The classic chicken wings are absolutely delicious. I was so happy to see a buy one get one coupon for the classic wings. I ordered 10 with hot buffalo, and 10 with spicy Korean sauce. It took a while for the cashier to adjust my bill to match the coupon, but eventually he got there. The fries are plentiful, and the drink was quite refreshing. To me, Wingstop's reward program is confusing. I wish I could just enter my telephone number to receive reward points. It was explained to me that I needed to order on the app which I'm always hesitant to do. Otherwise, it was a great meal and a big treat! read more

The food is great the service is what made me give 1 star. I ordered a 3 piece meal and he charged me for a 5pc and then gave me only 3 pieces of chicken what a fucker! read more

I was so hesitant to go to this location because of the bad reviews and no where easily could confirm it was 100% zabiah halal. So we decided to just do the 25 mins Drive and find out if it's halal, if not we had some back up options. Upon arriving we found out it is 100% halal people!!! The owner is Egyption and only buys halal product. Also, the food was phenominal. Exactly how wings should be. The fries were perfect. I recommend this spot to all wing lovers and halal only eaters! Maybe the bad reviews are from some other people working, but we went on a sat evening I believe and there were two boys working. Super nice. Even turned the AC down for us to enjoy since it was freezing. I can't wait to go back!! read more

So I like this location, because it's close to my house. I've always been a Wingstop fan and when my beautiful wife saw a mukbang on Tik Tok of their boneless wings, we decided to try it! We had the, Summer of Flavor bundle. It was 25 boneless wings, 3 flavors one large fry, the corn, 3 dips and 2 drinks. A great value for two people and this is the first time, I've ever tried the corn and it was slapping! Dip everything in their ranch and get the fries and boneless wings aka the chicken nuggets well done, you'll love it! We got those fries with the lemon pepper seasoning and that was a game changer! Honey hot flavor isn't even hot or spicy it's honey-rrific! The fountain drinks were out, except for the regular coke, so the manager hooked me up with a 20oz bottled soda. Such great customer service! Thanks for hooking me up! read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Benicia, California

I waited eight minutes at the cash register to take an order and never saw a single employee as people formed in line behind me. I just left. I would like to add that this is the first second or third time I finally give up on this place. The service is terrible and the weight is even worse. This was the final straw. read more

This is by far the worst wingstop I've ever been to. They have poor service, food is never cooked to perfection as they advertise and the employees act like it's a burden to work there. I love the location because it's close to my house but after today I will no longer give them my service ! I was met with attitude by the cook & cashier also had to come back because my food was cold and this is not the first time I am done with this location. Higher management needs to consider revamping the entire team read more

I tried giving it a chance but everytime we come there is a problem . They take forever to take our order and to make it and last time we went the lady told us to order online because the cashier took a 30 min break who does that. There needs to be a cashier at all time not everyone can order online. read more

Placed an online order, specifically came here to try the new fiery lime flavor. When I came to pick up, no one came to the front for at least 5 mins to even check on me. I was staring at my bag getting cold the whole time. Finally someone comes out and gives it to me, I ask are you sure my whole 80$ order is in this one bag? He said yes and it was taped up so I made the mistake of driving 15 mins home without opening. It is missing my only 15 piece fiery lime. I call and ask for a refund bc I'm not driving 30 mins round trip back. Whoever answered doesn't care at all, and said they'd send me a form on email to fill out for a refund??? It's a week later, and I Still haven't received that email or a refund. Disappointing. Seriously for a huge corporation they can cough up more wages for more employees and maybe some older professional ones. It was like 3 kids working by themselves. Sorry to them for being taken advantage of by Wingstop. And sorry to everyone else who experiences this looking like on a monthly basis with these similar reviews. Edit: I got my 10$ refund back for the wings I didn't receive. Still would've rather had the wings, and I still stand by everything else I said read more

Horrible they don't answer the phone and they don't speak English when we did get through. They are a mess!!

Our first time. We ordered at counter. We ordered the 8 piece BBQ combo. A little pricey I thought. But wings I believe are cooked to order so took a while, but we don't mind. Means they do cook to order. A very large order of fries. And wings were more than enough. Will be back! read more

Waited 10 mins for someone to come to the front and help me. Eventually walked out bc no one ever came even after i yelled excuse me. I herd them gossiping in the back. No care to come see if anyone was in front. read more

I've given this location multiple chances, but I'm done. The issue here isn't the food--it's the absolute lack of front-end service and basic communication. I walked in just wanting to buy a drink. I didn't intend to purchase a full meal, just a drink. I was immediately met with confusion from the two kitchen staff working, who clearly didn't understand English well enough to assist. I kept repeating that I wanted a drink, but all I got back was "Online order?" over and over again like a broken record. After several minutes of frustration, one finally pointed to a tiny sign behind the register that read "Online Orders Only!" Why isn't that clearly visible on the door before someone enters? Could someone please let me know why it wasn't pointed out right away? And this isn't the first time. Every time I've gone in, the register has been unattended. Either the person is on break, or there's no one assigned. What are you doing if your kitchen staff can't talk to customers and no one is at the front to take orders? Consider installing a kiosk like McDonald's or ensuring your signage is clear to prevent any inconvenience for customers. Until this location figures out basic staffing and communication, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Ordered 2 wing combos & the guy was very thorough with reading back our order. We got our order and I made the mistake of not checking it before we left. We went to first street and realized we didn't have either of our ranches. So we drove back because I was not about to not have ranch when I just paid $30+ for 2 meals. We go back in and the same guy tells my brother that we can only have 1 and we have to pay for another. So then he leaves and a different worker comes out and tells me that I already got a ranch and he just gave my brother our second one. Sir???? No you did not??? Man tried to gaslight me. I wasn't about to cause a scene over RANCH, but I paid for it. So he keeps arguing with me about getting a ranch and I said "look I'm not trying to cause a problem, I just want what I paid for". He rolls his eyes, goes in the back and gets another one and hands it to me, and we left. I know it's just ranch but it's pretty expensive of a meal and the ranch is kind of a staple. The attitude and gaslighting was CRAZYYYY and it was never that serious. It's not like it's coming out of their paychecks lol. read more

I ordered the protein meal, that's gives you 2 flavors of 8 wings each. Well I got 8 and 5. And when you call you can't talk to anyone. Hit 0 and it goes back To the beginning of the call. Do better wing stop!! read more

They are lazy to answer phone! We are trying to call to place an order and it is only 11. We called 4x.

We were the only ones in there besides some kids who kept harassing us and the workers (which isn't their fault) and it took over 40 minutes for our order. When we finally got it the wings were overcooked. Not good experience read more

Wingstop - two baskets of fried chicken and french fries - Chicken Wings Near Me - Benicia, California

If I could leave 0 stars I would place is a joke, rude employees can't handle a simple complaint; egos too big. It's not hard to season some fries and wings, put a monkey back there with one arm and he'd do the trick. Closes at midnight but apparently they shut down the kitchen at 10. Edit: Oh and another thing, the douche working the register asked if I tried the fries to make sure there wasn't any seasoning. Obviously lacks common sense. Why would I drag myself back into that store half past ten to start some problems with some wingstop employees. I'll be back if my money isnt deposited like Mario said read more

Slow slow. I ordered 6 wings, left, went to a Chinese restaurant nearby, got chow mein, orange chicken, prawns, fried rice, walked back to Wing Stop and my food still was not ready. Unfortunately thia Benicia store is ran by young employees that aren't able to manage complaints. The manager hides behind phone calls and didn't want to provide a contact number to speak with me. The quality of the food was in no way to be served or delivered but they ignored that. No fault to Door Dash but Keith L should be ashamed. read more

Wingstop - Burned Chicken Sandwich - Chicken Wings Near Me - Benicia, California

It is nice to have a Wingstop in Benicia. Compared to the Vallejo location, Benicia has better wings, order comes out quicker and service is better. Something that do not hit the mark are the fries. They do not put enough of the seasoning on the fries. This might be by design because they put ketchup in the bag. If the fries have "fries seasoning" or Cajun seasoning why do you need the ketchup. Also, when they put the ketchup and utensils in the bag they were mixed in with the fries. No one wants to pick ketchup packets and plastics utensils out of their fries. I will continue to go here just for the wings!! read more

Everything in our order was correct and tasty. My personal favorite is the Louisiana rub and the ranch dipping sauce.

Do not go to this wingstop . First of all, The employees are rude, careless, and disrespectful . Second of all they sooo long to give you your food, I ordered a small meal and it took them a whole hour and 20 minutes to make it. THIRD of all when you call them online to place a order they will have you on hold for soo long for no reason .. I'm on hold with them right now it's been like three hours. Like and I know they hear the phone ringing. Mind you they bearly got any customers coming to there wingstop they just don't answer the phone . They need to do better. They food not even all that good... this wingstop in Benicia will make u hate wingstop Do better. read more

Prices are getting ridiculous for classic wings. 10 pc wing only cost me $18.37 after tax. Got home and had 8 drums and 2 flats which is my favorite part of the wings. I called but they never never answered the phone. I will go to fire wings from now on. They have better flavors and lower prices. Also I'm going to complain to corporate as well. So disappointing for Benicia! read more

It's sad when you see several bad reviews on a brand new location in Benicia but it's very true they do not answer the phone when you arrive that don't help you but help everyone that's picking up a order. The worker told me to order online instead when he could have helped me when I was in front of him. The service is horrible they are not professional and under staff. I only saw two guys working in the back. Management need to get this place together. HORRIBLE SERVICE read more

Yesterday, I ordered my dinner of 6pcs classic original (that means no flavoring). Instead what I got was 6pcs classic original with Habanero. I end up throwing $15 food away due to health reasons that I cannot consume the food. GREASY GREASY GREASY . Horrible . I remember when this spot first opened and it was good, recently went and it's gone downhill super fast.

i waited 30 minutes for my food and when i got home it was all wrong this guy never put in my ranch gave me all wings with bones i never ordered that. i returned back and told them this didn't loo read more

Once was enough for me. We went a couple weeks ago and ordered several things to taste. The food was horrible. Take any fast food fried chicken like KFC and multiply the grease x5 and that is what you get at this outlet. They must use plastic models for photos of the food because what we got was limp with grease. Also, they sealed the bag so we couldn't check our order and they left out all the brownies, which cost $4-$5 each. I tried to call the place many times about it, but no one ever answered the phone. I know there were several employees there and it was not a busy night. I decided not to try anymore and write it off as a loss because I will NEVER buy food there again. So unhealthy AND bad tasting. I hope they leave this location and someone that sells better food moves in. This is expensive food too for what is basically a heart attack on a plate. Benicia deserves much better. read more
