Awesome!!!! is the word for my experience here. It may sound strange, but don't like the buffalo sauce at all, so finding some good stuff was really difficult for me. I like Blue Line's spicy chicken wings a lot, tried a few other places too, but didn't like them at all. Finally, we visited here 2 days back, it was a Monday evening, so there were just 3-4 more customers other than us. Ordered BBQ wings, lemon pepper wings with ranch and honey mustard dips. BBQ wings were great, but I simply fell in love with lemon pepper wings. Crispy wings with flavourful sauce, dipped in creamy Ranch Sauce OMG, my mouth is watering already. We ordered regular fries on the side and the server was cool enough to give us a side of veggies for free. All in all a great experience, awesome food, great service and value for money. Just your average Wing Stop. I've been here twice around 10PM, but never had the experience that others mentioned about the employees saying that they're understaffed and can't assist. The parking lot is pretty small and can be annoying during the busier parts of the day, but feel free to park in the adjacent neighborhood and walk over. The fries were cut pretty unevenly on the two visits here, like some people have mentioned, but this doesn't really bother me...They taste the same anyway! If I could give it ZERO stars I would. They don't care AT ALL about their customers. We have ordered from the website many times, and the order is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. This time, they left out Blue Cheese sides. Last time they left out the fries. When I called and asked to speak to the owner, the person answering the phone said "he isn't here very much" and that the "manager just quit yesterday" and the person I was talking to "had another job so he wasn't there that much" but he was in charge. He didn't care at all about finding out what was wrong with my order, or fixing it. If I could order from a different Wingstop I would but they on the website you are limited to the closest location. Such a shame that they can't get every order right. Isn't it their JOB to check each order before it gets packed for delivery? I'm a huge Wingstop fan, but this location is taking awhile to get on its feet. I couldn't wait for this location to open because it's a stones throw from my house. I had previously gone to at least three other locations in San Jose, all perfect, five star experiences (ok, 4 and some change). This location seems to be missing the mark on service and food quality. I plan on giving them one more shot to get the food and experience right.
