Best wingstop I've been to. I'm from Bakersfield and they all seem slow or service is not as good. Tayson, Brianna and Dan have excellent customer service and the food was good and out timely. I hope the Manager sees this and gives these workers some props because it's hard to find good workers these days. Thank you. read more

The food here is amazing. The vibe is pretty good. There's a big chart on the wall so you can pick out your order. everything is good until we land on to the register. I had a coupon for three piece chicken tenders. Ask him if I can have some chicken tenders. He says that we couldn't use it in the past two months. came here one day in the past two months I managed to use it. That guy should've looked at the past two months and seen that we could've ordered from inside the restaurant with that same coupon. Love Wingstop, but it did not follow with how I expected to be. He should've said it in a nicer tone. If he said it is nicer to I would've been happier. Even though he kind of ruined my chance of getting a three-piece chicken tenders. Just learned that they're doing my same coupon from adults. Who cares about this place anymore? read more

Pretty disappointed with Wingstop. The fries were cold, soggy, and drowned in Cajun seasoning. The wings tasted like they were boiled and just coated in sauce , no crisp, no flavor. Definitely not worth it. read more

Wingstop - Too much seasoning - Chicken Wings Near Me - Redding, California

The food is always bomb. Staff at this location was not. The men working the counter were talking down on a customer that had been on the phone. Additionally denied a father whose daughter needed to use the restroom. The father ended up going to Habit Nextdoor to let her little girl use the bathroom. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Redding, California

Our boneless wings & chicken strips were over cooked. So much that they were very dry!

I called to order wings today and kindly asked the young woman who picked up if their lemon pepper wings had any gluten in them. (I have allergies) She seemed very confused at the question and said I don't know. I asked if there was someone there I could talk to that did know. "Maybe my manager?" When she returned she still had no idea. I said most restaurants have an allergen list that you can usually look at and should be trained on. She told me, "I don't think our company has one of those things." After plenty of pausing on her end I kindly suggested she chat with her manager about getting better educated about the allergens in the food and said have a nice day. 30 seconds later, googling their website I found an allergen menu. I should have started there... I'll never return to this restaurant and I'll tell you why. This lack of education and initiation from the employee and manager tell me there are A LOT more problems at this store and I'm not interested in experiencing them. I really hope this review is educational. read more

As someone who loves Wingstop, I would not order from this location. Horrible customer service! Food is thrown together. It never fails that they forget half your order! Dan seems bothered when a delivery order comes in asking for the rest of their food. Then false promises of getting a call from the general manager, Anna! I would rather make the drive to Wing Spot. read more

Wingstop - Boneless buffalo 20 Wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Redding, California

Had never tried Wingstop before so we swung in for a quick after school snack/late lunch. It was very clean and well taken care of on the inside. We were greeted with a friendly hello right away and they were patient while we decided what we wanted. We ordered a three piece tender meal and an eight piece boneless wing meal using the hickory barbecue and the hot honey flavors. Came out to around $30, which feels a little too expensive but is probably on par with how things are priced these days. It took a bit to get our food, but it looked like they were training someone so we totally understood! The food was fresh and hot, offering some pretty delicious flavors. I personally felt the fries were too sweet, almost questioning whether someone used sugar instead of salt LOL. Overall, it was a good meal and I would return here for wings. It was a bit heavy since everything was fried and it would be nice if they offered a couple of lighter options. read more

This place was consistent with other Wingstops I've been to. I waited a month after they opened. My order was taken immediately and the guy behind the counter was very outgoing and great customer service. The store is smaller and only a couple small tables. Ok, the wings were hot and crispy. I had the Korean spicy sauce and it was tasty. Don't get me started on the fries! The best around. No pictures, I was on a short lunch. I will be back. read more

Ordered online for a future time for the same day. Once there, early, and they said the order doesn't come in until the time it's usually ready for pick up. What the.... Will not be back. Way too many places in town. Super sad they can't figure it out. read more

Amazing service! Staff was very accommodating to us at the last hour before closing.!!!!!!!

We love ordering wingstop. I always pick up in person and the staff is always nice and courteous. My order has never been wrong or had anything missing which is miraculous. I always know I'll be happy. The Cajun corn is so good too! read more

Fuck this place!!!!! Literally placed an order online for a 10pc wing, placed and paid for the order. Funds were taken from my account IMMEDIATELY but wingstops fucked up ass system didn't process my order. Go up to the store just for this dumb fuck of a manager to basically tell me to pay for a new order or wait 30min to an hour to get my money back and place a new order. Why tf would I spend my money 2 times at a place that didn't get my ahit correct the first time, or why would I wait 30min to an hour to to receive a refund for something I didn't even get.. Fuck Redding and Wingstop, never spending my money at this stupid ass place again. Clearly yall don't know how to treat yall customers and it fucking shows!!!! yall done pissed me off so fucken bad!!!!!! read more

I have continuously gotten multiple orders of flats with feathers still attached. I had contacted the manager on duty. I could not remember his name. It had been a couple months. I am barely on that side of town. When I had went to get my comped chicken flat wings, I was told that they would not honor it due to a 48 hour policy. I was not told of this policy and I was turned away. I have spent a lot of money here, and I am very particular in receiving flats as well as not having multiple feathers in multiple orders. Dan refused me my wings that were supposed to be a comped 10 piece flats. I am a fat girl but I think that if you pay for something there should be anything wrong and if it was comped by a manager it should be accepted. Why call and send pictures if they wont MAKE IT RIGHT! read more

IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE NO STARS I WOULD!! My husband and I decided to try Wingstop for the first time & we placed an order over the phone and everything was good until we tried to pick up the order. I go in an HOUR later!!! & nobody knows anything about our order and nobody seemed to care to help us place another order. The wait was an hour long so that's why we went in an hour later. The young man at the front counter looked HIGH AS FUCK!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! TRAINING IS NEEDED 100%!!!! It's so frustrating when you are looking forward to something for the first time NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Make sure to check your receipt to your order when ordering here. Staff was nice but got our order wrong. Ordered a 10 piece classic with large fries to go. When we got to our spot, realized we got "boneless" not "classic" as we wanted and everything was warm/cold. Tried calling to correct or let them know and got a busy signal every time (5x) then hung up on. Never were asked for dipping sides and no napkins in the bag. We eatin wings...C'MON MAAAAN!!!! Wish we had a better experience the first time eating at our new local place. read more

First visit here and I learnt a lot! Call your order in if you're in a hurry. It's set up looking like a fast food joint but works more like a takeout house...a real restaurant that cooks fresh, real, food! They have three, four set tables that work more like a waiting station, you could probably eat there. I was the only one at the tables waiting for my walk-in order. Rookie mistake. People were coming in for a quick pick-up and gone. My first pro move was to order my wings without the sauce. The way you test a good wing is to be able to bite into that crispy skin...and it was. Order your sauce on the side if you must. Second pro move was to take my order across the parking lot to Fall River tap house, a marriage made in heaven. I see good things here... and me. 9-11-24 year of our lord. read more

Employees are very rude. Saw a door dasher ask for an order and this blonde skinny girl that works there looked at him with attitude and he asked how long and she replied. "I'll check when I can." And he calmly asked how long she thought. And she said " you need to chill out. You're a door dasher." She was so condescending insulting this guys line of work read more

Wings were fire, their wait times are a lot shorter now too from when they initially opened. Garlic parmesan is my personal fav

First time here. Ordered on the app and scheduled a pick up time 45 minutes later. Arrived, checked in, told order "was coming right up." Waited over 10 minutes while others came and went, listening to an employee say the word "f$ck" while standing at the register while kids were present. Came out to grab my phone from the car. Upon returning to the store was asked by someone else if I was picking up. Proceeded to start telling him that we had checked in over 10 minutes ago, but he cut me off and said, "I just need your name." Waited another 5 minutes and our food showed up. Should've checked our order before we left because we drove all the way back to Palo Cedro to find out it was wrong. Called the store. Spoke with the manager (who oddly sounded like the same guy who was using foul language). Was told we'd have to return to the store for a refund or the correct order because they require the food to be returned. But then also stated he'd post my receipt and we'd be able to come back for the correct order within 48 hours - I clarified the requirement of the food being returned and then he said no, "we don't want two day old chicken." Also informed him of our bad experience from the moment we walked into the store and it being our first time there. Really no sympathies on his end. We will not be back. Pay more and go to Dave's instead. read more

We are traveling through Redding. We are from the coast never tried Wingstop. Unfortunately it took 30 minutes to get our order when they were not busy. All (3) tables were taken so we sat on the bench at the door waiting our turn for a table. When a table became available my husband, 1 year old, and myself were about to get up when this employee sat at the table. So I guess we have to eat our food in the car which is NOT ideal with a baby. We got no napkins in our bag either. The wings were pretty good though. That's where you got 2 stars. read more

Wingstop - Employee taking seats from customers. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Redding, California

Unable to walk in and order, forced to order online since they have all front registers closed. Stood at counter for 8 minutes waiting for an employee to assist me since you can't pick up the orders and have to wait to be given them, to bad the 4 employees sluggishly working wouldn't acknowledge myself or the other customers in the lobby looking to pick up orders. When I did eventually get my food it was lukewarm since it had been sitting and employees clearly didn't care to acknowledge customers. read more

The food was absolutely delicious and they were fast as well and they were actually not that busy.

Missing 2 items when I ordered delivery, when I called they laughed it off and said "well what do you want to do about it", saying I could get it next time I came in. By their reaction alone I wasn't planning on returning, so I asked for a refund. Just got the alert and they only refunded one of the items they confirmed were missing. Terrible customer service. read more

I'll start with positives- Davion greeted us friendly as it was our first time in. I have a 6 year old and as we were trying to read over the menu he interacted with him and gave him the opportunity to use his name for the order. He took our order correctly and politely. The fries were above average in seasoning but somewhat soggy. You do get a ton of them though. The ranch dip was good. The flavors of the wings were okay but not spectacular. I ordered lemon pepper and the Cajun. Now for the negatives- Took WAY too long. I think it was almost 30 minutes after we ordered. They were not busy at the time either. Overpriced--I had the classic/traditional bone in wings and there wasn't much meat on them. I paid $16 for 8 wings/fries/soda. There was no trash can in the dining area other than the tiny one you throw your straw paper into by the fountain. We had to toss our trash behind the counter into a can by the kitchen. No napkins were available. They had a roll of paper towels from the bathroom sitting on the counter for customers to tear off. The floor was greasy and if you didn't have good traction on your shoes, I could see someone slipping and falling. Overall I was pretty disappointed with this establishment. read more

Best wings and fries anywhere. If you like wings and fries, these are the best you can get. Not an opinion. This is fact. All you gotta do to avoid a bad experience is order through the app and you're golden. Not rocket science. Wings. Fries. Order ahead. You're welcome. read more

We were told order would be 38-43 minutes. We are now going on 74 minutes and getting tons of attitude from the employees. No urgency from anyone working here. I would find another place to order your wings. If I could give no stars I would. read more

My friend and I stopped in for lunch today. The young lady who greeted us was friendly and helpful. As I'm avoiding carbs presently I was happy that their combos are available with carrots and celery in lieu of fries. I ordered 10 pieces with 5 Cajun and 5 atomic. Ok, we needed to sit down, and there were only 2 tables. We got one. There were no napkins or napkin dispenser.... at a wing place? The wings were cooked appropriately with crispy skin and the meat inside was still moist. The Cajun sauce/rub mixture is a winner. I'd recommend it. The atomic was, well, not what I'd call atomic. Nothing close to volcano sauce at Maxwell's. I could eat it without dipping it into blue cheese. I was in no means bad, but a bit disappointing with a name like atomic. The blue cheese dressing was very good with nice chunks of bleu cheese in it. Finally, my lunchmate got the fries and said they were really good. Even though we were sitting our food was packaged to go... with no napkins inside. So, I recommend the Cajun wings and appreciate the option to forgo fries and have crisp veggies, even if the fries are good! read more

Hot wing flavoring was good, but there were only drums in my order, and it was supposed to be mixed, which was a bit disappointing, but it happens. However, unlike previous visits, the lemon pepper wings were very, very underseasoned. Quite a few actually seemed entirely plain, I even went through the order to make sure I hadn't made a mistake and ordered plain, and I hadn't. Honestly looked (and tasted) like they put half an order of plain in with the lemon pepper... The time before when I tried the hot wings and lemon pepper wings, and the admittedly delicious Cajun corn, I really enjoyed wing stop. My only complaint was how quickly the bill would rack up. I don't know if I'll bite the bullet and buy from them again. read more

wingstop food is so good. this was my first bad experience. the lady working had the WORST customer service and was so rude to everyone. me and my friend went to order and there was a nice boy and the rude lady working. we order boneless and two flavors for the 30 piece meal. when we sit down i see the receipt and it says classic so we ask because it was charged more than what we ordered and mind you i said boneless at least 3 times but i was patient bc i could tell the boy was new. the lady starts yelling at us telling us we ordered a split so half boneless half classic and we told her no, i said boneless multiple times. she starts throwing things and yelling at her coworker and tells me she will get a refund. she's cussing and yelling out of frustration to everyone and finally she figured out how to give me my refund and she's still so irritated and yelling and throwing stuff. it was so unprofessional and her coworker apologized on her behalf for yelling. she was so rude her name was anna i think don't ask her for a simple question if you go to redding wingstop she will crash out. read more

All things considered, this was MILES ahead of what I tried when you guys opened. Im giving a 3 star instead of a 1 star because everything would have been great if there wasn't 10 pounds of SALT in my food. No question about it this was THE SALTIEST food I have ever been served from any food establishment. I put the fries in a wire basket and shook off the seasoning for about a minute and got a bunch off and they were still on the edge of being inedibly salty. This could be some great food if you guys properly train employees on seasoning. read more
