The brisket was so heavily seasoned that I had to drink water throughout the evening, and the turkey was nearly as salty. As a catering chef who has prepared brisket myself, I have never experienced meat this over-seasoned. The salt completely overwhelmed the flavor and ruined what could have been a very enjoyable meal. After spending $44, I expected much better. I even received a call from my doctor regarding my blood pressure, which made the excessive salt especially concerning. The cooking quality was there, but the seasoning needs significant improvement.

We sat at the bar, as we always do. The bar was NOT full and there were plenty of empty tables at the time we went in. The bartender comes over to ask what we want, and remembers our drinks, which is nice. I say... I'm not drinking but she will have her normal drink, and I point to the empty chair next to me. Again, she knows what drink and for who, and she goes to get two drinks. When she came back with the drinks she looks at me and says... So you can't just sit here and take up space at the bar.You need to order something. How about a soda? A juice? An app? Ummmmmm.... First of all... The place is half empty. Second of all... I am designated driver and NOT drinking and I do not want to pay for a soda or juice that I don't want to drink. I told her that it was rude that she wouldn't let me sit there as I've NEVER been told that before. Even when they were busy and overflowing. We always tip 30% or more and are good customers. We were going to order food but I was fuming at this point and I got up and I walked out. My fiancé and friend followed me. I understand not letting a group of people sit there if it was busy and seats were being taken up and they weren't ordering anything, but that was not the case yesterday.

And no you cannot change the added time for pick up to what you wanted. 2. Ordered an Old world Pepperoni, and Sausage combination cheese pizza. 3. Ordered pepperoni cheesy puffs. 4. Ordered garlic butter chicken wings. When I got to the pick up counter, three other people in the store. I asked if order confirmation number XXX was ready? I was told by the young gentleman behind the counter "We don't use numbers we use names." I said "Your Website only lists a confirmation number for my pre-paid order." The young gentleman repeated "We just use names." I gave the young gentleman my first name. He checked in the back of the store and when he popped his head out of the front entrance from the kitchen said "No, I don't have that yet." Time: 5:21 PM. I said " I entered the order at 4:25 PM." He repeated, I don't have that yet." Sat down and waited, and at 5:27 PM my Little Caesar's Website account I was logged into showed my order was started at 5:27 PM. I got up again, and doubled checked asking the young gentleman to confirm that the three items listed is what he had on my order. Pizza was correct, cheesy puffs right, but the chicken wings were buffalo instead of the garlic I ordered. He told me he would get them corrected, and he did. Received my complete order at 5:45 PM. Drove home (22) minutes, got in opened up the cheesy puffs and received no pepperoni. Then opened up the Pizza and received a regular pepperoni pizza. It had no sausage at all. and no Old World pepperoni. I then had to take back the pizza and cheesy puffs another (22) minutes. When I waited in line for another (10) minutes as everyone was in the back of the store with no one at the counter. The same young gentleman I spoken with on my first visit told me "You have an extra pizza." I said "I only ordered one pizza, not two." He said "Oh, well this is the right pizza." I opened it, had sausage but looked like the same pepperoni as before. I said "This doesn't look like the old world pepperoni. The young gentleman's female partner at the counter said directly "yes it is!" I said "It does not look like the picture on your Website. She said "I know." I asked the young gentleman "Can I please have the pepperoni puffs I ordered." He said "what are those, pointing to the box of plain cheesy puffs." And I said "They are plain cheesy puffs" He said "Oh, pepperoni". He then grabbed a box of pepperoni cheesy puffs out of the heated case.
