I had to ask for a fork because the container was empty. After she tried to tell me to get one from the container, she gave me one because I told her it was empty. Then the employee proceeded to leave the fork container empty. Meanwhile, my friend received the incorrect order of breaded boneless chicken when she specifically ordered bone-in. Overall, my wings were good- they were a good size, and the flavor was good- though my parm wings were a bit buttery for my taste. My husband tried two of the spicier varieties, and he was less than impressed. He felt they didn't have a very good kick. We both absolutely loved the fries, but were less than thrilled with the ranch and blue cheese sauces. Service was excellent, the wings came out exactly when they said they would be ready. There were a large number of TVs in the restaurant, so it would be a fun spot to watch a game. The staff was very pleasant, and the location was clean. And, drum roll please...the French fries. They are simply amazing; I'd say the best fries I've ever had. The seasoning on them is just the best, plus they are fresh cut and the portions are really generous. I've looked up the secret to the seasoning, come to find out it's sugar. I know that sounds odd, but please trust me here, give them a try and you'll see. The bad news, the wings (I've only had boneless) and sopping wet if you get a sauce. It's too much, I wipe them down every time, and really, I haven't found a sauce I like. They are fine, but I really prefer the sauces at BWW to these sauces. Hence, the dry rub, it really is good. Bottom line, check your coupons in the mail. I like to go on .60 cent Mondays or Tuesdays with the free five boneless coupon or use the free fry coupon. The management at this location needs some serious help. On more than one occasion I have called to place an order and they are out of either wings or strips. If the main product you sell is chicken how is it that you've run out on a Wednesday evening? Reading other reviews, I see I'm not the only person who has noticed this trend. Also, EVERY time I call I'm placed on hold for a minimum of 3-5 minutes, though sometimes longer. The staff is always polite and apologetic & I do not think the fault is necessarily with them. Used to be a GREAT fan of the prior location in St. Charles which closed a few yrs ago. This location opened where the prior Caribu Coffee was and it close to where I live. I went there in January with a coupon for some Free food with purchases, it took forever for me to place my order, then took eeons for it to be ready, seemed liked they did not have their act together, they also would not let me use multiples coupons even if I paid separately. They had not been open long so I cut them some slack. I went back a second time and the same issues still existed. Went back a again and all the issues still existed, the only improvement was they let me use multiple coupons. To be honest I never go here unless I have a coupon and even with a coupon they are over-priced for the amount of wings you get, yalthough ou get a ton of fries, I don't need enough fries for 5 people just for me, they should adjust the serving size with less fries and more wings. The wings are better then at most places but the service needs serious improvement. They also need some serious food quality control. 2 times I was sick after I ate there, I am convinced it was the chicken and not the fries. Every times I went there my orders were to go, I did not order head, I ordered upon arrival. My family and I had just came back from vacation and wanted to grab something quick to eat. We had thought about ordering BWW but decided against it since it was a little further from home and ordered 30 bone in wings (15 hot and 15 mild). Got home and got kids settled into their pjs and began to eat. The hot wings were just fine but the mild wings had barely any sauce. I wasn't sure if that was just the way they came or we got a bad batch. I had kindly reached out to the store and informed of the less than satisfying flavor and asked if I could be provided a credit for just the 15 mild wings. The rep placed me on hold and came back stating I would need to come back with the wings so they can look at them. I had told her that was nonsense and I wasn't going to tell my wife to stop eating her dinner so they can see what the wings looked like, I did however take a photo. I had asked to speak to an available mgr and was told no one was on site at the time and that I would be contacted by a mgr named Eric. The next day came I hadn't heard anyone so I followed up inquiring about the call back or to speak with an available superior. The same gal who helped me the day before apologized and said she would ensure he would call me tomorrow again. I agreed to it once again and disconnected. Shortly after the conversation, I get a call back from the restaurant and a different team mbr reached out to me to tell me again that their "store policy" is that the food must be brought in for review. At this moment, I'm already discontent that the original promise was broken that I had not received a call and now another team mbr is calling me back to reiterate the same msg that was relayed to me the day prior about bringing back the food. For a company that prides themselves for being known because of their flavorful wings (see their mission statement), I have been extremely let down.
