The other two were a hot mess and rude! The one near The Allen House in northern Austin said they couldn't do it but they were nicer about it. I rarely review, but this was not a great experience. My fries were crazy spicy while my husbands had no seasoning. But even worse, I got the chicken sandwich and had to use my teeth to saw the bite out. The chicken was so dry and over cooked it looked like it was shredded on the inside. I've never dined in - carryout all the way but it's almost always busy when I go, even then I rarely wait any longer than 5-8 minutes. Employees there appear to be working hard! Haven't had any issues with customer service. Wings are warm, and saucy every time. Mango Habanero, Louisiana Rub, Original ot are staples. This location is mediocre. There was nothing but creepy guys in the store. Then the guy that took my order was rude and unhelpful and did not ask me if I wanted ranch. I did not know it wasn't included when you buy wings. He only asked me if I wanted to order anything else. He also told me that it would be 10 minutes, it took longer than that. I was fine with that I was trying to order some stuff from 7-Eleven so I could just pick it up real quick. My problem was that when I asked about the ranch when he called my order, he lied to me and was rude. He stated that he would have to charge me extra for that and I'm like what the heck. I ordered wingstop online, ran an errand, then stopped by the restaurant about 15 minutes later to pick up my food. There was only one person working the counter and she was helping a customer when I got in line; one Door Dasher was checking his food, there was another Dasher signing in and there were two walk-in customers waiting ahead of me. Then the person being helped left. Then another Dasher walks in past all of us standing in line, signs in at the counter, shows the cashier her phone then waits for her order. Then another Dasher comes in, asks the guy in front of me something to which the guy answers angrily that he is next in line so THAT Dasher signs-in then gets in line behind everyone that has been waiting. After I have received my food, I ask the cashier if the Door Dash people have to wait in line or do they get to skip everyone. She said they try to get the Door Dash orders out so the Dashers get to skip the line. I told her that we are waiting on our food, too and we'll never be helped if the Dashers just keep coming in and moving to the front of the line. I know it is not her personal policy but I asked her to please mention that to management. I arrived 15 minutes after ordering my food then had to wait an additional 15 minutes (while my food sat on a shelf) because food delivery people get to cut the line. The dipping sauces they use always taste fresh and recently prepared, and the fries are only two notches away from being orgasmic! The Bad: It is hard to place an order on the phone as they are busy a lot - also parking lot is a bit of a mess. The UGLY: CUSTOMER SERVICE worst I have experienced. From taking orders on the phone to picking up your order at the store, every time I have gotten WingStop it has literally been the most STRESSFUL experience of my life. Be prepared to repeat yourself at least 9 times and when you get there wait in a line behind 8 other people in one specific pick - up line even if there is a COMPLETELY open other cashier.
