I've been here several times, place an order for pickup via the Wingstop app. I get the same order every-time. I've never had an order wrong and may have had to wait once. The food is always consistent in flavor, I will say the wing size can vary. I love the fry seasoning! The vibe is what you'd expect at a wing stop, most of the time busy. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Austin, Texas

Two words: Jude and Darius! This place rocks because of the leadership and staff of these two. I watched them work together and power thru orders swiftly right before closing to make customers happy and drive business all while also preparing to close. Efficiency and effectiveness masters. I was at a wedding and ended up not eating much as the day passed so I was super hungry late night and seeking something savory. So I looked up all the Wingstops nearby the wedding facility and my hotel. I was within 30 mins of them closing. After calling three locations this one delivered with a smile! The other two were a hot mess and rude! The one near The Allen House in northern Austin said they couldn't do it but they were nicer about it. The one south of this location left me on hold for 10 mins only to tell me no and they were rude. The wings here were great, met my needs and the people were amazing! Promote them, keep them give them bonuses whatever you have to do. Good labor these days is very hard to find! You have a great thing in these two. Darius was beyond great. Take good care of these two! read more

I ordered two ten piece meals last night through the wingstop app , when I got my food and got home my order was completely wrong , I ordered two ten piece meals hot honey rub on both , hot honey rub fries on both . Can you believe the only thing that was right was our drinks , i got hot lemon pepper wings instead of hot honey , my Mother's Day dinner was ruined and I just want my order properly made I'm pregnant and really just want my hot honey rub wings , I understand yesterday was a busy day but please can I get my order made correctly . read more

The service I have here today was great! Cashier named Randy was able to help me on my order and get it out that door very fast and a professional and awesome hospitality way! Went above and beyond! On my order.. Will come again in the near future at this Wingstop location. read more

I rarely review, but this was not a great experience. My fries were crazy spicy while my husbands had no seasoning. But even worse, I got the chicken sandwich and had to use my teeth to saw the bite out. The chicken was so dry and over cooked it looked like it was shredded on the inside. That was probably the worst chicken sandwich I ever had. I still give them three stats because it was ready quickly and was good to go for take out. read more

Nearby, consistent and fast. I have ordered from this location a thousand times. It is consistent and my orders have always been accurate. You can schedule a pick up a day prior in order to avoid the crowd, like on Super Bowl Sunday. I've never dined in - carryout all the way but it's almost always busy when I go, even then I rarely wait any longer than 5-8 minutes. Employees there appear to be working hard! Haven't had any issues with customer service. Wings are warm, and saucy every time. Mango Habanero, Louisiana Rub, Original ot are staples. I just had the atomic recently and wowza, definitely hot and spicy, has certainly smokiness to it and the heat builds up. read more

Foods ok but last time I came French fries did not taste like wing stop. And the big issue is the soda machine is behind the counter, I've never seen this at a wingstop, it needs to be outside so customers can serve themselves don't wanna ask for refills.... read more

This is my first review on Yelp, I usually don't care but this location's staff has been anything but helpful. They are incredibly rude, they disrespected my girlfriend in Spanish, not knowing that almost everyone in this area speaks the language. They constantly forget things in my order and are just overall idiots. I hope management reads this and retrains these imbeciles on manners and not just how to treat customers, but how to treat people in general. Extremely disappointed with this location. I have never had this issue with any other location wether it be in the Austin area or elsewhere. read more

Got the hot honey and garlic Parmesan classic wings. They were tasty, but the real showstopper was the fries with lemon pepper seasoning. You don't wanna miss this one real good top it out with the Diet Coke Saturday. read more

This location is mediocre. There was nothing but creepy guys in the store. Then the guy that took my order was rude and unhelpful and did not ask me if I wanted ranch. I did not know it wasn't included when you buy wings. He only asked me if I wanted to order anything else. He also told me that it would be 10 minutes, it took longer than that. I was fine with that I was trying to order some stuff from 7-Eleven so I could just pick it up real quick. My problem was that when I asked about the ranch when he called my order, he lied to me and was rude. He stated that he would have to charge me extra for that and I'm like what the heck. If I buy wings, of course I want the ranch or some kind of dipping sauce it's a given. He should've asked me if I wanted a dipping sauce or at least let me know that they're not included. He didn't even really wanna take my order in the first place with the attitude he was giving me. When I was trying to figure out which deal I was trying to do because I didn't want fries and, I literally said that, he still tried to give me fries and I was like no, I don't want that. On top of all of that I don't even think he gave me the right flavors that I chose because the garlic Parmesan was just Parmesan and the spicy Korean barbecue plus The garlic Parmesan didn't have five it only had three when I ordered a 10 piece. read more

I think it's really good food. I can't wait to go back. I've had some chicken there with some fries it's really good.

ordered on ubereats and I received the wrong order, got a refund and ordered again and it was someone else's order again.

ive come here a couple times between classes and the service here is always pretty good. the cashier always tells me the food will be ready in 15-20mins and my food always came out in under 5 minutes! love that. the ambiance isnt really style tbh, but i usually eat the food in my car anyways lol read more

I don't leave ones star reviews too often, but here it goes. Got the family 30 pack. Comes with choice of 3 flavors, 3 dipping sauces, veggies, and fries. To start things off, got home and no sauces. My order receipt clearly has them there. Soggy fries that had a gross sweet taste. The wings were so overcooked a few were like jerky. For $30 I expected better. Is closer to me that BWW, so I wanted to try it. I mean there is UFC and football on today. That's no excuse though, they should be prepared. Never again. read more

Wingstop - Meh - Chicken Wings Near Me - Austin, Texas

The service was great! The Host and the workers themselves were very proactive and getting every order out as best as possible. The host I'm mentioning named Miguel was really patient and through on our order! He's the best example of what work ethic should be! read more

I said I wouldn't return but I love chicken and it's close to my house. So yes I've returned a few times..lol The chicken is good I just wish the temp was warmer. I haven't had any issues with the container being open. I ordered online the other night and the fries taste like cardboard. Not sure what was up with that. I figure for now on I'll just stick with chicken no sides. read more

Terrible took an hour and a half to get my food delivered when the original time was 45 mins.

This place has us waiting over two hours because they couldn't find the order. We will never order from here again

I'm not the biggest fan of wings, but these wings were indeed pretty good. They give you a variety of choices of sauces to put on your wings, and gives you discounts for the more wings that you buy. Their fries were decent, I've definitely had better fries from other places, but I enjoyed them regardless. Drink selection is just your typical drink selection honestly. Recommend if you enjoy wings a lot. read more

Tell people before they close out its going to be 25 mins now I am stuck waiting for 28 mins when I would of said no with that wait time.

I just wanted wings. I got wings. Nice and goddamn crispy wings for a great deal too. I totally forgot the prices but I got like 15 wings for I think less than 10 dollars I believe...pretty sure. Wait was kinda long but I guess that's to be expected for wings to be made. I'm PRETTY SURE I got garlic parmesan or something and I thought that was pretty tasty. Place was kinda messy and cramped but eh. 8.5/10 would come again. read more

I have been going to this place for a long time. Never has a problem occurred. I pulled up in my car.one of the employees came out running to my vehicle screaming to roll my window down she said u hit my car! In shock! She claimed it was me!cops were called. She then realizes it's not my car. I gotta say what are these employees on. I will never do business with this location ever again read more

I ordered wingstop online, ran an errand, then stopped by the restaurant about 15 minutes later to pick up my food. There was only one person working the counter and she was helping a customer when I got in line; one Door Dasher was checking his food, there was another Dasher signing in and there were two walk-in customers waiting ahead of me. Then the person being helped left. Then another Dasher walks in past all of us standing in line, signs in at the counter, shows the cashier her phone then waits for her order. Then another Dasher comes in, asks the guy in front of me something to which the guy answers angrily that he is next in line so THAT Dasher signs-in then gets in line behind everyone that has been waiting. After I have received my food, I ask the cashier if the Door Dash people have to wait in line or do they get to skip everyone. She said they try to get the Door Dash orders out so the Dashers get to skip the line. I told her that we are waiting on our food, too and we'll never be helped if the Dashers just keep coming in and moving to the front of the line. I know it is not her personal policy but I asked her to please mention that to management. I arrived 15 minutes after ordering my food then had to wait an additional 15 minutes (while my food sat on a shelf) because food delivery people get to cut the line. My cold food was awful so that was $14 down the drain. I doubt I'll be back. read more

This was my 1st and last time there. No organisation and certainly no social distancing among the workers, half werent wearing their masks or gloves. Also , some classes on how to treat paying customers should be mandatory. The wings werent even worth the wait , I'll stick to Pluckers read more

I'm not a big fan of deep fried anything but i'll take some wingstop wings anytime! Somthing about the whole operation just makes it feel a step above the competition. The wings are nice and juicy, and the boneless ones are always tender and piping hot! The dipping sauces they use always taste fresh and recently prepared, and the fries are only two notches away from being orgasmic! Although the food is delicious, this particular location is not my favorite. It's located next to an HEB, behind a McDonalds (making it hard to see from the street), and around rush hour it looks like a combined embassy for India, Taiwan, and Mexico.....still it's relatively close to work, and if your over on the East side it's one of the tastiest places for a quick bite to eat. read more

Save your money , food takes for ever , wings are salty and don't bother to waste your time trying to call and order because they will have you on hold for literally ever. I used to come here pretty frequently but it's just super a unprofessional place. Last time I called I was put on hold for 10 minutes then called back and then was asked to be put hold on again . I'm done with this place read more

How does Wing Stop handle their own employee incompetence? Be refusing to give you the wings you PAID FOR without "proof" they weren't bagged in the first place. I HIGHLY doubt that's Wing Stop's corporate store policy, despite the manager's insistence. 30 minutes of haggling later, the manager FINALLY handed me the wings, after saying it was "her job" to question my motives. Honey, your job is to give me wings. Don't like it? Get a new job then. Save your money and head to the McDonald's across the street. Bet they won't try to steal from you. read more

Made fresh & exact to order. I was given a schedule time to pick up and order was ready. Reps were nice professional and neat. Thank you!

Oh Wing Stop, you were a great idea slaughtered by poor execution, low quality staff and cheap product. I'm a wing fiend, love the things, but I won't even eat from this place anymore. My advice to the owners is to hire people that will stick around, possibly pay them more than minimum wage. Your restaurant runs on a couple people, you can afford to splurge on wages. read more

UGH if wingstop wasn't so damn tasty I would not come here again. The Good: The food. Wingstop is always yummy. The Bad: It is hard to place an order on the phone as they are busy a lot - also parking lot is a bit of a mess. The UGLY: CUSTOMER SERVICE worst I have experienced. From taking orders on the phone to picking up your order at the store, every time I have gotten WingStop it has literally been the most STRESSFUL experience of my life. Be prepared to repeat yourself at least 9 times and when you get there wait in a line behind 8 other people in one specific pick - up line even if there is a COMPLETELY open other cashier. It is just mismanaged and an absolute chaotic mess. This last time really sucked, we might switch and drive a little bit further to another Wingstop to avoid the absolutely terrible service at this one. Eating wings should be the opposite of stressful! read more

I ordered Louisiana rub. Got greased up wings with a hint of rub. I walked in to a crowded place with pissed off and unhappy ppl. This was worse than being at the DMV at rush hour.
