I'm writing this as I'm eating my food. Honestly never had a bad experience at this location with service and fresh chicken or fries but tonight I got both. It was a young white lady who helped me right away but her presences showed that she didn't care at all. When I got my drink, I had to ask her before I left to please top off my Diet Coke that I asked with no ice. My fries are straight up cold cold. Chicken room temperate. Also my garlic Parmesan chicken is way smaller then how I would get it. I'm honestly the type of person who's not gonna make a big deal but I am upset because I would've loved to eaten my food hot, especially after working all day. I know you guys can do better so I'll give this location the benefit of doubt for next time.

Whoever closed today, Monday May 12 - may your food always be hot and your pillow always cold. The food was amazing! I came to this location when it first opened and it wasn't good. Chicken was very well seasoned and not over cooked. Still very moist and crispy! Phenomenal! Give that man a raise!

This is definitely one of the first Wingstop that I've seen that is strictly made for togo orders, which I think is the best model for any Wingstop! Each time that I gone into a WingStop it has a sitting area with tables and there's never anybody sitting there and it's a lot of wasted space. Well this is a brand new Wingstop and I really like how it is set up. Its in a great location, the ambience is amazing because you can put your order in on the app and pick it up and it's pretty straightforward there and I really like that everything is new so everything's wonderfully bright colors and really clean. This is a very nice place to go to if you're a Wingstop fan or a wing fan in general. I tried the chicken sandwich for the first time and you can get it in any flavor that the offer even the hot honey flavor! I have to say the chicken sandwich was absolutely amazing very delicious very fresh! It comes with a nice side of a fries and a drink and you really can't go wrong with the combo. The price is right and I look forward to coming back to Wingstop soon the wings are the best there, hands-down!

    Garlic parmesan boneless wings

I got garlic parmesan boneless wings and it had hardly any garlic parmesan on the wings. I'm very disappointed.

Maybe I just got lucky with when I ordered and the crew at the time, but the wings I ordered were both reasonably moist and flavorful. The ranch and bleu cheese certainly helped. Fries could be more crispy. Overall, despite the low reviews from some patrons, I think one should give this place a try. Definitely not the greatest in the DMV by any means, but it will get the job done if you're having those cravings.

8 classic piece wings with the Hawaiian flavor

Was excited to see that a wing stop was being established here in Annandale. While I know the reputation for the fast food industry falls short, I still had hope that there would be change for this location. My experience here wasn't horrible however things could be better. Service: The service with the gentleman taking our order was nice and was very friendly. However, picking it up every single employee was on their phone and they had no clue as to who was picking up food. Food: The portions were small like fowl meat however I enjoyed the taste of the fries, they were salty and a little sweet and taste great with the ranch. The wings were small but the Hawaiian flavor did not disappoint. Ambiance: There is no area to come here and eat your food. It is just order and sit down at the 2 benches they have. I guess it's a good spot for a curbside pick up and eat at home. Overall, mid experience, but not surprised.

There was one other patron eating in. I placed a take-away order of half coward, I.e., 6 wings. I ordered them naked. Don't judge! I don't fry foods at home. They had different genres of music playing. Careless Whisper was playing during my visit. I love that song! They cook to order so that's always a good sign. The chicken came out a little over done and the skin wasn't crispy. I doused it with Old Bay and Bleu Cheese dipping sauce. Not worth a return visit.

And he says we have to eat here for best experience! He is right. Ordering is easy on the kiosk or an employee can help take your order up front. A large menu board shows you the options. We got two 3 tender meal combo (fries & drink) and a slaw. It took about 10 minutes to get our food but it's made to order. They kitchen/cooking/prep area is open so you can see them make it! Breading and frying the chicken & fries. Hot and fresh. They also check the temp of tenders for doneness. They dip the chicken, then they dust it. Comes with their Crimson sauce as well as ranch. The chicken was hot & juicy. The hot was spicy. Fries were hot and crispy. Ranch was good. Sauce was good. Only negatives were the pickles could have been thicker cut and fresher as well as the slaw. Slaw was vinegar based and wilted. Crunch & crispiness wasn't present. Food was on par with Daves and Canes. Maybe better in quality and price. I wished slaw came with meal. They played country music over the speakers so that's a big plus for me. Is it as good as Dave's or Cane's? My son says yes. I say maybe?

Their classic steak and cheese is delicious, but I love the steak and mushroom. You can 'edit' the sub any way you like, light lettuce, extra tomato, double meat : whatever you want, you got it! The bread always tastes fresh and the meat is packed in full. The sub is delicious eaten right away, but also still good an hour later or air fried for lunch the next day. You can get their sub combo for $14 which comes with fries (or UTZ chips) and a drink of choice, plus a pickle stick. Service: 5/5 : the owner (i think) is always there and super friendly; recently i had ordered a pick up order but their delivery driver mistakenly took it; he called her to come back right away and offered me a complimentary drink for the trouble. Ambiance: they have a few seats at their window counter; its mainly a togo/ grab n go shop so i wouldnt recommend eating there but i guess you could! --Definitely recommend checking out big bite for their steak and cheese!

As someone who appreciates a good pizza I'd appreciate the service so much more if whoever is MAKING and CUTTING the pizza I'm paying for wears gloves! I mean I think that's standard protocol and just sanitary. At this point it'll be a while until I go back but the next time I go back will be the last if you guys don't fix this. I'm not special, I think this should be protocol for anyone that orders anything there.

LOOK!!! Glory Days owes me absolutely nothing and I will be back!!…read more My friend and I came here for national wings day and I'm so glad we did!!! The inside isn't much to write about, a typical sports bar but extremely clean. But let's get into the goods! Our waitress was this small in stature Hispanic lady. I unfortunately can't remember her name but she was so sweet and attentive! We got there right as their happy hour deal was ending and she asked the manager if we could put one order of drinks in and still receive the deal. She also brought a sample basket of the appetizers to our table since we were first timers. A restaurant that knows how to treat their customers! The basket came with their boneless, traditional wings, pretzels, and Mac and cheese bites. The pretzel bites?! Fresh and perfectly soft inside but crunchy outside. And I normally hate pretzels because they can be dry. Same story with the Mac and cheese bites. Every bite of the basket grew my excitement for our main course. Every single item was delicious!! We literally paused after the first samples in genuine happiness. For national wings day, they had a $16 endless jumbo wings deal. We added endless fries which was an extra $3. We got the traditional and dry rub wings. They have a variety of sauces. For the dry rub, the put the sauce on the side and the traditional is mixed with the sauce. The dry rub by itself, sans sauce, is stellar. I honestly could've kept eating it just as is. The traditional was also really good but there's just something about the dry rub. The sauces we tried were all really good but I wasn't a fan of the teriyaki. By the end of the night, our bellies were overly full and ready to combust but truly some of the best wings and customer service I've had. Afterwards, we had to go for a walk in the parking lot to try and walk off some of the food. I will forever give praise to this restaurant. I came in not expecting much but was genuinely blown away. And also want to shout out the lovely black woman who brought out our food and assisted our waitress. Stellar service and food all around.
