Wingstop is one of the latest dining options in the fastly developing old Westdale Mall area. As the name implies, wings are the specialty here. The wings are fried and then tossed with your choice of about 10 different sauces. I had the spicy Korean and mango/habernero sauces. The wings were pretty good, not great. Decent size. The wings are good and not bad price for combos! But service is bad at night. Says open till 12 But closes at ten. Step your game up.

My wife ordered wing stop for our 25th wedding Anniversary renewal reception on line. I was to pick up order at 1:30pm and when I arrived they didn't know what I was talking about. All they would say was it's corporates fault they haven't turned our online ordering back on. This was Sunday April 15th I was told by their guest relations I would receive a call from the director. It has now been five days and still no call. My wife called on Wednesday and was told they handle complaints in the order they come in Wow. I guess they could careless about service and taking care of their guest. read more

Great wing place! I gotta be honest, I am not a huge fan of wings. Mostly because it kinda all seems expensive for whatcha get. I mean you go to BWW get some wings, fries, and a drink you better have some $$$$. But this place really gets that wings are not expensive fare. I mean for 10 bucks you get a pile wings, a pile of fries, and a drink. (And without all the screaming over sports games). Yes, it may not be the crème de la crème of food, but if your paying 10 bucks for all this food and are expecting that, you shouldn't be eating wings. Went by for lunch, first time visit. Had the Mango Habenero and Garlic Parmesan. Best wings I have had in a long time. I should know, been eating wings since 1987. Next time I will order Atomic and Hawaiian. Fries are delicious, hot and crispy. Ordered a few cold beers to knock it back too. read more

Solid wings. Much better than Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings are actually appropriately sauced and not too salty. The sauce flavors are also excellent. Definitely can appreciate the quality over quantity approach to the flavors available. read more

Just ordered 50 wings. Got home and was shorted 6 wings. Called to complain and got put on hold until I finally had to hang up. I don't have to count my wings when I order Buffalo Wild. read more

I went on a weekday at 6 pm and they were steadily busy. The service was polite, knowledgeable and the place was clean and well lit. I found some reasons I will not be going back and I'm not that picky either. The price was pretty high $8.59 for 6 very tiny boneless. I got the Hickory Smoked BBQ which were VERY hot & spicy. There was way too much of this sauce making it so I could not taste the chicken itself, the hot & spicy was severely overpowering. It was so bad I had to go back and get a refill on my tea. Also the fries were excellent but the way that I had to then go get ketchup was ridiculously annoying. There was a dispenser on the counter that had a push down knob. This was extremely hard to push down which made me hesitate to go further thinking I would then be splattered on my good clothes. Furthermore I should not have to put that much effort into getting ketchup. Once I have already cleaned my hands for eating and now have been forced to put my entire hands on the knob, clamping down with my fingers and pushing very hard a few times to get a golf ball portion of ketchup for my fries. I envisioned others going up for ketchup, doing the same thing with their dirty hands or already licked fingers! They knew this dispenser was a problem as the attendant came immediately and stood there telling me to push hard. After sitting to eat, and wanting to watch the game, the ceiling lights were all hanging too low, in the way of the view. It wasn't like I could move to a table with a better view either. Waiting 15 minutes in an uncomfortable chair was also a little too much for me. I won't be back. read more

The service at this wingstop is horrible. Several of the managers that work at this store are extremely rude. They are very bad at getting your order right. If you order online you need to make sure that you don't get charged twice for the same order. If you do, they are unwilling to provide you with your refund even when you have proof that they processed the charge twice. The corporate office doesn't help much and it is franchises like this that give the brand a bad name. I would never recommend this wingstop. read more
