I was on my way home from work and decided I wanted some wings for dinner. There was a special going on and a new flavor, so I stopped by since this location was on the way home. This Wing Stop is small - small space inside and a small parking lot shared with other shops. Since many of the shops are closed, there were plenty of parking. Inside, the restaurant was clean and someone greeted me right as I entered. There was one other customer before me, someone called to make an order while I was there and another customer came as I was leaving. Overall, it doesn't seem to get as busy as some other Wing Stop locations. It took a few minutes for the crew member to find my order - I guess they were finishing it up? The crew member was pleasant when he handed me my order and I left. When I got home, the food was still warm. I always ask for extra seasoning and well done on the fries as there is never enough seasoning. This time, I tried the Mexican Street Spice and got my favorites - mango habanero and lemon pepper. The chicken wings/drums were good sized and cooked well. However, there were hardly enough seasoning on anything - not the fries and not the wings. I also don't know if they didn't toss the chicken around enough times or what - nothing had any flavor other than the little on the outside. I was super disappointed. 3 stars for the cleanliness, prompt greeting/service and warm food. read more

I went there today because I wanted chicken wings. I ordered 30 pieces for $30 and added two sauces, making my total $36.07. I gave the cashier $40 ($20, $10, and two $5 bills along with 7 cents ), but she said I only gave $36.07. I told her I gave $40.07, but she thought I was trying to scam her and said she would count the register. I said okay. After counting, she gave me back $4, but she didn't apologize, which I didn't like. Do not go to this please!! I'm definitely not coming back. read more

They really need to pay more attention to what they're doing. Yesterday I paid for 20 wings and they only sent 10. It's disappointing to be waiting for your food only to have part of it arrive--not what you actually paid for--and then call the store and be told there was nothing they could do. read more

Quick service, delicious wings and even yummier fries ! Look forward to ordering more for future football evenings

This is the 3rd time they get my order wrong. I ordered 5 lemon pepper tenders and 5 original hot tenders. I got 10 lemon pepper tenders. I am pissed i really hope the workers stop being so lazy read more

We ordered in. There were no other customers and no to go orders while we ate. The inside of the restaurant was dirty. A hot wing on the floor. Tables dirty. Staff laughing in the back room. Food was fine, but won't return. read more

I picked up a 6-piece serving of chicken wings with fries. The French fries were lukewarm, and when I got home and took them out of the bag, it appeared that I got the end of the fry basket with a bunch of little pieces of fries. Also, the chicken wings are usually crisp at other locations but the skin on these were not cooked all the way through, so it made for some gooey skin which I had to remove. Definitely not their best work! read more

We've been really excited to try out this new Wingstop! It's really close and much more convenient than the Bascom/Camden one. We got the Garlic Parmesan and the Louisiana Rub. The chicken on both were cooked well but I was so disappointed in the garlic Parmesan. There was no Parmesan or garlic flavor to be seen. They super skimped on the toppings. The LR one on the other hand was good and had some heat and flavor. The service was good and prompt. The building is brand new, so it's nice inside. Overall a 3.5 for a serious issue with the garlic Parmesan. read more

I hate this location. the 3 trimes I've ordered on the phone here my food is never ready . they start making. my food until I show up. I'm not one for small talk but if you're not going to have food ready for people who call ahead of time, at least have a nice attitude and act accordingly if you're gonna waste peoples time. read more

I am leaving a good review for wonderfully experience I received from the manager Maricela, and her team. They are all professionals, and I want to congratulate them. Hopefully this attracts more people to come and experience this good service. read more

This place sucks. Ordered a original chicken sandwich, told the lady not the hot/ spicy one. I ordered it to go, so when i opened it was the hot spicy one. I couldn't return it because i was at work already. Plus it took 20 minutes just for 1 sandwich and the lady doesn't understand what i was ordering. I give this place negative star. read more

There is a lady with glasses who is rude and just rushing everything.. ordered to go 20 min in advance, told her it would be dine in she said you need to pay first. I said yes of course when I get there. Of course when I arrived; order wasn't ready she really waited for payment smh. She is rude with absolutely no customer service not a greeting, not welcoming at all!! Sat and waited for food she said "it's right here" I don't think it takes much to make the effort to just bring it to the table for the inconvenience waiting! Will not be coming back here. The gentleman cooking in back was at least nice and friendly. read more

My husband has been eyeing this Wingstop so we wanted to give it a try. We went on Saturday during the NFL conference game so I figured it would be busy, and it was. I placed my order online and it said it would take 16 to 21 minutes. We got there in 15 minutes. There were lots of people inside the small place. I checked in with one person and they just said it wasn't ready yet. After about seven or eight minutes, I checked with the other person running the register, paid for my order and he said it would be another 10 minutes. It was more than 15 minutes before I got my order, which was sitting on the rack behind the registers. They offered a free drink for having to wait on my order. They were not monitoring the orders as they were coming out of the kitchen. They have two registers, but they were only using one on that Saturday afternoon. The wings themselves were OK. We ordered the Garlic Parmesan and Louisiana rub 10 pack. Just as one of the other reviewers indicated, the Garlic Parmesan didn't have much seasoning. I could see it was probably a seasoning that they would sprinkle on, but they didn't sprinkle it evenly. One wing was seasoned nicely but the rest were not. The Louisiana rub wings were good and had flavor. Not sure if we would come back. read more

This has to be the worst location to date. Second time getting food here and the dark skinned lady-man was completely unprofessional and they/she/him started talking sh*t about me (after asking for the drink I paid for) to another employee not knowing I understood the he/her/them. I miss when this used to be a liquor store, they had better customer service. I wish I could give zero stars. read more

This location is the absolute best. I originally ordered boneless wings and when I got home the wings were super small so I gave them a call and a nice man picked up the phone and told me to come back with my order. I came back and the gentleman who helped me was extremely nice and apologized for the wings and made me a fresh new order with some extra goodies as well!! Now this is how you do customer service, super appreciative and happy with my food. Thank you!! read more

Hell. One word. Hell. The food is alright, at least they put some effort into it. The service is absolutely atrocious. Words cannot describe how terrible customer service is here. Every time I come here, they always mess up my order. Every single time. I wish I was joking. You can clearly tell that they mess around in the kitchen wayy too much and get distracted easily with the music blasting from the kitchen. Very unprofessional. This location is a mess. Don't even come here, go to the location on Bascom. read more

Today, I placed an online order at the Wing-stop in Winchester avenue in San Jose, and while I was waiting for the order I felt thirsty and ask the manager for a cup to get some water and she said no, then I said was waiting for my order which was $37 dollars, and she again said, we don't give cups to customers to get water, then I requested my order to be cancelled, I couldn't believe that I was denied a cup for water and on top of it she was told her coworker we don't give cups for water because they take soda, so I was called thief. So when I requested the order to be canceled she asked someone give him the cup for water and I said no, I don't want it. I went to the location in Prospect avenue order and asked for a cup for water since honestly I was really thirsty, and with a mile on her face she said yes, grabbed a plastic cup and gave it to me. I know it was not for a big deal but people and business owners need to be educated on how to bring customers not how to push customers away.
