Really wanted to like this place but my husband really likes garlic parm wings and this was bad for that. But first the positive: the location is clean and has plenty of space to come in with friends to watch a game. Customer service was also really nice, and you can watch them make everything (kitchen is surrounded by windows). But unfortunately the food has to be good. The wings came out hot and on time: that's where the good experience stopped. I had a to-go order, so as I'm walking to my car with the food, I kept getting these awful whiffs of something nasty and pungent, like some business nearby had fertilized their lawn. I'm not exaggerating here, it smelled like rancid feet. I was horrified that the smell was coming from the bag. Got home and told my husband he had to eat them outside or in the garage. No way was that smell coming into the house. (It was pungent garlic and grated parm like you get from a plastic container). They didn't smell as bad up close so he did eat a couple. They weren't meaty at all and what meat was there had a dry, wood-like texture. They were SERIOUSLY overcooked. We won't be back. read more

Horrible.They messed up my order,took the food back but,for the last 2 times that I've been back for my refund 'There is no manager' available to do the refund...So,they took the food back and won't return my money! And they said the manager won't be there all day,what type of fool do I look like. I came in on a Friday night around 10:45 , no other customers were in there. I ordered 10 wings and fries , no exaggeration I didn't leave until 11:30. 45 minutes for 10 wings and fries is ridiculous, however he did throw in about 10 free boneless wings, although him making those for me added about 10 more minutes to my already long wait. Salty wings, salty fries, salty employees. The sauce bowls are kept above their prep table in plain view uncovered. I have no clue how long they were there but in the hour we were here they weren't washed. They were dirty as well. The fries were overly salty and soggy. The cashier who was ringing me out didn't really pay that much attention to me and kept drumming on the table throughout my entire transaction. When our order came in we didn't get any of our veggie sticks but I wasn't really too upset because of they were on par with the way the food was presented to us I was probably going to skip them. I used their app to place an order for a later pick up. It's Super Bowl Sunday so my timeline got moved and I went to the app but there was no way to modify the order or change the pick up time. It didn't even offer an option to cancel the order. I attempted to call the store three times using three different phones and received a message each time saying that number would not take incoming calls. I called the toll-free number and spoke to a representative there who asked me to verify the phone number they told me that's the same number they had and then I was placed on hold while they attempted to call the number and receive the same message. AVOID THIS LOCATION! after being told my food was going to take 10 minutes, it really took a half hour. okay fine no big deal. what really upset me is the fact that I watched one of the male workers open up their freezer in the front, take out raw chicken with his BARE HANDS & throw them in the fryer. he then started grabbing on to everything without washing his hands! he rinsed his hands for 2 seconds & then wiped them dry with his pants! NO SOAP & NO GLOVES WE WERE WORN! he then started to help the other worker make MY food after I told them I didnt want him making my food. he continued to touch everything including my veggies for my big order. Only WingStop I've ever stepped foot in where half of my chicken is frozen and bloody, while the other half is greasy and sauced over. Over the past years it seems as if the restaurant is ran only by the managers close friends or family, they are not trained well and do NOT follow healthy food codes. Fries are served cold every time. We stopped ordering them. Our last visit we got confused on the website and ordered boneless wings instead of chicken tenders. I was extremely disappointed and the manager stepped up and took really good care of us. He said they have made extra effort on the french fries so we will give them another chance. read more

I have been going to the Wingstop in Naperville for a few years now and love the wings. I was so excited when the Bolingbrook store opened. I have been there three times and disappointed two of those visits. The service is terrible-I think all the front staff are barely in high school and have no customer service skills. Last order was for 50 wings and they were all over cooked. I would have taken them back if not for having hungry guests. Wingstop needs to kick it up a few notches if they want returning customers. read more

Yes, this one just opened and you can tell. Very disorganized and under-trained staff! Shortly after my arrival they gave 2 orders to the wrong customers and both customers had to drive back to wait for a freshly made order. Wing Stop should have given each customer a complimentary "something" for their troubles. It took me 23 min. to receive 5 chicken wings & order of fries. When I got home they gave me "boneless" instead of the "classic". Also their "original hot" tastes way too much like "Louisiana Hot Sauce" which I think they again made a mistake. They need better ventilation, I came out smelling like grease and my coat still smells like grease! I wish them well and hope they get their act together and the quality of food must be kicked up more then a notch! read more

Don't go. Most of the reviews said bad customer service but I thought I could work around that if the wings were good. They weren't. I got teriyaki and some sort of Southern rub. The problem was neither seasoning/sauce tasted like it was suppose to... in fact they basically didn't taste like anything at all. like how can you mess up teriyaki. First time I ordered boneless wings and they gave me regular. The wings were also over done. For what you pay the wings don't have much meat on the bones. They also take about twenty minutes to make your wings. Second time I went I ordered online because I know it takes a long time for the order and guess what, the manager forgot to put paper in the printer at the restaurant. So they never saw my order. So I had to wait an additional thirty minutes for my order. Only thing I got out of it was five free wings and a drink. Manager doesn't care at all about the customers or employees. read more

This place is ridiculous!!! How hard is it to make extra cripsy wings. I wait over 40 mins for extra cripsy wings and they are still soggy. This is crazy. I heard a customer asking her' s to be burnt, now I see why. Dry rub and still soggy??? Come on. I've given this place too many chances... Honestly, one of the worst services I've ever received. I walked in at 10:30 pm, even though they close at midnight,and everyone glared at me. I left for about 15 minutes because they said it'd be about 15-20 minutes for 10 wings. I came back 15 minutes later and got my food. They all glared at me again like it was a crime I ordered on a Thursday night at 10:30. The guy was mopping the floors and I said sorry for walking on the floors that he was mopping on, but he ignored me. They all stared at me so I would leave. First (and last) time ordering from here. I ordered bone in garlic-Parmesan and lemon pepper wings. Hubby got garlic-parmesan and habanero-mango boneless wings. First off, he was given the wrong order, and they'd tried to call him to let him know. He had left his phone at home, so did not realize until he got home. Anyway, after he got the right order, it was time to sit down and eat! And oh boy, was I disappointed! My wings were dry and there was no flavour to the garlic-parmesan wings. What so ever. The lemon pepper ones were better, but not by much. Still very dry. Hubby's boneless "wings" were much more flavourful and less dry. Which is ironic, since normally breastmeat is dryer than leg meat. It's like my wings were fried multiple times. The slimy wings you get from Domino's are better than these wings. I'd expect better wings from a place that specializes in wings... read more
