I am less than impressed with this establishment. I received a coupon in the mail for 5 free boneless wings with a combo meal purchase. When I showed the coupon to the lady behind the counter she asked me which of the two more expensive meals I wanted. I learned afterwards ther was a smaller meal, so I am thinking she was trying to upsell me. They make the wings right there and then so it was a long wait. I believe that may be why so many people called ahead. I noticed this because of my long wait. I suppose this is a good thing if you'd like fresh. I took my meal home to eat as they are still not allowing inside seating. The first thing I noticed was the wings were very crispy, it gave it a chard or slightly burnt taste. There were several crispy pieces on each wing that I could not even eat. I had a couple different sauces cooked into my wings and would have liked to try others. I recently ordered delivery from this location using the Wingstop app. An hour after my scheduled delivery time I had not received my order. I called and was told it wasn't their problem if it hadn't been delivered. I asked to speak with a manager and was told no manager was working. They then proceeded to hang up on me. I called again and they said to stop calling and if I want my order come pick it up. I went to the store and asked to speak with a manager not one available, or the manager would not identify themselves. Since it had been almost 2 hours after my order was supposed to be delivered and there was no effort to control the temperature to prevent food borne diseases I requested a refund. They refused and also refused to give me my order. I reached out to corporate for assistance but there has been no response to emails and their phone number doesn't appear to work. The food quality was subpar (I'd rather go back to braving BWW before trying these wings again). And both service and ambience were at best an afterthought but truly since I did pickup the only aspect of ambience I noticed was a dirty place front and back and burnt out light bulbs in one area of the back corner. And while it definitely did not seem like they had a lot of orders or people coming and going it was as if I was bothering the two workers to get my order and to make sure it was correct. I received essentially nuggets and tenders with dipping sauces. 2 that weren't edible due to the mass amount of salty seasoning scooped into the sauce. 7. The celery is soaking wet. There was soda on the floor and one of the staff came and swooshed the mop three times and put up a wet floor sign, it was ridiculously sticky. This location is just average, but my boyfriend and I definitely prefer the food at Wingstop over BWW, even if we have to drive across town to pick it up. We typically place our order online and it'll be ready in about 20 minutes. I haven't had issues with missing or incorrect items and the quality is consistently okay. My biggest gripe about this location - and Wingstop as a brand, actually - is the service. It's a rough and uninviting experience anytime I've been in one of these stores. Writing a review about the great customer service I received. We ordered a large order (50 wings & sides) last night, unfortunately by the time I got home with the order, we realized that it was not exactly what we wanted (boneless vs. original). Once I loaded my concern that we did not get what we wanted, and I was too far away to simply come back to pick up new wings (and make hungry children wait) I was contacted by the Manager, Brandon. For my first order, we got 8 counts (2 flavors) w/fries and drinks and 1 dipping sauce. We got traditional bone-in on one order and I got boneless to see the difference from both, they ended up giving me bone-in, so I was disappointed there. They are cooked to order so takes a few minutes. Fries were natural cut and have seasonings you can get on them. Good, but I was hoping to be a lil'more cooked and not as limp. Really disappointed love wing stop but on multiple occasions me and my boyfriend got wing cravings at about 9:30 and when we show up their signs are off and the workers are cleaning and seemingly shutting down. Even with their hours being open till midnight 7 days a week. They literally have this written on their door and a huge sign that says open till midnight. There's no paper on the window saying they are closing early on this particular day and it's just a normal old Tuesday night not a holiday or anything that would indicate a early closing. If I could give this location and quite frankly the company a 0, I would. 3 weeks ago I tried to visit this location, My husband and I were in from out of town for meeting in the evening. We saw on the way over that they were open until midnight, knowing we were going to need a late night bite to eat we made a mental note to try it out. At 1050pm on a Wednesday night we went over with 10 business associates and sadly as we walked up to the door (open til midnight sign on, all lights on, everything appearing to be open and running) we're greeted by who I assume is the manager... He cracked the door and said, "We're closed" then shut and locked the door in our faces the turned off all the neon lights. As we stood there in astonishment the last customers came out shortly after our encounter and as we got in the car we watched the two employees also leave. Needless to say we were less than impressed with this new establishment in CR... So I got on their website and sent off an email to corporate explaining what just happened, I received a pop up once submitting that someone would be in contact with me within 24 hours. 24 hours came and went, I called the following Monday and spoke to a nice man that informed me the complaint had been stopped at the store level... He said he was going to escalate the matter to a regional level and I should hear from the regional manager or owner of the franchise in a reasonable amount of time, which he then told me would be 2-3 business days. Friday comes around, still no word. I called corporate back again and was told the ticket had been resolved by sending me a gift card in the mail... I explained to the man on the phone that gift card would go to waste seeing as the company itself didn't have decency to get in contact with me I have no intention of spending any money (even if it's free money) at their franchise. He back pedaled and said it must have been a mistake and it would be escalated again to a regional level. It's been 3 weeks since that experience and I've seen no gift card and received no communication at all from the company, the regional manager, the franchise owner or the manager of the location. If you're reading this to find out your worst case scenario could be, it's probably getting a door shut in your face with them closing an hour early with no one wanting to resolve the matter. read more
