If i could give no star I would, don't give me a coupon and turn around to tell me I can't use it. Why aren't I surprised especially with the shitty customers service this place even offers. read more

Everything here is served hot and fresh! The staff are fast paced and extremely helpful. While dining there we had a major spill and one of the workers came running to clean up our mess. The only thing I dislike about all Wing Stop locations is the cramped seating. Overall, I only go to this establishment when I have a wing craving. read more

Wingstop - Mild wings and great fries! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Austin, Texas

Little chewy fried chunks o chicken wing. That was my thought biting into a Wing Stop wing. Not crispy and tasty, but small and fried hard and chewy. I tried the original hot and the garlic parmsean. Oh, lordy that's a lot of garlic parmsean taste. it's been three hours and a couple of glasses of water and I'm looking for my toothbrush to get the taste out. The original hot was good - I nice medium heat. Your french fries were pretty good, and I liked the small amount of sugar mixed into the salt to make them sweet. It goes well with the spicy wings. However, the fries needed another minute or two in the fryer. You told me it would be 14 minutes to my wings, but maybe you should try timing the french fries with the same level of precision. The food was okay, albiet a little over fried on the wing and under fried on the potatoes. The sauces were good. The employees were friendly. Would I go back? Yeah, maybe. read more

I love when I have the opportunity to eat at this particular wing stop because it's delicious and close to home. I went yesterday and it had been a few months since I have eaten wing stop, and I realized the menu had changed. (You thoughts it was a little expensive before..) I ordered my usual, half mild and half Parmesan, I ended having to pay extra for a dip because it didn't come with the meal, and Extra for fries and a drink. My friend that I met there was told they were not allowed 2 different flavors on there wings bc of the "category" it was in. The girl working the register was very rude and obviously has no customer service skills. She huffed and puffed when i had to ask for a dip that I had just paid extra to have. Then I had to ask for silverware because none were set out, the sweet tea tastes spoiled. I am also a stickler on sanitation (I try not to be but sometimes it's bad) so being this way and seeing the cooks in the kitchen sweating and wiping there faces as they tossed the wings in the bowl was a red flag, then when they were almost done they touched my food without gloves and never once did they wash there hands after. Good thing my appetite was gone because the fries we were served were the burnt end of the bag part. I was very disappointed about my experience, it was horrible and I will never eat there again. It's even sad when 2 other groups in the restaurant were in agreement. read more

Phone doesn't work. Messes up orders all the time. HORRIBLE. Service and food is poor quality management needs to make orders right. I don't care about service as long as you don't waste time read more

It took 40 minutes to get an 8 piece wing combo. They were also just out of basic counter materials, that they literally didn't offer to replace when informed. read more

This is actually my favorite place to eat wings. Staff is good. I like the fries and the rolls. Their regular hot, lemon pepper, and garlic Parmesan are all good. Ranch dressing is good too. I used to eat Buffalo Wild Wings, hooters, and pluckers a lot. I think wing stop is comparably good quality for being more of a stop and go place. read more

Went to the location off of Palmer Ln. I had the lemon pepper, cajun, and mango habanero. There was not enough seasoning especially on my favorite the lemon pepper. I had to add lemon pepper from home to make them acceptable. Since they want to charge for extra flavoring they should allow the customer to replace the ranch or buttermilk, or mustard dressing for the flavor you want. I refuse to pay again for extra sauce. I will ask next time and if they won't let me swap they will lose me. I don't frequent them often for that very reason. I rated a-ok just because they are wings (one of my favorite foods to eat). read more

This is my favorite Wingstop by far. Great customer service- Freddy was very generous on helping out another customer and had a good attitude! Rare for employees to go over and beyond and he definitely did. Wings are always ready and are made the way I ordered them. Quality of service and food great!! read more

if I could give it zero stars, I would. I simply asked to add an extra sauce to my order and the whole staff act like i asked them for the code to the safe. When I remarked that I usually order an extra sauce (which I know I'm going to have to pay extra for) the cashier got annoyed and got a manager. While the manger was busy explaining how their orders work, I simply stated that I just went to the Wingstop off of I-35 and had no problem getting my order filled just a week pryor. She got an attitude and told me that how they do orders and I could go to that(which is 25 mins out of the way) so, I will be going to that from now on and the other closest to me (literally 2 mins away) just lost a customer over something so small. I hope somebody can retrain them on how to have better customer service. read more

The place is quite small, customer service is okay, they don't go out their way to make your time there awesome, but the wings are so good, & frys ! Went with my husband and son, we had a good time, talking. I did have to scoot over a table all the way to the wall so the baby chair can fit and so can people pass by i repeat its small not for a family over 4. We had the family pack its a good deal, 3 different flavors. Cajun, mild, super hot, large frys , greens and 3 ranch. It was bomb !! read more

I just don't get why these workers can't get orders right. Poor management and poor workers. We placed an online order that was supposed to be ready by 20 minutes. We get there and pay and they have us wait for 30 minutes. We then check in to see where our order is. It was sitting behind the cashier that checked us out and never looked for it. It had been there since we arrived. Do not come to this place. Let it shut down or sell it to an owner that actually cares about service read more

I try to avoid eating at chain restaurants when I'm in Austin (apart from the occasional Jimmy Johns or Chickfila) but I was craving wings and my friend insisted we eat at Wingstop. ... let's just say I won't make the mistake of ordering wings from anywhere other than my beloved Pluckers ever again. The wings were small and fried until the skin was hard. The garlic parmesan wings were flavorless. Essentially they took a chicken wing, drenched it in grease, then covered it with parmesan cheese. (Almost as if a dandruff snowstorm attacked my chicken wings!) The Hickory BBQ wings were wayy too saucy (to the point where the sauce overpowered the taste of the chicken itself) and there was still a pool of BBQ sauce left in the basket after I finished all my wings. Note: The promised wait time is 14 minutes. They have 50 cent boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesdays. 10 wings will cost you $7.05 (after tax) which may be about $2 cheaper than other wing places, but you pay for what you get! Loyal Wingstop fans... take your love of wings to Pluckers and you'll never want to eat another wingstop wing again. read more

This was my first time eating at a Wingstop and will surely be my last. The staff on the phone was nice, but the counter person - no personality. I got the boneless teriyaki and mild buffalo wings. Both were so salty they were barely palatable. And the teriyaki sauce tasted only like ginger and soy sauce. They were gross, dry, shriveled little coils of chicken yuckiness. Then the potato salad...it tasted like potatoes. And nothing else. The baked beans were, however, quite yummy. I do think the best thing I was served was the strawberry Fanta, probably because they didn't make it. read more

Absolutely horrible service! Packed parking lot and facility; both equally as "clean." An order called in (7 strips) 25+ mins early resulted in a very long wait upon arrival. They tried to overcharge me and I had to point it out to them; the order was also wrong, found that out when I got it back home... I will never use this location again! read more

Love the wings, love the 14 minute wait, love the ranch. No complaints whatsoever. Love it!

I came in here super hungry really craving wing stop like I do occasionally. I had ordered through the phone and placed my order and they had said 16 minutes. I have been here longer than that. Like 30. I always do love wing stop though. read more

Love when the wings are big....hmmm...wish i knew when the wings would be small...i would choose another place...

First time eating wing stop and I don't understand why you would pick this place for wings. Fist the cashier was not customer friendly I could barely hear what he was saying and the counter was so high that I couldn't lean in to hear. Then he stated 18-20 mins I thought that was a little long but hey maybe it's worth it. I asked after waiting 30 mins what the status of my order was the same guy said it's coming right up. Well another 20 mins the food finally came out. I got home opened the box and laughed at the size of the wings. They were so small and the sauce was horrible all they did was dump grated parm cheese on top. The fries were cold and the seasoning they used was disgusting. I'll stick to what I know and love hooters never disappointed me. I even over heard a few people who called in orders that their orders were not put in. The management team there sucks. read more

Love the garlic parmesan and their dipping cheese sauce for the fries is really tasty!! The costumer service is great and friendly! Good job guys! read more

Fast, hot, fresh. What can get better than that? Cashiers are quick and can handle big crowds. Just wished they had bigger TV's to watch the games. The combos are worth the value. read more

Foods good but the service is terrible. This is the third time I've came in and seen people joking around in the back. I'm literally the only one here and have waited 15-20 minutes for my wings.... read more

What a cluster F*. Undercooked or overcooked.... Same stuff different day! I will not be going backi.

Staff was confused on order. Mixed up my order with another. My order was not ready. Ordered at noon for pick up at 7. Had to wait another 20 minutes. Food smelled like dog food! Horrible staff and service. No tip of course read more

I came into wing stop to order dinner at 9pm after work. I didn't get my order till 10 I had to wait and hour for two boxes of wings. then I got all the way home and they forgot most of what I ordered so I had to go back up there to get a refund and reorder my food. & we had to wait another 30 minutes for our refund order. Also, as I'm sitting there they have messed up 2 other people's order..this place is awful, slow & not very good!!!! read more

Really bad service when I got there it was empty and I made my order after 5 minutes the place for full and other people started getting their orders served before me after waiting 30 minutes I went to they guys and asked them for my order turns out that they put a different name instead of mine and when I told them they were all mad and pisses of Bc if their mistake read more

Online ordered with a few special handlings (drums, side of fries, etc). Food was ready and fresh when I arrived. Restaurant was clean. Would definitely go again read more

I LOVE Wingstop! I could eat at there breakfast, lunch, and dinner and have been a regular for years! Only problem I have had is that at this location they did not accept my manufacturers coupon on my birthday claiming they did not honor the coupons from corporate, only the local coupons. But that won't keep me from the best wings and fries ever! read more

I usually love Wingstop, but this location is probably the worst. They actually brought us out a ($30) wrong order, told us to eat it, and then refused to replace it after we started eating it. I've never heard of such ridiculous service! I hope they close down - it's not like there is a shortage of wing restaurants in Austin. read more

I cannot believe I didn't find this place sooner. Wings made the way I like em and the way they're made back home at my favorite spot in Atlanta, GA, where wing joints are all over the place. Nice, saucy wings and pretty tasty fries. I tried the hawaiian, cajun and barbque and these wings did not fail to please. read more

Unable to place orders online and just about every time I try and call it's just a busy signal. Then I finally get through and before I can order I get out on hold for over two minutes. Pretty crappy customer service in my opinion read more

Terrible. Honestly .. I was quoted a certain time, kept seeing customers walk in and ordering their food after I ordered through the phone. Yet they got their food before I did. Made me late for work, and just decided to get a refund. Even the refund took a while. I don't recommend it. Food is great, but the service is terrible. read more

Only thing that is displeasing is the wait when they are busy. Other than that, they're great. Lady in the front even remembered my friend and I. read more

I guess it's my fault that I always come back but I live really close and the food is delicious. But I always order just 10-15 wings, am told they'll be ready in 20 minutes, and my food never comes out in less than 30. I've waited as long as 40 for 10 wings once and the manager apologized and got me my food but it doesn't make up for the wait times. Today I ordered take out and when I got home I had the wrong order. If the food wasn't so good and conveniently close I'd never come back. read more

I called in an order and they quoted me 35 minutes before the order was ready. When I showed up 30 minutes later I had to stand in a line foe over 5 minutes. Once I finally paid they told me it would be another 30 minutes until the order was ready. They quoted me 35, and now it's 65. What shity service. Payed over a dollar a wing with tax and get told the wrong wait time. If they had quoted me the correct time it would have been fine. Also they are still telling people that are walking in the it going to be 35 minutes. What the hell. read more

Delivery absolutely sucks. Ordered online for a delivery, an hour passed so we called Wingstop and they said, " we made the food, but we're not responsible for delivery, that's thru Door Dash". I ordered through YOUR website, you are responsible. Cancelled the order, disappointing. If you want good reliable delivery, order Java Noodle instead! read more

By far my favorite wings period! I actually used to work at a Wing Stop in my hometown when I was in high school. I'm really glad that I worked there because I got a chance to see how fresh everything is here. Other than the wing sauces, everything else is made in house and it shows. There is nothing worse than going to a wing place and getting bottled ranch or blue cheese dressing! They make their own blue cheese and Hidden Valley Ranch. The bleu cheese is not my favorite but the ranch is awesome! Also the fresh cut seasoned fries with that slightly sweet/spicy season will be one of the best things you ever put in your mouth. The only thing that I am not a fan of at Wing Stop is the dining room. I never really have the desire to eat in. There is just something about the decor or maybe the small space that doesn't make it that inviting. If you go Pluckers or Buffalo Wild Wings, the place is usually packed. Order Wing Stop to go but make sure you don't wait too long as the fries tend to get pretty soggy pretty fast when they sit in that bag. read more

I saw an employee cutting carrots with no gloves. They should have been wearing PPE and gloves on top. That is disturbing because carrots are not heated, so whatever is on their hands the customers are eating. read more
