Not a good Wing Stop location. I waited 20 mins just for my order to be cold and incorrect. It wasn't even busy, so I'm not sure why the food was cold. This is my second time at this location and both times the food was unsatisfactory. read more

Food was cold since i ordered at 6:15 i got there at 6:45 and received my food till 7:16 when i was told it'll be ready in 15 minutes by cashier lady and still managed to laugh and say she called me out 3 times while i was holding my two toddlers whom i had to pull out the car since it was taking more than 15 minutes as told. I did ask nicely how much time will it be and she even said just wait almost and turn her back. And still pretended to throw away my order by putting my order name on a bag and shoving it in the trash never will i recommend. read more

Honestly just horrible service, I understand waiting at the entrance but to be seated and then ignored while the same waitress ignores me and my company. We waited 35 min, never got a drink or even place a order. The waitress took the table behind us order and the table next to us and ignored us and went about her business. Will never come here again. Please do better. I understand it's a busy establishment but if a waitress can't handle more than couple tables at once then don't place me with her. Just order online instead of dealing with the wait time just to be seated. read more

Manager is very rude... Crew is horrible... Food is even worse they talk to people like they own them... They got my order wrong and then when I called about it they were rude. Said they repeated it multiple times but that was lie. Now I wasted 20 dollars and can't even eat the food. Horrible server. read more

Very disappointed in the customer service of this Wingstop location. I looked up this caption on google attempted to call 3 times and it was busy for 30 minutes straight so I decided to just order to go as a walk-in. After I placed my order at around 8:05 I sat down at the restaurant and waited for my order. At around 8:26 I knew a couple wings wouldn't take that long to prepare. As I walked up the the counter, one of the workers told be that my order wouldn't be ready until 8:45, something the original worker failed to mention. So I finally received my order at approximately 8:39. Almost a 40 minute wait. Not only did the manager not suffice my negative experience, she was the one who took my order and forgot to mention the long wait. This location lost a customer today and I will be sure to let other people now how poorly I was treated today. Will not be returning. read more

Called in and they said it'd be ready in 18 minutes. Not sure how they come up with these times. I've heard mostly 14 minutes, 15 even. Best is to call in to avoid waiting there. I got a 20 piece, bone-in. I split between Lemon Pepper and Cajun. The Lemon Pepper seasoning was nicely done. Usually, it really lacks at other locations or it's way too much that it's salty. It was just right here. The Cajun was good. Not too hot, not too mild. Also got a large order of fries (well-done) for an extra crisp. They were still a bit soggy. I mean I did have to drive home still and probably got a little soggy, but they were all flimsy. Still delicious. Also, I really like their ranch. Instead of getting 4 regular ranches, I got one large range. It came in a container that they would put their cole slaw in. Ranch-mazing! read more

No exaggeration, it took 30 minuets to get 6 tenders. After 20 minuets (2/3 of my lunch break), I went up to ask if they were making my order, or what. 1/2 the kitchen was just messing around on their phones, not doing anything. The lady at the front even goes, "Hi, welcome to WingStop, how can I blah'blah'blah", ..like, yeah, it's been so long, you forgot I already ordered and I'm here to ask about it... read more

I ordered takeout and I ordered a sweet tea for my drink as I'm drinking sweetie. So a co worker let me try one of her lemon pepper wings from a Ft Worth location. It was well seasoned, juicy, tender and I was excited to order them when I got home. I ordered to go from the Lemmon location. When I got them home, there was very little seasoning and they were very tough from being overcooked, or they sat under a heat lamp too long. Either way it was basically $25 wasted on tough chicken. Will definitely not go back to this location read more

Seriously how is this location even open? Multiple Super Bowls of ordering ahead with our order it being ready had already turned me off. Wings that never disappoint. The flavor is consistent and the food is hot and good. No matter what location I go to. WingStop is the truth. I pick them over Buffalo Wild Wings any day. read more

Not too much to say here. These are my favorite wings in DFW by far. I live a bit closer to a Buffalo WW but they just aren't as good. Here the flavors have more pop and the fries with their special fry seasoning are just crazy good. Even their ranch has just the right amount of dill. These little things just make it stick out above the rest of the chains. I always get mine to go so I can't speak to interior of the restaurant but the food has always been ready within the 20 minutes they promise and the wings have always been hot... And spicy :). Really can't ask for much more! Oh and be sure to ask for extra seasoning on the fries! I really wasn't expecting much given the negative reviews, so I was pleasantly surprised with my order/experience the other day! I had been craving wings for days and finally gave in around 9:30pm on a Wednesday night. I used the Wingstop website to order 10 wings featuring lemon pepper (friend's recommendation) and Louisiana rub (someone on Yelp raved about this) and french fries. They charge you extra for a side of ranch, which I think is a little ridiculous (shouldn't first dipping sauce be free?) I showed up 10pm (when the email said it would be ready) and it was indeed ready (and hot!) I did have to wait a bit while the cashier finished up her phone call, but it wasn't long at all. I drove home and dug in. Maybe it was because I'd been eating spinach and quinoa salads all week, but goddamn was it good. I couldn't stop and ate 7 wings and a lot of fries and realized I was uncomfortably full, but happy. I just reheated the remaining 3 wings and fries now (Saturday) in the oven and while they didn't reheat amazingly (not their fault), they was fine. I probably should have googled the best way to reheat these foods... Moral of the story: I felt like $14.36 was a lot for 10 wings, fries and ranch, but they were good, and knowing now that I can easily split them between 2 meals makes them even better. I'm a fan. read more

Wing stop in dallas, where do I begin. First of all... the wait for the food was getting to be around 30 minutes. I get that there isn't many people on the staff working at one time but still, the heavy traffic of people coming in and out should be expected. Finally the food comes out, the rings were I would say a 6.5/10 very mediocre at best but hey what do you expect. Out came the fries and boy will I tell ya, those fries hit the spot! 9/10 very good, very crunchy. Also, they have a very nice fountain drink dispenser which was very useful. Overall, due to the very long wait, I would have to give my whole experience a 3/5 I'm sure they will improve in the future... read more

worst service ever. i ordered two combos and instead i got one combo a extra fry and two drinks. then when i kept callin no answer i want my money back read more

The place is ok. The wings are good and the fries. What gets them a 3 star is the flipping service. I've been here Multiple times, Cause the food is good and it's close to me. Every time the food is slow and the blond front desk girl has such a damn attitude. Every. Time. We walked in and ordered our food once and said it was to go . She seemed so bothered that we were even there. When our name was called it was set up as a dine in. We asked that it was to go, and her air of annoyance sky rocketed. Kinda just tossing everything in the bag. We're just done with dealing with it, and will find another wing stop. I'd rather drive 10 more minutes. read more

I never was a wings kinda guy until I moved back to Dallas. Everyone and their mom loves wings so I fell into the trap. Now, I find myself getting a craving for going carnivore and ripping apart some bird. This location is nestled in the corner of a no-name strip mall. There is a small dining area but their bread and butter is take-out. They have 9 flavors of sauce. For a change of pace, get the boneless. Essentially it's just a chicken strip but you can also get the sauce on the side for dipping. My fave sauces are Cajun and Original. Don't bother with the mild sauce. Besides, no one eats wings just to order mild. read more

Food Terrible Service Terrible Chicken was DRY Fries were burned and soggy Blue Cheese was runny and watery When I went in to pickup an online order I see three employees. Two of them have there backs turned to their workstations in the kitchen and are chatting while the other one is at the register but not working the register but instead taking telephone orders. 6 minutes later the one at the counter but not working the register is still on the phone and no one else is working. Ended up picking up food very late. If only one person is on the register they have no business also taking all the phone orders holding everyone and all the food coming out up. It is just a poor business practice and I wont go to a place that has such poor practices. I wont go back and try the place again for at least 2 years. read more

Growing up in DFW has accustomed me to Wingstop's all over. This one is no different. Same concept, same good product. The Original Hot is my favorite, with a close second going to the Cajun. The fries are what make this place stand out- ask for them crispy and get a ranch or two. Combining sugar with salt and crispiness, dunk it into the ranch dressing and you have a party in your mouth. I could go there for the fries alone! Note to folks out there- I don;t know if it's just this location or others but they have their boneless wings for .50 cents Monday and Tuesday. Great for a budget minded man/woman! read more

I had their lemon pepper and their hot wings. They both exploded with deliciousness. Unlike BW3's, Wing Stop's wings are much smaller (less meaty) and their skin is a lot crispier. The sauce isn't overwhelming like other wing shops. The combination of dipping their wings into their home made ranch dressing makes it even tastier. Dont forget to order their french fries. I pretty sure they add sugar to the mix. The combination of sweet and salty goes well. Overall, its not the most healthiest meal that you can order but it defiantly hits the spot. If you're in a rush, order ahead of time. It takes them 10-15 mins to make it. read more

These people take FOREVER, online order, call in order EVERYTHING!! It's so annoying because this is the one closest to me, they always say it takes around 13mins.. I ordered the wings at 11:20AM I'm in the store STILL waiting for the wings, and it's 11:55am.. this happens literally everytime... it's like they don't start making your food until 20 mins after you put in your order. I ordered super early because I have something to do and they still couldn't have my order ready on time. It's extremely frustrating, I'm done giving them a chance! Don't go here if you have some place to be afterwards!! read more

This wingstop is not the closest one to my house but I'd rather drive a little further out for better customer service and quality. It's a little harder to navigate in/out of as it's in the corner of a little strip area with a salon and some other place next to it -- if you didn't know it was there, you wouldn't see it! They're a little pricey for dinner but you get what you pay for, I haven't had a bad wingstop experience (food quality wise) and I'd rather pay a little more here and know what I'm getting rather than be cheap and end up paying for it the next morning. Ugh...bad chicken and grease...not a good mixture in the tummy! This night I was feeling feisty and decided to try the Mango Habanero flavor in addition to our oldie but goody Lemon Pepper & Garlic Parmesan flavors....so, even though the flavor is Mango HABANERO, I didn't realize this flavor was going to be so HOT. My lips, tongue and mouth were on fire for about five minutes after ONE bite...but it was goooood. LOL! read more

I recommend ordering online everytime whether you plan to eat inside or take it to-go. Otherwise prepare for a 20 minute wait, but at least it's made to order! I come here maybe once every couple of months and haven't had any bad experiences - definitely prefer Wingstop over BBW. Way quieter and more relaxed. I wish they had a trash can for customers to bus their own tables. I hate leaving trash on a table. It would also be nice if they had wet wipes (wings get messy!) and napkins that aren't those cheap-o paper towels they have now. read more

Since they started 2 for $20 meals, we've been visiting more often, about once a month, more or less. Service goes from decent to pretty shitty, depending on the shift. Employees are hourly, so they get into that weird mindset that even tho you're still paying for their service, they feel like they don't need to be that nice to you. Food quality is ok, wings are a bit dry and the dip sides are usually way too small for a meal and at 75¢ a tiny dip, you end up paying an extra $5 per meal. One of my pet peeves is that they don't have regular napkins, you've to pull on a huge roll that god knows who's touched before you. Restaurant itself is pretty clean, plays ok music, things that make a great difference when you've to wait up to 20 minutes for fried food. Need to work on service, speed and portions to make it the better wing place (Buffalo Wild Wings is around the same price and MUCH better service only a couple of blocks away). read more

I was so excited and craving wings. I ordered 6 piece wings... half lemon pepper and half Hawaiian with fries. AWFUL. Fries had so much seasoning I could hardly eat them, lemon pepper was so seasoned I felt like I was eating a bottle of salt. I called to ask them to remake the order. I drove 15 mins. Just to get it re-made, the girl was giving me a hard time as if.. I was trying to pull a fast one on her! Seriously, more half the food was still in there to return... and why would I drive a round trip of 30 mins. If the food was good. I am disappointed in the customer services and my new order was wrong!!!! Never going again! read more
