fast delivery, wings were great, nothing was missing from our order. would order again

It is unbearably hot in here! I do not know how the workers tolerate it in front of the fryers. Awful! Caution on eating in. The Monday/Tuesday $.70 boneless wings are gone. FYI!!! 10 boneless wings is now a combo for $14.79. Trying the lunch special today for $6.99. Three tenders. Only cost effective choice now. Do like a few of the rubs here though so will still get some business of ours. read more

I really like the ambience when I walked in, it was so quiet... I imagine they have noise canceling on in there, the quietness and the cuteness of the place matches the cleanliness... And the food was ready, freaky fast, like I was a Jimmy John's or something! The guy behind the counter smiled, and offered me a couple of straws to include with the order. Great idea! read more

Previously, I had no problems with this location...Until tonight. I ordered online, like usual. When it seemed to be a long time for the delivery to arrive, I checked the order tracking on the website and it said it had arrived. I checked my doorstep-not there, so I called and explained the situation to one person, then was given to another person who said the order would be remade and brought to me in 15-20 minutes. 45 minutes later, no food. I call again, talk to the same first person, explain my situational, am handed to the same second person who claimed he never said he would bring, and that I had to pick it up. He never said that in our original conversation! He said he could have the ordered delivered if I order something else (and paid for it!) and they would append my original order to that delivery! I told him to cancel my order and refund my money.. Hopefully, they can manage to get that one thing right! (Oh, and I eventually got a photo of my original food sitting outside a unit in my condo complex with the same letter-just the wrong building number. I texted the number and said it was the wrong building. He said he knocked, rang the bell, and tried to call me (there was no call from his number on my recent call logs) and I was sitting right next to the door the whole time. Eventually, he at least copped to leaving my food at the wrong building.) Now I have to make dinner at 10:27, and I'm longer going to to this location. read more

The young woman at the register was very indifferent and bothered by my order. I came to the store to place my small order of 10 wings hoping for them to be fresh. I was prepared to wait for them. I didn't wait long, but once home we dug into the wings for the big game. They were over cooked and very dry. 5 garlic parm and 5 Korean bbq. I also order a large carrots and celery but got only celery no carrots. Killer ranch dressing! read more

I always go to this location and wingstop in general when I'm tasting wings. Definitely recommend it service is always great and a nice area overall. read more

My daughter loves Wing Stop! Had to try it. Had a chicken sandwich. Very good! Hot & fresh

Very nice, helped us get free fries with our order:) Very clean location, all the tables were nice and wiped down. read more

Bartenders are racist as hell ... Didn't want to serve us... He took 30 minutes to take our order and didn't tell us when it was last call for drink. I wanted to throw my corporate even but now I ll do it somewhere else. Worst customer service. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I would give 0 stars if i could. Me and my boyfriend ate here last night and got food poisoning. Was puking for 6 hours straight and had to go to the hospital because it got so bad. Hospital staff said there has been multiple people coming in with food poisoning from this wingstop. Had to contact the Heath Department of Elgin about this. read more

The experience has grown progressively worse. To the point I will no longer return. Horrible customer service, charging for sauce, you order plain wings, with sauce on the side. I was told it wasn't ready yet when I went to pick it up. I was told it would be about 10 minutes. I sat down in front of the idiot working there. After 20 minutes I asked how much longer and the order had been on the rack for 15 minutes, so it was good and cold. read more

We made a mobile order for a pick up last night and the app stated that the food will be ready within 17 minutes. We got there in 20 minutes, fully expecting to wait another 15-20 or maybe longer because it was a big fight night -Garcia vs. Davis, I went into the establishment and there were a lot of people there. I got in line and when it was my turn, I told them I had a pick up and told them my name. To my pleasant surprise, our order was ready and done right. Everything looked good and tasted great! Anyways, I know all the Wingstop in the area has low ratings, but based on our experience last night, I would highly recommend this particular location. We will definitely order again. read more

My friend and I visited on a Thursday evening, and the place had some customers coming in and out. It wasn't very busy, but maybe they get a lot more phone orders? The service was subpar. I had to ask for a fork because the container was empty. After she tried to tell me to get one from the container, she gave me one because I told her it was empty. Then the employee proceeded to leave the fork container empty. Meanwhile, my friend received the incorrect order of breaded boneless chicken when she specifically ordered bone-in. The employee tried to correct my friend, stating that she ordered the boneless. We never order boneless wings. Since we both received some attitude, we didn't ask for another fork. If you're craving wings, stick to ordering for pick up, and don't bother dining in. They obviously don't. read more

I swear I truly wish I could give this place a better review. Normally, the staff is nice and perhaps that's why I keep giving them opportunities to make good on the food... Needless to say, this order was no different than the rest. The fries were hot... but soggy! Ugh! The chicken wings were ok, but greasy... I'm sorry guys... I just don't think I can keep doing this. Please, figure out how to keep your fries crispy as well as hot... read more

This place is straight trash. Owner and employees are extremely rude. Takes over 20 minutes for a combo meal. They won't tell you that when you order. The manager/owner refused to speak with me to make anything right. He just sat in the back and ignored me. Get your wings somewhere else. read more

i love it here service amazing I been going to this place for years. I be taking my kids here 24/7 and they just enjoy it so much!

The aroma from their wings caught my attention. Wings are delicious, with plenty of sauces to choose. A good choice for a afternoon snack.

Disgusting fries would not recommend. They were drenched in grease and the fries were so soggy! Gross. read more

Wingstop - Take your business somewhere else these fries were so disgusting and oily! Why would they think this is okay? - Chicken Wings Near Me - Elgin, Illinois

The women who run the front counter seem to always have a huge chip on their shoulder. Particularly to doordash drivers, which I don't understand, because especially since covid, they might not be open if it weren't for outside delivery services. They literally act miserable. read more

They make everything to order so make sure you have time. When I say time I mean like 15 minutes to wait. The wings are huge, especially if you go boneless. The sauces are ok. I haven't found one sauce that I found amazing but they are decent. I love the fries! They are salty so if that's not your thing, you may not agree. read more

I got boneless wings and my chicken was raw!! When I called to complain, the manager I spoke with said it was impossible that I got raw chicken from them. I offered to bring the chicken back to show her but didn't want to drive 30 minutes to go back. I just worked all day and just wanted some good hot food. She was not friendly at all when I called and told her about my food. I cannot feed raw chicken to my children!! Very disgusting and very disappointed . read more

The wings are large and well cooked. My favorite flavor is the medium buffalo dry rub which come nice and crispy. Great season fries and corn on the cob. And this location has been excellent with consistency and service. read more

We ordered the garlic parmesan wings, spicy Korean Q and hickory smoke bbq. The garlic parmesan was so plain and bland. Didnt like them at all. The Korean Q was amazing!!! And my boyfriend liked ther hickory smoked bbq. Definitely not a place we would choose over other wing places. read more

Good wings and fast wings. Added extra atomic sauce for free which was nice. Employees were very helpful too considering they were in a rush

I was excited to try out this location as one of my friends is a huge fan of wing stop. I tried the Garlic Parmesan and Teriyaki wings. Overall, my wings were good- they were a good size, and the flavor was good- though my parm wings were a bit buttery for my taste. My husband tried two of the spicier varieties, and he was less than impressed. He felt they didn't have a very good kick. We both absolutely loved the fries, but were less than thrilled with the ranch and blue cheese sauces. Service was excellent, the wings came out exactly when they said they would be ready. There were a large number of TVs in the restaurant, so it would be a fun spot to watch a game. The staff was very pleasant, and the location was clean. Overall, I think my husband prefers BWW- so we will probably go there instead, but this location was not bad at all. read more

pj is the best food hot and fresh and good customer service and Elgin I love it here

Worst wingstop I've ever been to. On more than one occasion they served me fries cooked in old grease and not fresh wings with dried up sauce. Please do not support this place so that they can stop taking advantage of the customers. I paid $21 for $15 wings and had to throw it away and I mean all of it. read more

Our wings are always hot, fresh and sauced well. We get take out here and haven't been disappointed. I love the fresh not frozen fries. We order them with light seasoning and they are always yummy! They've changed the chicken tenders and I like them a lot better than the old ones, which I thought were always hard and dry. We like it better than other wings places in the area. Never had an issue with online ordering; our food is always hot and ready. Def worth a trip! read more

The management at this location needs some serious help. On more than one occasion I have called to place an order and they are out of either wings or strips. If the main product you sell is chicken how is it that you've run out on a Wednesday evening? Reading other reviews, I see I'm not the only person who has noticed this trend. Also, EVERY time I call I'm placed on hold for a minimum of 3-5 minutes, though sometimes longer. The staff is always polite and apologetic & I do not think the fault is necessarily with them. Management should consider hiring a dedicated phone person, especially on busy days. I imagine that a lot of people give up and take their business elsewhere, as I have done many times. Considering the ridiculous amount of time I've spent on hold (only to find that they've run out of chicken) it seems that I might be better off driving to the Bloomingdale location. read more

I am not sure what is going on with this wingstop. I have ordered a few different times and twice, I got undercooked wings. Then tonight, we ordered and I went in and they could not find the order. So I left and went somewhere else for food. They called us two hours later to tell us our food is ready. Whatever! I hope this wingstop pulls it together, because it has the best chicken wings and ranch around. read more

Wow! We have been here a few times now and love it. Best wing place around for sure. The owner (or manager) was super friendly and helpful with each visit. Wings: Nice and crispy. The Louisiana rub and mango habanero are my two favorite. The mango habanero isn't listed on the menu but they have them. It's hot, but so good. Sides: The fries are fresh cut and made to order. The cheese fries were pretty good too. Loved the rolls. Fluffy, light and smothered in butter. Yum! read more

Used to be a GREAT fan of the prior location in St. Charles which closed a few yrs ago. This location opened where the prior Caribu Coffee was and it close to where I live. I went there in January with a coupon for some Free food with purchases, it took forever for me to place my order, then took eeons for it to be ready, seemed liked they did not have their act together, they also would not let me use multiples coupons even if I paid separately. They had not been open long so I cut them some slack. I went back a second time and the same issues still existed. Went back a again and all the issues still existed, the only improvement was they let me use multiple coupons. To be honest I never go here unless I have a coupon and even with a coupon they are over-priced for the amount of wings you get, yalthough ou get a ton of fries, I don't need enough fries for 5 people just for me, they should adjust the serving size with less fries and more wings. The wings are better then at most places but the service needs serious improvement. They also need some serious food quality control. 2 times I was sick after I ate there, I am convinced it was the chicken and not the fries. Every times I went there my orders were to go, I did not order head, I ordered upon arrival. I really don't remember the St. Charles location ever having this issue and I was annoyed when that location closed, so I had high hopes for this one. So far they are disappointing me and others. read more

Finally was able to give this place a try... So here's the quick wrap up... The building inside was cute, and clean. I thought the guy at the register was very nice and helpful explaining items they had and recommending what to try for a first timer. The wings were on the small side, the boneless wings were better, and the fries weren't the greatest. Total bummer especially since they said they were hand cut! Won't be going back, but worth a try! read more

Average wings. Lemon pepper wings were the most disappointing. Dry boneless wings with flavor in the breading. This is the same for the garlic parm boneless wings. There isn't a sauce on them. The seasoning is in breading. For the price I would rather eat Pizza Hut wings on McLean. Those are awesome! Cajun fries are huge but very soggy. Not great. Skip this place and just go to a Pizza Hut that is a wing stop. read more

I've been to this Wing Stop maybe 6 times. The customer service is pretty good, which is why I gave them 3 stars. They are not consistent at all when it comes to chicken (something they are known for.) My very first experience was great but after that, it's more hit or miss. A lot of the times, the chicken is over cooked. I'll give them one more try because I have coupons, but if nothing changes, they can keep their chicken. read more

2nd time at this location, first experience was in the middle of winter after they had just opened, had to wait about 40 minutes to get food but it was busy so I understood. Decided to try again last week. Ordered online, Went in 35 minutes later and order was not ready, paper with order was sitting next to the register but it was never punched into the order system. Told it would be 3 minutes, they made it quickly but the food was horrible. Dried out wings, tough, barely any sauce. Honestly it tasted as though they had been cooked once and put back in the fryer to "reheat". If they made a mistake I would have preferred they just owned up to it rather than give me a big bag of burnt food. I have been to other wing stops and enjoyed the food but this one will not be one I go to again. read more
