Let's start with the greeter. I asked for a booth and he made a big deal over it. I just wanted to sit in a booth, and he said, "no we have to seat you at table because they're for larger parties," yet there are two other solo diners in booths when I look around. So, I'm sitting at the table, very confused, like how? Why?? So, I ask the server who greets me if a yet to be cleaned booth can please be cleared and if I can be seated at that booth. She said, "that's not where I can serve you" and "that's someone else's section," and "you can get back in line if you want to talk to the greeter." I didn't feel good about how the greeter or my server handled themselves. So, I left because I wasn't being listened to or respected by either of them. Both didn't care at all and were rude about it. Listen. You the greeter and you the server, it's not about either of you. It's about the customer. If someone wants to sit in a booth like any other customer wants, just do it. Looking at the number of reviews and the ratings, I can see that I'm not the only one who has bad experiences here because this BWW is sh*t. Can't speak on the food. Service was really slow, and the food quality was not great. We got our meals maybe 45mins after we ordered without cutlery, and without and drink refills. Server came by once every 20 mins so we all had to eat with our hands and nothing to drink. Located on Town Center Dr & Church Ranch Blvd right off Hwy 36 with plenty of parking. We were visiting Colorado for a week and looking for a spot to watch the UFC fight. We thought B-Dubs since that's our usual MMA fight watch spot at home in California. To our luck, this location was a block away from our hotel! We were greeted by a friendly host. The restaurant had many empty tables, but we still had to wait about 15 minutes for a table, not bad at all for a Saturday evening. Plenty of TVs throughout showing sports and of course, the MMA fight night we wanted to watch. Food was good with that authentic BWW's taste. I have never met a more rude hostess. Me and my fiancé walk in tonight and they immediately mug us and grab two menus and say follow me as they walked away from us. They didn't ask us our names, didn't even make eye contact or ask us how many. We were there looking to get a table for 8 for all of our family to celebrate. When we said it will actually be a party of 8 they rolled their eyes and said it's going to be an hour then while there was numerous open tables! So rude, get better employees. This location does not care about you at all. All I wanted was a refund on a buffalo side sauce I did not receive. Before getting to ask, the employee who answered the phone started making excuses about its not their fault and the truck didn't come. I said I know its not your fault, and I was then told oh well it is what it is. I got upset and was then told there would be "consequences" before transferred to the manager. The manager then offered to give a $6 refund on our $40+ order. The wings also had feathers left on the outside and are very dry. I was a call center agent for 3 years, and I have NEVER heard this type of rude response from an employee ever. I watched the manager of this location tell a family that their 4 year old child could not eat a bag of Cheetos at the table, even after ordering multiple drinks, appetizers & entrees. After the mother explained that her child is autistic and suffers from severe food aversions, only preferring very specific things that they didn't provide on the menu, the manager said that they either could throw away the Cheetos or leave all together. Honestly, I've never seen a restaurant not provide what is just the most basic level of accommodation (without having to PROVIDE literally anything) to a toddler/child with a different diet or taste than everyone else at the table. But after it's explained to upper management that the child has a disability or requires special accommodations and you stand firm in your refusal to allow a 4 year old child with autism their Cheetos? It's discrimination. It's disrespectful. It's incredibly disheartening. Let's do better. read more

First time visiting a wild wings location. Not sure if I'll try it again in a different location. The wings are ok, there's nothing special about them. Too many sauces is not a good thing in my opinion....not unless you actually allow the trying of multiple combinations. The annoying thing with this place is not being able to order 3-4 sauces with an order of 6 wings. Each order of 6 wings only gets one sauce....hence, you'll need to return multiple times to try them all. There's no motivation in my life to return to try all the flavored corn syrup sauces.... In conclusion, the wings are not any better than any other restaurant that has wings. In fact, when I use my air fryer at home with Costco frozen Buffalo wings I'm pretty happy with that scenario. Everything has gone downhill at this location. It took at least 10 minutes before our server came to the table to greet us. It was not overly busy and he passed our table a handful of times before we had to flag him down. We asked for silverware three times, and ketchup four times from the server & food runner combined before we actually got it. We ordered sauce on the side and it didn't come out with our food. We asked for it once, then again five minutes later, then waited another 5-10 minutes for it to actually come out. They forgot the ranch for my veggies and yet again, had to ask twice and wait 10 minutes before it came out. We were there for two hours for dinner that should've taken half that time for two drinks & two meals. Our food was good but the service was awful; won't be back to this location. read more

I noticed there was a trivia game playing on the monitor then I started reading. If you download BWW on your phone you can play trivia at three times a day and play with people from all over the country and win free food. That's super cool and they play it in the Buffalo wild wings locations on the TV so everybody can see . Yikes my review is based on take out orders over a few orders but here are some bad examples.... this place would be decent if they could get your order right.. I'm sure it's hard for the new chefs now a days to get a solid 4 ingredients correct in an order...I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with not tomato and ended up with a chicken wrap with tomatoes and no ranch or medium sauce in the chicken which it should have on it. They normally give you the wrong size of sides you ask for depending on their busyness. Also I can't stress enough how much they forget your side sauces. If they don't forget your side sauce for your main meal they will forget the caramel that comes with the cheese cake. :( read more

The main dining area has terrible service and the food trickles out over a 30-40 minutes span where 1/2 the table is finished with their meals before the other food arrives. the food was generally cold and the blue cheese dipping sauce had hair in it. . They messed up our entire takeout order. I called the restaurant to advise them as soon as we realized it, and was told by manager Nick he "wouldn't make too big of a stink" of us having eaten TWO of the incorrect wings before realizing they were wrong. Pretty gross that a manager would respond that way instead of being incredibly apologetic upon hearing they wasted an hour of our time and gas due to their mistake. Upon making it back to the restaurant to get the right food, they demanded the original order back, claiming they "had" to take it back in order to replace it. Haven't been here since my last review. Wish I could say it was worth the $92 but it was NOT. Got there sound 4pm on a Friday, sat at the bar with some great bartenders who did remember us from when we used to be regulars. Ordered our beers, then some chips/queso. The menu does not state there is chili with beef in the queso which we would have preferred it not be but let it go and ate it. Then ordered out to go, our bartender was great and got everything right, extra crispy wing, cauliflower wings and extra ranch along with everything else we ordered. This was NOT about service it was all about food, it just tasted weird, not good at all and for extra crispy wings you would think there wouldn't be any blood vessels but I guess I'm wrong. The ranch, gross! It is not the same it used to be. The only thing good was the crispy onion rings and potato wedges. I'll go for a beer and watch some football but will not ever eat the food there again, definitely not worth $92 read more

Not impressed. When we lived in Washington state I was told our city had the worst of the restaurants in the chain. They must have over looked this location. Son and I ordered food. Pretzels and wings. Pretzels come out with this weird crap on top of them and were dark colored. Little weird color but the salt/mix just didn't add up. The wings, like other BWW locations, were not tossed right and didn't have full coating of sauce. Fries came out with no seasoning at all. Everything but the pretzels came out only warm and not hot. Like the food was waiting several or 10 minutes to be delivered. Server was slow. Food arrived the wings were hardly coated in wing sauce? Are we having sauce shortage in America? We asked for our wings to be tossed again. They were but items we requested didn't come back with the poorly re-tossed wings and the wings are now cold! We had to ask our server for utensils, salt, napkins, and on and on. We asked for a hockey game to be shown and despite the multiple TVs wasn't. I even told the server the actual channel. Nope, no, never! Pac-12 women's volleyball on multiple televisions was more important I guess. This location wins! As the most poorly led, caring, or (add your own adjective) location for BWWs for which we have ever visited. We only visited it because it was open past 10 PM. I've been ordering take out almost weekly from here since April amid all of the covid stuff. I started driving to this location despite being further and out of delivery range after several horrible delivery experiences from the closer one. They've been good with the mask stuff, they usually have sanitizer at the door, the employees that work the pickup counter at the front always have good attitudes, even on busy sundays. Tonight it was cold and icy after it snowed and before I got out of my car to pick up my food the manager was at my window and walking orders out to cars. I've never had an order wrong, and the employees here are nice and seem to care about their restaurant and their customers.
