Really wanted to like this place but my husband really likes garlic parm wings and this was bad for that. But first the positive: the location is clean and has plenty of space to come in with friends to watch a game. Customer service was also really nice, and you can watch them make everything (kitchen is surrounded by windows). But unfortunately the food has to be good. The wings came out hot and on time: that's where the good experience stopped. I had a to-go order, so as I'm walking to my car with the food, I kept getting these awful whiffs of something nasty and pungent, like some business nearby had fertilized their lawn. I'm not exaggerating here, it smelled like rancid feet. I was horrified that the smell was coming from the bag. Got home and told my husband he had to eat them outside or in the garage. No way was that smell coming into the house. (It was pungent garlic and grated parm like you get from a plastic container). They didn't smell as bad up close so he did eat a couple. They weren't meaty at all and what meat was there had a dry, wood-like texture. They were SERIOUSLY overcooked. We won't be back. read more

AYFKM? Slow slow slow! Stopped for a quick pickup simple order! They won't take my online coupon from my phone and wasted almost 50 laps of the Indy 500! read more

Horrible. They messed up my order, took the food back but,for the last 2 times that I've been back for my refund 'There is no manager' available to do the refund...So,they took the food back and won't return my money! And they said the manager won't be there all day, what type of fool do I look like. I'd rather drive to Naperville with the great customer service and Jumbo wings, not the baby Cornish hen wings that they started selling here lately. read more

I ordered some wings today for me and my boyfriend, and I got home and we started eating... he finds a long piece of hair and another little scrunched up piece of hair in his box... I had no desire to eat the rest of it. Truly disgusting. read more

Horrible manger he doesn't know his policies and was very ignorant on the phone so I called corporate and they didn't help They called him back and told them to call me back which was the manager horrible customer service and horrible customer complaint over the phone on wing stop corporate read more

I came in on a Friday night around 10:45 , no other customers were in there. I ordered 10 wings and fries , no exaggeration I didn't leave until 11:30. 45 minutes for 10 wings and fries is ridiculous, however he did throw in about 10 free boneless wings, although him making those for me added about 10 more minutes to my already long wait. This place really needs a garbage can, there's nowhere to put garbage. The food isn't bad though. read more

Salty wings, salty fries, salty employees. The sauce bowls are kept above their prep table in plain view uncovered. I have no clue how long they were there but in the hour we were here they weren't washed. They were dirty as well. The fries were overly salty and soggy. The cashier who was ringing me out didn't really pay that much attention to me and kept drumming on the table throughout my entire transaction. When our order came in we didn't get any of our veggie sticks but I wasn't really too upset because of they were on par with the way the food was presented to us I was probably going to skip them. Don't expect too much. read more

I used their app to place an order for a later pick up. It's Super Bowl Sunday so my timeline got moved and I went to the app but there was no way to modify the order or change the pick up time. It didn't even offer an option to cancel the order. I attempted to call the store three times using three different phones and received a message each time saying that number would not take incoming calls. I called the toll-free number and spoke to a representative there who asked me to verify the phone number they told me that's the same number they had and then I was placed on hold while they attempted to call the number and receive the same message. This is not a very good experience read more

Love the wings lemon pepper. fries are sweet and salty thumbs up! got the family pack. Serving takes a little longer probably because the make it fresh by order. read more

If you expect a 2 star restaurant, you won't be disappointed. I'll probably be poopin fir says now.

Waited to get served for 15min and by the time i placed my order i didn't receive it till another 15min after. The man didn't even call for them to drop my order, wouldn't recommend. read more

I have been going to the Wingstop in Naperville for a few years now and love the wings. I was so excited when the Bolingbrook store opened. I have been there three times and disappointed two of those visits. The service is terrible-I think all the front staff are barely in high school and have no customer service skills. Last order was for 50 wings and they were all over cooked. I would have taken them back if not for having hungry guests. Wingstop needs to kick it up a few notches if they want returning customers. read more

Yes, this one just opened and you can tell. Very disorganized and under-trained staff! Shortly after my arrival they gave 2 orders to the wrong customers and both customers had to drive back to wait for a freshly made order. Wing Stop should have given each customer a complimentary "something" for their troubles. It took me 23 min. to receive 5 chicken wings & order of fries. When I got home they gave me "boneless" instead of the "classic". Also their "original hot" tastes way too much like "Louisiana Hot Sauce" which I think they again made a mistake. They need better ventilation, I came out smelling like grease and my coat still smells like grease! I wish them well and hope they get their act together and the quality of food must be kicked up more then a notch! read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION! after being told my food was going to take 10 minutes, it really took a half hour. okay fine no big deal. what really upset me is the fact that I watched one of the male workers open up their freezer in the front, take out raw chicken with his BARE HANDS & throw them in the fryer. he then started grabbing on to everything without washing his hands! he rinsed his hands for 2 seconds & then wiped them dry with his pants! NO SOAP & NO GLOVES WE WERE WORN! he then started to help the other worker make MY food after I told them I didnt want him making my food. he continued to touch everything including my veggies for my big order. I immediately told him to stop making my food, to rewash his hands & to give me new veggies! that's disgusting! I work at a restaurant & that's not right! I saw they were hiring no wonder they need help! health department needs to be involved in this. I wont be going back. cross contamination with raw meat is no joke. read more

Only WingStop I've ever stepped foot in where half of my chicken is frozen and bloody, while the other half is greasy and sauced over. Over the past years it seems as if the restaurant is ran only by the managers close friends or family, they are not trained well and do NOT follow healthy food codes. Honestly would like to know the last time a food inspector even came in. read more

Online, placed an order for 100 wings and sides... Ready for pickup in just 15 minutes. Cooked to perfection, all 4 flavors. Service was extremely friendly; even helped me to my car. I recommend and will return! read more

Don't go. Most of the reviews said bad customer service but I thought I could work around that if the wings were good. They weren't. I got teriyaki and some sort of Southern rub. The problem was neither seasoning/sauce tasted like it was suppose to... in fact they basically didn't taste like anything at all. like how can you mess up teriyaki. The fries also had some type of seasoning that was very sugary. read more

Fries are served cold every time. We stopped ordering them. Our last visit we got confused on the website and ordered boneless wings instead of chicken tenders. I was extremely disappointed and the manager stepped up and took really good care of us. He said they have made extra effort on the french fries so we will give them another chance. read more

First time I ordered boneless wings and they gave me regular. The wings were also over done. For what you pay the wings don't have much meat on the bones. They also take about twenty minutes to make your wings. Second time I went I ordered online because I know it takes a long time for the order and guess what, the manager forgot to put paper in the printer at the restaurant. So they never saw my order. So I had to wait an additional thirty minutes for my order. Only thing I got out of it was five free wings and a drink. Manager doesn't care at all about the customers or employees. read more

My first time trying out Wingstop and was quite pleased. The Original Hot and Hickory Smoked BBQ were delicious. Also, these were the meatiest bone-in wings I've had in a long time. I stopped going to the biggest national chain wing place many years ago due to low quality, but this chain is definitely worth a try! read more

Wing Stop has flavorful wings for a decent price. It's more of a fast food place than a fancier restaurant. I like the boneless wings better than the traditional. The traditional wings seem to be on the small side. read more

Not busy when we were there Sunday early evening.. ... took 20 minutes for 20 wings... employees laughing and whooping it up ... way too much fooling around... wings were overdone ... crispy skin but ... meat way done- almost jerky ... tiny wings ... we are huge fans of Wingstop ..but will not return to this location. Extremely disappointed read more

This place is ridiculous!!! How hard is it to make extra cripsy wings. I wait over 40 mins for extra cripsy wings and they are still soggy. This is crazy. I heard a customer asking her' s to be burnt, now I see why. Dry rub and still soggy??? Come on. I've given this place too many chances... D O N E!!!!! 30 dollars down the drain again and they never have rolls or too lazy to make them. Hire some people that know how to fry chicken and keep the dining area clean, seeing that you don't have garbage cans. Sad!!! read more

They did take awhile to get my order ready, but when it was i wasn't disappointed, very good food the staff probably shouldn't have Bluetooth on while working makes a customer feel like your attention isn't fully into the food but they had it together for me I will return again read more

This is honestly the worst Wingstop/restaurant I have ever been to in my life!! I've ordered wings from here multiple times and they have continuously forgot my side order then I came up there to get my forgotten side order and they tried to flip the situation on me as if I was in the wrong denied me my paid for side orders and called the police making up stories saying I had a weapon the manager needs to be fired and the Older woman who works the register as well so unprofessional and ridiculous I had to write this review and will be calling corporate because of the foul misconduct at there business I will never go to any wing stop on earth because of how outrageous and unprofessional they just tried to treat me hope your 8.25 per hour was worth it because I promise you i will call every source I know to get you fired read more

Honestly, one of the worst services I've ever received. I walked in at 10:30 pm, even though they close at midnight, and everyone glared at me. I left for about 15 minutes because they said it'd be about 15-20 minutes for 10 wings. I came back 15 minutes later and got my food. They all glared at me again like it was a crime I ordered on a Thursday night at 10:30. The guy was mopping the floors and I said sorry for walking on the floors that he was mopping on, but he ignored me. They all stared at me so I would leave. They stopped what they were doing until I left. The two guys who were working were very rude and racist. They stared at me like I was a terrorist. Never coming back even though I live down the street. read more

Bad! If I could give zero stars I would. Sauces are far too salty. Boneless wings were rubbery. First and last time for me.

GREAT FOOD && SERVICE !!! Love the fact that one of their cashiers speaks Spanish so helpful very satisfied

Long wait for take out when restaurant was barely busy. Their French fries taste sweet and wings are not that great.

First (and last) time ordering from here. I ordered bone in garlic-Parmesan and lemon pepper wings. Hubby got garlic-parmesan and habanero-mango boneless wings. First off, he was given the wrong order, and they'd tried to call him to let him know. He had left his phone at home, so did not realize until he got home. Anyway, after he got the right order, it was time to sit down and eat! And oh boy, was I disappointed! My wings were dry and there was no flavour to the garlic-parmesan wings. What so ever. The lemon pepper ones were better, but not by much. Still very dry. Hubby's boneless "wings" were much more flavourful and less dry. Which is ironic, since normally breastmeat is dryer than leg meat. It's like my wings were fried multiple times. The slimy wings you get from Domino's are better than these wings. I'd expect better wings from a place that specializes in wings... read more
