This was the worst BWW experience I've ever had. I ordered wings online since they had a sale online, went to pick them up on a slow Friday at 5pm. I then decided I wanted to stay and get a beer or two and asked if I could eat the wings at the bar, the host asked the manager who never acknowledged us which felt rude, then they said no we can't do that, which doesn't make any sense. Again the manager didn't say it to us, the hostess did. We went to the ToGo area and the ToGo guy was actively eating food while we stood at his counter. We basically had to wave him over. We got our food and sat out on the patio, it was rainy and no one was out there so I figured we could sit out there. The wings were dry and hard, very little sauce, the fries were old, stale and stuck together, they didn't give us any napkins or silverware, so I had to grab some from the car. This might be the worst restaurant in Beaufort county. A year ago, we came here and had a horrible experience. Nonexistent service, long wait times, stale fries, a dirty restaurant, you name it, there was a problem. The manager went out of her way to give us coupons, apologized etc. Yeah it was bad. So fast forward to yesterday, we decided to give it another chance and see what difference a year made. The answer? Not much. It started with having to wait almost 5 minutes to be seated in a near empty restaurant, and we sat at our table for another 5 minutes without even being greeted by a server. We were about to get up and leave when one of them finally came over. She was polite, and we ordered quickly so as to avoid waiting another ten minutes to place a food order. The wings came out ok, but the fries were stale, just like the last time. She brought us fresh ones towards the end of the meal, and I paid the check. Took a look at the receipt, and lol she double charged me for a soda, my fault for not checking beforehand, but hey, what do you expect at the Buffalo WW in Beaufort? If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. The customer service was absolute horse sh*t from the minute we walked in and we should have turned right around and walked back out. We went in with a larger group of people, family that hasn't been together in a long time as we all live in different states and were gathering for my godson's graduation from boot camp on Parris Island.... Anyhow, you could tell that the manager didn't want to seat a party larger than 4 people because he was either too lazy to move tables or he knew that his servers were incapable of handling a group of 8 adults and 4 children (aged 4-12) There were maybe two small groups of people in the dining area (2-5 people) and a handful of people in the bar. We asked to sit out on the patio as it was the perfect night to do so but the manager's response was "there's no server out there" Then he said, "I don't have a table for that many people, you can go sit in those two booths over there" mind you, dining was next to EMPTY! We then asked if we could slide the table that was next to a booth over so we could at least sit together. His response was "I'm not going to do that. It's too difficult to serve a table that way" Little did we know, serving ANY table was difficult for this establishment. Manager continued to give us an attitude and said "call ahead next time and I'll be able to seat you..." Really? Because there was no one in the restaurant, plenty of open tables and you still couldn't seat us. Finally my husband said, "why can't we put those two tables together?" So the manager very rudely said fine and my husband basically moved them himself. Then there's the food and waitress... when our food finally came out (which took forever, even though three of us were so angry we didn't even order) half of it was barely warm. My kids wouldn't eat the mac n cheese because it had a sour taste, and when she brought out the adult's food, a woman at the table behind us stopped her to ask about something that she had ordered. The waitress got mad, took our food over to a nearby table, slammed it down and went back to "assist" the other woman... apparently this woman's meal was missing cheese and the waitress said "they just forgot the cheese... give me a minute and I'll get you some" Then she hands out all the food except for my nephew's burger which came out about 10 minutes later... it was delivered with what looked like a big bite taken out of the top bun (which I watched her turn the plate around as she put it in front of him so that he wouldn't see it.) My father ordered the chicken wrap with "pulled chicken" and was given crispy chicken (the boneless wings.) Then, my cousin had ordered a Sprite and when she took a sip, it was very obvious that the syrup in the fountain had been out. It happens sometimes. Three of us had tried it and agreed, it was just the seltzer with no flavor. When my cousin tried to send it back, the waitress argued with her that they "don't have Sprite, it's Starry and that's just how it tastes." We all told her that it was not Starry, not Sprite, but plain ole seltzer and she still disagreed. Then when my cousin said "can you just take this back?" She got more visibly frustrated and still didn't understand why my cousin wouldn't just drink it. We were not given silverware but instead plastic utensils in packages as if we ordered take out. No napkins aside from the thin little ones in the take out packages. The manager never came by to see how things were, in fact stayed as far away as possible from us. As we left, the manager walked by us in the parking lot, gave us a look and kept on walking... didn't say a word. Got in his car and just sped on by. The waitresses name was Samantha and the manager's name was Joe. Both were very unpleasant and should not be working in any form of customer service. It is no surprise why the restaurant was basically empty, however it is a surprise that they are still open. My only guess is that they don't get repeat customers. Only out of town visitors that come in for military graduations, or other events... I have never had such a terrible experience at a restaurant before and you can't even blame it on the size of our group as we have been to other Buffalo Wild Wings and different restaurants with larger groups in the past and have not had an issue like this before. There was not one single positive experience from this BWW location. Shut it down or find new employees. My goodness! read more

This place is terrible! Me and my husband ordered online and went to pick it up. My husband got there 12 minutes after the scheduled time for the order to be done and it wasn't ready. He then had to wait another 15 minutes for it to be done which is ridiculous. We were really hungry and ordered extra food which with my order I didn't even get the normal amount for it. I ordered 20 wings and only got 12! They didn't even give me the side of fries I ordered with it. Not to mention they didn't give me or my husband the ranch and other sauces we ordered in the side. This was my first time eating from here and it is me and my husband's last time! The customer service as well was terrible. All of the workers were just annoyed and didn't want to do their job. What a terrible experience! So I ordered some food to pick up, since I had the time to stop by and didn't need to pay the extra $8 service fee for delivery. Well that was quite the mistake! Not only was the food not ready when they said it would be, I wind up waiting more 20 minutes for the food. But here's the kicker - for an order consisting of mozzarella sticks and 35 wings, they forgot ALL the dipping sauce! Not one little thimble of bleu cheese or marinara sauce for my dinner! I have had good and bad experiences here. I won't let my last time visiting speak too poorly on this review but it was terrible service and we waiting a ungodly amount of time for everything and that's not even an exaggeration. The food is what you would expect from a typical BWW it's overall good and I do recommend the tacos for anyone who hasn't tried them. Always a place to come and drink and I did really enjoy this one time my friends and I went and my friend decided to do the blazing wing challenge and the waitress was had was cutting up with us during the challenge and if I remembered her name I would have added it but I cannot remember unfortunately. I have been in Buffalo Wild Wings in just about every single city in America (really) and this one is by far the WORST. I am visiting and even gave it a second chance. The second chance was WORSE. I was going to share my feedback with a manager but could not find anyone in this place that cares! How do they stay open??!!! I know this a challenging time with labor - but there has to be someone in Beaufort that WANTS to be a waitress and has some social skills. Might be the worst service at a restaurant I've ever had. Slow service, came with a group of friends for fantasy football draft, only 4 or 5 tables were taken. We were at BDUBS for approximately 3.5 hours and only saw the server 3 times after the first order of food. We would've bought beer and drinks often but we were not able to order. 2 months later the boys came in ready to spend quality money on Veterans Day. We see 60% of the tables empty. Once we tell the hostess the number of people we have, and she acted like we ruined her day and was annoyed. Was told an hour wait. The bar was open, and they said we couldn't order a quality ice cold beer to pass the time while waiting for a table. They don't want money or costumers. If you are looking for a place to be disappointed, I recommend this place. Just tear it down and put a dollar general or another waffle house to be a more useful space of property. read more

The food is what you'd expect from a wing place (unless you expect it to be really good that is). I've had several different flavors of wings and a few sides, it's hit and miss. The Fried pickles are a miss; I've had them better everywhere else. I don't want to say the food is terrible, because it's not, it's just very middle of the road. The service is also ok.
