My wife and I order from this location frequently because the wings are pretty great. However, we've had a reoccurring issue with the employees not answering the phone during normal business hours, our most recent experience last week was completely unacceptable. My wife called to place an order for dinner around 5:15pm and somebody there picked up the phone and hung up right away. She tried to call back another 7 times and with the same result of somebody hanging up the phone. So we decided to drive down and see what was going on and when we jumped in our car we decided to try and call one more time and this time somebody picked up the phone and left it off the hook! We were able to hear them talking and working pub the phone the entire ride over and when we walked in we went to the counter and saw the phone right there off the hook, so they didn't need to hear the phone ringing. There was a hand written sign over the cash register that said "online orders only" and the Employees that were working in the kitchen refused to acknowledge us at all when I asked them if this was how they conducted business. Apparently all the people working were not authorized to use the cash register and the cashier was outside doing god knows what. The cashier eventually walked in and had no answers for me. I asked him for the managers information and he gave me a phone number that had no voicemail box set up and has never been picked up since. I have a video/audio recording of this event from the time I left my house to when I spoke with the cashier that I'd like to send to the corporate office and see how they feel about the way there franchise owners employees are conducting business at this location, and I probably won't be coming back to this location again. I guess I'll start ordering from fire wings or buffalo wild wings. read more

I stopped by this wingstop -- my first time at this place and my first time at this chain! Anyway we were on our way to Santa Cruz, 17 got jammed up so we decided on a quick lunch. The place was getting lots of mobile order so we were the only ones ordering at the counter. I got the lemon pepper boneless wings and my friend got the original spicy plus fries and a drink. It was cheap! The food was hot and I think they threw in an extra wing or two. The copa america futbol was on TV. Only negatives: it was pretty loud inside from the sound system and it took a few minutes longer than expected to get our food. Still it wasn't sitting under any heat lamps so all good. I'd recommend and will think of it if I'm ever heading back down the peninsula. read more

This spot has cleaned up its act as of late.. definitely a lot better than they used to be. Not sure if there is a new owner or management but great job there. They also seem a lot busier which is good for them. They seemed to have added more staff which of course helps when they are super busy. Only reason for the 4 stars is they did not give me all flats when I ordered and paid for them 2 out of the 5 last times we've ordered from here. Forgot to put fries in my order and then when called to figure out refund/correction Pedro left me on hold for 15 min then hung up. When we called back he hung up again. Terrible service not great wings either. Wouldn't recommend Pedro for any customer service gigs. Went in to get fries after paying delivery fee and being hung up on. Definitely not one of the good Wingstops. The place is pretty unorganized. Sometimes i get the wrong order/flavor, waits can randomly be really long, and the food quality is like playing roulette. There was one time when i ordered thigh bites and literally 90% of the box was very greasy crunchy fried batter and no meat. For me that was the last straw. Now I simply drive further elsewhere if I really want wingstop. I cant say I'm too surprised though, looking back. The place was pretty much run by teenagers. read more

Yay! This place finally open after months of driving past this place while going to work. I overhead my coworker chatting that this place open and we're planning to go there for lunch. I've been here twice and each time I've Left a happy camper. Parking is reaLLy smaLL and can be annoying but there are additionaL spaces out in the back of the buiLding. Customer service is Legit. The empLoyees are aLways patient and they are very efficient. There isn't ever reaLLy a wait, maybe its the Lack of parking that keeps everyone away?? I would order online, and go in about 20 minutes after I ordered and I would be told "oh just like 10 more minutes", like great, I ordered online for nothing... This is the closest WS to our home. We actually enjoy the various flavors, but their results are very inconsistent. We feel bad for the employees because they always seem to be short staffed. However, just because you're thin on help, doesn't mean that bad product can be sent out. One pet peeve is if you ask for extra hot sauce in a cup for dipping, they charge an extra $1. To me, it's a condiment and should be complimentary. Sure, if you ask for 3 extra cups of sauce you should expect to pay. If you're lucky and they're not busy, the wings will be cooked very well and taste great. If they're busy, the wings will be overcooked and tough. We still go here when we have pizza night @ home. The food is really good and the staff are polite. However, this place doesn't have a trash can for customers to place their garbage after eating. Customers either leave their trash on the table or are instructed to give it to the staff directly near the food pick-up counter. It makes no sense and it's very unsanitary for the staff to use their hands (no gloves) to collect customer trash while also handing other customers their food, cups, receipt, etc. This issue can easily be resolved. Was craving for their mango habanero wings. Yolanda was here by herself and there was a big order ahead of me. She was calm and was able to take care of me and the big order by herself. They've given me an incorrect order and won't look at the receipt or my email to make sure it's correct. This is a really bad location. :( I bought my husband a Wingstop gift card for Christmas, we met him for his lunch break today at this location. They had NO idea how to apply the gift card, neither young man that was on shift. One if them actually let me come around and take a look at his POS system. Sure enough, there was an option to load the card and one to check the balance but nothing to use it as an option to pay. We just figured we would save our card for another time and paid for our meal. When we got it, the chicken wasn't fried king enough, squishy wings are the worst! No big deal even though I had been waiting for 20 minutes (restaurant was empty and there was only 1 person with me waiting for his online order). The floor was dangerously oily and I almost slid twice. One employee was complaining out loud that he wasn't being paid, complaining about the job and the fact that he was working for free. I don't eat hot wings often but when I have, this is the chain I've always had. The staff were friendly on the phone as well as in person. My order was to go and while waiting, a customer before me came back after driving home and realizing his order was incorrect. This made me check mine when I received it but I guess I didn't look hard enough. Though the flavors were correct, they were not boneless. Not a huge deal for me as I wasn't going to drive back but did call to let them know. I was told they'd remake them but I just wanted them to know that they may want to keep a closer eye on quality control. They were otherwise what you'd expect from typical Wingstop wings. The bathroom here was in bad condition (imo the blame is mostly on the customer(s) leaving it in that condition, clean up after yourselves people!) The parking lot was a tight squeeze today with minimal parking. I imagine it's like that quite often when it gets busy. read more

Dirty location - My last 2 visits to this location were disappointing for two reasons. The Coca-Cola Freestyle machine was out of almost all of the syrups on both trips. I informed the staff and only a few were added. I was told they didn't have the others. In and of itself, this wasn't that big of a deal. What was most disappointing was the cleanliness, or lack there of, of the restaurant. The tables were not wiped down, nor were the counters, both of my recent visits. I observed a worker come out and straighten up the tables and chairs, but he did not wipe any of the surfaces. I wiped down the table before I let my family eat. read more
