Flies everywhere, trash everywhere, every table was dirty, trash on the floor underneath the soda machine, no trash can. We cleaned our own table after asking for a spray bottle and a towel. Well, I'm not a wing nut like the hubs by any stretch of the imagination, but I've had Wingstop on a few occasions and it's growing on me! This location is clean, and the service is fast and friendly! They even accommodate my "flats only" request! -- I don't know why, it's just my thing! The wings are fried, unbattered (I love that) and have a crispiness to them that I enjoy! Also, the fries are hand cut and the seasoning they put on them is pretty great with a slight sweetness to it. My husband and I came to wingstop here in Conway for dinner. We placed our order at 7:45 and found a table as we chose to dine in. Upon entry of the restaurant, a woman with a rag on her head was sitting on the counter taking orders. Once we placed our order with the gentleman there we took a seat. At 8:15, the lady proceeded to yell across to my husband and I, and the couple sitting in front of us, our names on the order. She yelled for us to repeat about 5 or 6 times before she got the name right. With Lil Boosie blasting from the kitchen, talking about sex, drugs and tons of profanity, I'm sure I wouldn't be able to hear anyone else either. I mean it's bad when my husband can literally hear word for word of the inappropriate music playing. A man walked in with his son as he was placing a Togo order. They were sitting directly across the kitchen waiting on the food. I felt so embarrassed for them. We finally got our food, of course mine was wrong but we already waited 35 min for our food so I was just trying to eat so we could leave. Worst experience I've ever had at a wingstop and Conway takes the cake. We will not be coming back. The store owner should be embarrassed on how his/her employees are running their business. We were huge fans of Wingstop until about a year ago. They used to ask your bane, then repeat your order to you, to ensure they got it accurate. About a year ago, the staff turned over, and they are very short and have little to no customer service attributes. Tonight, my wife asked to get wings, and because of COVID-19, they were the only thing open at 9:30 p.m. As we watched the worker handling the food, touch his mouth, twice, with bare hands, and the counter worker simply handed the order to us without reassuring the accuracy of our order. I called my order in, I was told it would be 18 minutes. 2. Well 15 minutes in I arrive at wing stop only to see all except the cashier sitting in the lobby having a good old conversation. 3. When I gave my name a young lady hops to and goes to just now drop my wrong order. Mind you they are not busy at all. Only 1 customer in front of me already eating. All of the baskets for the dryers were up, so nothing was being cooked at the time I arrived. 4. I was told my order had 3 minutes left. I sat waiting for 20 more minutes.
