The bartender was friendly and always ahead of everything! Great specials and the buffalo chicken dip was the best around! The bartender even brought a plate, silverware and napkins which NEVER happens at my hometown BWW (sadly). The kolsch on draft was refreshing and cannot beat the prices! We haven't been to a BWW for a few years, but my elderly father wanted wings, so off we went. He was very pleased with his 10 piece wings, half with Parmesan garlic and half with sweet BBQ sauce. He ate all of them. Mom got the extra crispy chicken tenders and thought they were a bit dry, but I think it was more the crispy outside, not the chicken itself. Husband got boneless wings and was very happy with them. I am on a health journey and I sincerely appreciate that the menu has calories listed for the items, so I can make good choices. It was mind-boggling to see some the calorie counts for many of the food items. I ordered the grill chicken sandwich and Dasha, our server, was able to easily modify it to exactly how I wanted. Dasha did an excellent job working with my elderly father who is vision and audio impaired. She was very patient with him and that is often times difficult to find in servers who typically just want to take the orders and move on to the next table. She was so kind to both of my parents. The restaurant was loud, but it's a sports bar atmosphere, so that was to be expected. It was hard for my dad, being audio impaired, but once we explained it was a sports bar he understood. The wings are great. Our server was Niccole who was great at keeping food coming and drinks flowing. They don't have Coca Cola products and just recently added ginger ale. For diet drinks, only Diet Pepsi. This week they ran out of many beers because their beer delivery didn't show up. They have a great variety of wing sauces and dry rubs. They mix and match well. It was Terrible, in short. I was here with a table of three, and although the place was clean enough, it was a nasty atmosphere with a bad wait after we were seated. I don't mind waiting when places are short staffed, and I will say that other reviews may use slight hyperboles when talking about the wait times, but keep the word *slight* in mind. Not to mention, every time we tried to ask for some plates for our food, the staff either ignored us and twice said they would get us something and simply didn't. After two hours, the food came and it was.. fine. We came there for Pub food, we got pub food and missed one of our items, but oh well. None of us came here to complain to the staff, we don't want to be a bother, but by coming here, we wasted our time and money. 2/10, Unfortunately there's no other place to get wings here so we'll (begrudgingly) probably come again. read more

First things first, this entire review is for Brad- the man, the myth, the legend.....The shift manager extraordinaire. So strap in. Where do I begin? From the moment my date and I entered this fine establishment, we felt welcome. Who's to thank for that? Brad. Brad made us feel welcome and safe as he ferried us to our booth. We even gave us a choice of tables, letting us know that one table would be chillier than the other. I liked that. Brad went on to serve my date and I like royalty. Truly 5 star service. He offered a tasting of sauces when I wasn't quite sure which sauce to order with my wings. He offered fine amenities like carrots, celery and lime for my water. I liked that too. Stopped in for some wings and a beer on a weekday afternoon. Sat at the bar which seats were apart (Covid). Ordered 6 wings dry rub with fries and a draft beer. Service was great from the bartender. Beer was nice and cold and wings came out nice and hot and tasted great. I've been to BWW all over the country and this was a nice smaller one. The only reason I'm giving them a 2 star is because the wings are good. Our food took over an hour to get and it was wrong when it came out. The wait staff would leave for 20 minutes at a time. Several customers came and left because no one waited on them. The manager, Seth, was oblivious and was in her back with the wait staff most of the time when customers were waiting on orders or bills. He was not apologetic at all when I told him we were not happy with the service. Instead he disappeared in the back again and again. He did come our wings but u would have much rather had an apology and him saying he would work to fix it. Not a good look for this BDUBS. read more

Upon arriving we were third to be seated...10 minutes. The front hostess was amazing! She was taking online ordered, delivering them to the guest as they came in, busing tables, and seating guests! Girl was busy. Our server crystal was also amazing, but she had so many tables. We could only see two servers and an additional staff member. Orders beers and they were both bad. One was a local wheat beer...that was really sour and then the fat tire that tastes like piss smells! The water was ok, but one had a bad lemon in it, that made the water taste odd. The other five waters were fine. Service was slow, but they were trying so hard with just the 2-3 that were present. The appetizer sampler was so greasy! Onion rings were sweet, but the breading had so much oil that it was the start of a good cleanse. The sausage ball...meat unknown crispy, and spicy, but what the hell kind of meat was it!!??? The cheese dip was store bough or tasted like it was old. The blue cheese burger was pretty good and the family ate it all. Chicken wings...just subpar at best. Ranchilada and garlic. Just okay. Again food was one of the worst places I have ever been over all, but the limited servers were great! True team work from them and the only shining gem in this mess on Hilton head. read more

This was the first time and last time we visit Buffalo Wild Wings. First off not to my notice but my wife's mentioned the atmosphere was acoustically obnoxious. We always sit at the bar for faster service. The bartender was looked busy on a mediocre Sunday late afternoon. We looked at the prices and they appeared $6.99 for snack, 11.49 for small, $18 for the next and so on. Thinking that the snack was six wings I was told no it's four. The $11.49 was for nine wings. REALLY? My wife ordered the the "Sampler" for $13.49 and I got the 9 wings for $11.49. See pictured. I ordered the Nashville Hot on my wings. The service was computer-like timed and officiant. But the Nashville hot wasn't even close to hot. My wife's sampler had Jamaican Jerk that was more spicy then mine. After only one wing I told the bartender that they weren't as spicy as they said and asked her to sample the sauce to see if I were true. NOW GET THIS, SHE SAID THAT SHE DIDN'T EAT THIS FOOD!!! WTF??? To be honest the wings on the second fire of wings as anticipated were overly hot. But to note they do not brine their wings almost tasteless. Great tourist place to rob your money. I was visiting Bluffton for my uncle's funeral. My cousin, brother and I wanted a snack and only had about thirty minutes before the wake. We decided on Buffalo Wild Wings so I placed the order on the phone. I arrived twenty minutes later and after I was waiting and additional twenty-five minutes I asked the hostess to check for on my order. Upon her return she explained that my food was given away by mistake. The manager Brad came up and apologized profusely. I explained that I had a wake to attend and needed to leave because I was going to be late (PLUS my Mom was going to ring my neck for being late :() Brad said that he wanted to remake my food and a refund for the mix-up and the inconvenience and he did just that. Thanks Brad for making a bad situation right and we enjoyed the food!! I'll definitely try you guys again. I LOVE great customer service! read more

I understand your short staffed but if there are 20 people seated in your Resturant and it takes 2 hours for your food you might as well close your doors. The worst place ever. The wings are not that good. Gosh forbid if you place an order to go and they get it wrong. They won't even offer to help fix it. No celery or carrots bc everything is extra too. Do yourself a favor and go to Wild Wing down the street or any place other than Buffalo Wild Wing. Owning over 20 Bar and restaurants I would always go out of my way to make my customers happy especially when my restaurant or help made the mistake. I absolutely love and adore Buffalo Wind wings. Ever since I was little my family would come and have dinner multiple times a week. When I herd bluffton was getting one I was thrilled. Unfortunately every time I eat here at the location in bluffton it has been terrible. The food is good as always but it takes FOREVER the servers and bartenders are SLOW nobody has been rude or mean but just slow slow slow. And nobody ever comes back to the table to check on us or anything 9/10 I already know what I want going in because I basically know the menu. We complained to the manager and after we complained we saw the manager literally talk about us and I assume that by how many stares we got from the servers afterwards. Shitty service. Managers don't even understand common practice when it comes to dealing with customer complaints etc waitstaff needs to be retrained and learn what's things you don't say aka blaming your customer etc especially when they're only in the establishment because you wrote them down in your "book of shame" in the first place for screwing up their first order. I'll boycott this establishment and gladly eat papa johns Wings just to ensure i don't support any of the current staff. It's sad, cause the food is amazing and it's a nostalgic place for us from past duty stations but not this location. Been here about 5 times, maybe more. Only had one instance when they forgot to put our order in, but we couldn't help but laugh cause its never happened to us before. I went there with my daughter for dinner. Sat at bar. Note here. Happy Hour price is $1 off well brands only. Don't drink beer so I couldn't tell you about that. I ordered Nacho's. The chips themselves were good. There was almost no chili, very little cheese. No sour cream or salsa. I had to ask for salsa - it was brown colored absolutely HORRIBLE. My daughter had soft chicken tacos which she said weren't that good. I won't go back. My daughters 2 speciality beers and my 1 top shelf margarita, nachos and tacos got the bill us to more than $50 with the tip. I won't go back. I had a coupon I got in the mail for free appetizer nuggets or wings (opening promo). We got the nuggets in the honey barbq sauce. We couldn't eat them as they were floating in sauce.
