issues with their taste buds. I ordered the boneless 'wings',wings are not boneless, basically it was processed crap. When I got it, it was cold, and was drenched in sauce. The sauce was inedible and the chicken was hard and chewy, gross. I did not even finish the meal and left most of it on the table. I order from here a lot and I get about 100+ wings I place the order in advance so I wouldn't have to wait just get in and out and be home for everyone to enjoy the wings. That never happens here at wing stop in Fairfield every time I come I have to wait an hour for my wings. I've tried all kinds of different things placing the order over the phone, online, and in person hours before the pick up paying it when I came hours before thinking that might help have them ready on time but still have me waiting for over an hour my wings were supposed to be ready at 4:30 pm and it's 6:00 pm. I love there wings here and so does my entire family which is why I continue to put up with them. If I didn't like there wings I would have gave them one star. read more

Terrible service. Every time you call in an order and they say 15 minutes that really mean an additional 15 minutes after you get here. Never done on time and the girls in the back don't even try to speed up. I have had an order done but had to wait 5 minutes just watching the girl taking her time to bag orders. Called in an order last night to be picked up at 6:30. I always come here because the service is always amazing and the food is to die for, however when i picked up my order and drove back home, the fries i had ordered were really soggy and cold, and most of the wings and tenders i got weren't even the correct amount. I was short 2 tenders and 4 wings. Now i would let it slide however its the second time its happened to me, not to mention the dressings i paid for weren't even in the bag, shame. Came here because I haven't been here in a while and wanted Wings. The man who took my order was rather rude and didn't seem to be too thrilled about being here at all. No smile and had an attitude. My receipt said his name was Kenneth. When I got my food I wasn't thrilled with the appearance, I wanted the boneless wings but they gave me classic, I didn't say anything because maybe it was mistake. The fries weren't good at all, they were soggy and somewhat cold. I didn't want to be rude and be someone that complains. I've had better experiences here but I am disappointed with how this store provides customer service. I've had a few deceit meal during the day here but at night horrible. But... tonight was the worst. Always young kids working not a bad thing they need to develop work ethic. But who is leading who in this place? ???? The oldest young lady of the bunch was 21 years old and she was new. The young man that served me was 17 or 18 years. There is cross talk going on while taking orders. The cashiers are having long conversations with each other while patrons are ordering.. patrons are looking at each other like REALLY. NOW, it's near closing time and I'm still waiting on my food. One female employee has her purse on and she cooking her own food. She is yelling from the kitchen while cooking to the person waiting for her "DO you want celery". He looks over at me with disbelief and guilt like did she really yell that because he knows I've been waiting. Finally, the Nice fresh big bag of food is handed over the counter to the person who is picking her up. The lady that was in front of me, by the name of Bre, walks back in the store and says" where is my food" she looks in her bag and she has to ask for stuff to get her order right. 10 minutes later they call me. Not one thing in my order is right. It's my order but nothing I asked for. Ten piece lemon pepper bone in all flats with lemon pepper sauce on the side. No sauce on the side or the all flats. My second order 10 garlic parmesan boneless with ranch. No ranch and chicken is all bone in. It's probably 15 minutes til 1200, I'm mad as hell nothing right and the manager who looks 12 years old tell there is nothing he can do because they stop cooking. I'm so hot I can't talk because I might say something very inappropriate. So, I take the food home and it all over cooked and has a burnt taste that I still have in my mouth as I type this. The worst... so I will complain tomorrow hopefully there will be a manager there with some maturity. read more

I must say the wings are delish! Their french fries are above average for sure. Very slightly seasoned, would have been a bit better if they had more seasoning. I would have given 4 or 5 stars except they messed up my order and only gave me 10 strips instead of 16, also it is pretty expensive. Check your order before you leave read more

Very disappointing! Went in and placed an order at 5:38pm and said it would take about 24 minutes. I saw people pick up orders who came in after us. When I inquired about the order at 6:15, they finally came out with a ripped bag at 6:23 pm with our orders in it. The fries were cold and soggy and the wings were over sauced and not crispy. This is not the first, second, or third time. They said 18 minutes. I came 25 minutes after I called, they couldn't find my order. You order take out, go home, no fries, no hot sauce.
