I wasn't sure what to expect given the reviews on here. I managed a wing place for 9 years, so I love wings and know a little about them. Pros: Good size wings, hard to find wings that aren't tiny. Ordered 8 flats with Bleu cheese and celery sticks, drink, l with Louisiana dry rub. Great flavor, just not as hot as I expected. Service was friendly and polite, order at the counter duty down and they bring them out. Nice amount of celery and decent blue cheese. Cons: one roll of paper towels by the pop machine for the whole place. Odd they don't have more or serve with napkins. No wet naps for fingers that I saw or was given. Cost controls I suppose, but both of these are not great customer service. I was charged $1.60 for something, not sure what. Hopefully it was for the extra "meal" size. Price. Pretty high up there - my whole bill was almost $16.00 for 8 wings. Probably due to all the rising costs. Very hard to get to from the freeway, as you can't turn in from the road you're on, you have to turn at the corner, go into r gas station and through to the restaurant. Overall, I will definitely go back, I like BWR but the volume is crazy. read more

My friend went to get a Dr. Pepper which was clearly either out or close to being out, so she went up to the employee at the counter to let them know. One of their coworkers proceeded to come out into the lobby to check, while infront of us btw. Tried both the root beer and the Dr Pepper and said they were fine while making a face and dumping them out. We went up to the worker after we got our food and explained that it was out, and he tried to say that they were perfectly fine and that that's what their "supposed to taste like". The worker at the front counter was very nice and gave us free brownies for the wait as well. read more

Tried to order on line. The website kept freezing. Finally after 10 minutes, the order went through. I went inside to pick up the order. I was 2nd in line. The cashier finished at the register then an older guys comes in and blows by my and she waits on him. Right after another pick up comes in and she waits on him. So im in there for 10 minutes and get pushed aside 2x. I speak up and am ignored. Finally she comes to me and tell her the pick up name. I get my order and drive home. When home, I open the sealed bag is not my order. Im not driving back to the shit show. This has to be the worst service. Ive had other bad experiences with this location. Im done. Ordered takeout. As I was chewing a wing I noticed it started to taste minty. Then I pulled a piece out of my mouth. I dont own gum. I dont chew gum. I called the location and some lady answered the phone. Told her that there was a piece of gum in my wings and she says, "Anyone chewing gum?". Followed by a brief pause the "GM" greets me with "whats the problem". I proceed to tell him that chewed one of his staff members gum that was inside of my wing. He tells me that no one at his location chews gum. I ask if he thinks I am lying about it, which he follows up with, "Sir, that is what I am saying". This is where I get pissed. He tells me to bring the gum in so he can get it DNA tested. This man is a walking potato.... Maybe the genius could look at the cameras? I ask for his name and he wouldnt give it out. Not even a first name. Like the GM is working at 8PM on a Monday night... I called cooperate and am still waiting to hear back from their "leadership" at the Appleton location. I am not looking for a refund. I want the SOB "GM" to disciplined along with turd who put a piece of gum in a wing or the deep fryer. read more

Repeated poor experiences with food taking much longer than promised, and then missing items within the order. Manager at this location has a significant gap in leadership skills. Poor follow up, repeated calls to get the refund discussed for only receiving partial order.. still with NO refund. I'm baffled how this poor service has continued for so long. Excellent flavor, the wings are delicious. They are having a lot of operational problems as this is a newer location. I've ordered there 3 times and all 3 times something was missing. There were other people in line that had the same issue, hopefully this resolves soon. Also, a lot of liquid is in the containers so if they lean at all everything leaks out and the bag becomes a big grease ball. read more

Ordered online said 18-23 mins. Got to the store after 30 mins because wingstop is notorious for taking awhile. Sure enough waited 1 hour and 45 mins just for small portions and idk if they ran out of fries or what but I got a mix of wedges and fries. Food tasted fine but the boneless wings were extra soft. Recently stopped in for the first time at any wingstop. Very UNIMPRESSED. The place was not busy at all (5 other people inside besides the 2 of us), and a few people who walked in with takeout orders. 45 min wait after ordering! Once we actually got our wings (4 different flavors), they were cold and didn't even taste like any of the flavors that we ordered. We would have said something, but we were on a time crunch and didn't feel like waiting for almost another hour for a replacement. The only plus was the ranch, which was actually surprisingly decent. The fries were cold and soggy. The staff was nice, but offered no apology for the long wait. Needless to say, we'll never be back. BWW and GameDay (a local sports bar) are far superior. If you're a normal customer ordering from the Wingstop app, your order will be passed up by all the DoorDash orders received after yours, so Wingstop doesn't get financially penalized for missing the DoorDash time. You will wait 45 - 60 minutes past your order pick up time without any communication or apology for making you wait. Especially if you have a larger order, your order will be passed up many times. Because they put the stickers on the bags to close them, we didn't check to make sure all our food was in the bags but when we got home there were 4 missing meals! We called to see if they missed a bag, and the Manager asked what we were missing - like shouldn't there be a bag sitting there with the food you should have been preparing? We drove back to get the missing food only to come home and realize we were still missing food! When I called to ask if they could make the food we were still missing, the Manager said it was in the bag which it was not. So we drove there for the 3rd time. When we got the fourth bag, there was no apology or acknowledgement that they messed up from anyone. There is very little customer service at the Richmond St store and really no sense of urgency in the kitchen. Our orders have been messed up from this location before, so this wasn't the first time but it's quite possibly the last. read more

Had to ask 3 times to see if our order was ready for 2 hours and was just being told it was getting prepared, the third time we asked they "lost the ticket" and didn't even start making the food. The manager was also not the nicest. Will not be back and do not recommend. read more

Placed my order at 5:00. Once I got there around 5:30 I waited 30 more minutes like the website said. At 6 i asked where my order was. They said they hadn't seen it. I went up around every 20 minutes to ask and every time I got a different answer. I got "your order is being made", then "its in the deep fryer", "i haven't seen that order", "its being packaged", to "30 more minutes". I ended up waited 2 and a half hours. Not worth the wait when it wasn't even that good. Go to the one in Green Bay please. They actually do their job in the amount of time it SHOULD take. read more

Was in town and wanted to stop by for some food. Ordered an 8 piece combo and waited for over an hour. There were other customers waiting just as long or longer. There were also no trash bins in the lobby so customers just left there finished food on the table and it seem like there was no one making sure the lobby was neat and clean. read more
