We've DoorDash'd this twice and we're always missing items we paid for. If you're going to charge for extra ranch and the veggies, please make sure they're actually included. Also, the fries don't come covered so they're super soggy when they arrive, even if it's just a 5 minute drive. read more

I'd never been to this restaurant chain before. The staff were great, the chicken itself was cooked perfectly, but I am not a fan of the sauces. I got garlic parmesan--which is a dry rub, not a sauce--and mild Buffalo. Both were underseasoned and just blah. It wasn't BAD, but just wasn't GOOD, either. I gave the Broomfield store 3 chances bc I didnt think it could possibly be the way this food was designed. But sadly. All 3 times. I cant even review the food. All times, all dishes tasted identical. Word of advice. Salt is a flavor enhancer. Not a flavor. Everything there tastes like just eating mouthfuls of pure salt. Three different flavor boneless wings and fries. Identical. Salt. I saw the parmesan couldnt taste a thing. I couldnt finish a serving of any of your salt dishes. Wingstop is my favorite wing spot. The garlic parmesan are by far the best! This location is usually pretty good. On a few ocassions our orders have been incorrect but after letting staff know of the mistake they have always made it right. A+ customer service. Would give 5 stars if there were no issues with incorrect orders. read more

Ordered an hour before the bronco game, paid for the wings, sat in the store for an other 30 mins just to be told they are out of wings and the manager is on the run, as in, he left early, prolly got fired and hit the road. Yes we found our favorite wing expert we used to go to the store on wads. and colfax because they had this awesome young man Gabriel working here he was funny ,kind, and very polite. Then he was transferred and no one would say where he went ,we happend to be up north and stopped in the broomfield store and there he was our favorite wing expert so glad we found him we will go out of our way to get wings as long as he is our wingman. The only reason I'm giving a 3 star is because when cooked right the wing are very good and the staff is pleasant. I've been there about 7 time and the first 3 to 4 times were great!!! But the last few have been horrible!! Not Cooked the way I want and I use the Mobile app which I love! But they give you a time to be there it isn't ready when you get there. Funny how I go to wing stop literally every week at least once but not once have I been asked for my ID. But I go in today and get asked I obviously didn't have it. They should've told me I was going to have to provide an id before I even ordered! Also they're not consistent with who they ask for an ID. Super irritated with that "policy". read more

Tonight I thought I would give them another chance, they lost the online order even though I had a confirmation number. The wings are fine but the menu is confusing, the employees aren't very helpful, and they advertise themselves like fast food but we had to wait 20 minutes for our wings. We eat here regularly...twice a week minimum. We used to get chicken tenders but have changed to original bone in wings, extra crispy...HEAVEN! Have them tossed in french fry seasoning *drool*. $1 draft beers, extremely friendly staff, clean, family friendly atmosphere...great place for one and all! Upon entering the restaurant we were ignored for a good amount of time. Employees didn't care about customer service. The employee at the register was on her phone while talking to costumers and on top of that, the food was old and soggy. I don't like the fact that wing stop charges for sauces rude if you ask me 15 to 20 dollars and just wings and you want me to pay 50 cents two 1 for your sauces that's like buying fries at Burger King and they say ohh 25cents per pack of ketchup. This is one of my favorite Wingstops I've been to. Their restaurant is so clean, it's nice. The food is delicious and the entire staff is wonderful, friendly and works so hard. Especially the blonde girl at the counter. I feel like she cares about my order every time I go there. I've brought family and friends here and they loved it as well. I can't decide whether I like the garlic parmesan extra crispy drum sticks, or the chicken tenders more. the fries are wonderful and always have the perfect crisp. over all, I would recommend this place to everyone. the first and last time i went into this wingstop location my chicken wings order was under cooked, staff and manager refused to make me another order or refund my money, and informed me that if i wanted a new order of wings i would have to buy a second order, sent complaints out but never heard anything back from their corporate office, and just an f.y.i. to job seekers of the lgbt community, all wingstop locations discriminates against gay people and will not hire any person that claims to be lgbt. read more

First off, I'll begin with how clean the place was when I walked in. Wow! Second, I was greeted by two lovely ladies who had beautiful smiles the entire time that they interacted with me. I was greeted with amazing energy, and the smell of chicken wings. I ordered my wings to be bone in and they were just right. The manager and cashier seemed to be the only ones there which I thought was a little strange, but my order came out hot, fresh and on time which was all I cared about. Wow. Don't go here, at least for customer service. Ordered my order over the phone, and it was obviously the kids first day (confirmed later) by the way he took the order. Got in to the store, and asked to upgrade my order to the family pack to include sauces and sides. Manager deleted in my order, but all Ala carte. A woman came up to ask me if I wanted sauce, and I explained I wanted three sauces that came with the family pack. She re entered my order again...and refunded me the difference. Got my bag, drive the 15 mins home, to find the wings plain, no sauce. Gross. Called in, and the manager said it was MY fault (even though I clearly ordered hot) because when the lady asked if I wanted "sauce", I only said blue cheese. He got pretty cocky, and refused to refund my purchase, or do anything for my 30 minute back and forth drive if I came in for sauce. He kept insisting it was my fat, even after he acknowledged the guy that originally messed up my order-it was his first day. I ended up driving the whole way back to get a refund. Wing Stop has just gotten bad. We ordered today and our wings weren't left in the fryer long enough - the skin wasn't even close to crispy. I also ordered to different sauces on the wings and both flavors were put in the same box and nothing was labeled. I gave it 2 stars for the good customer service.
