This Glory Days is pretty good. The food is good, service is nice, friendly and efficient. I really enjoy the ribs, sliders, Cobb salad and pasta dishes. It has a nice vibe and a good layout. Plenty of TVs to watch all the sports you could want to see. They have a nice room for groups.

Grabbed a drink here since we were waiting on another reservation from a restaurant in the same plaza. Quite a nice all day happy hour. The margarita is no joke large, it's like two or three in one giant glass. Definitely get your moneys worth here. Their food menu also looked really good so I'll have to come back and try it out in addition to hitting up their happy hour again.

Went to watch a football game with friends, We got seated right away. The Appetizers came out quick, we got the Knockout Shrimp, Fried Pickles & Mac n' Cheese Bites. All appetizers were delicious. For entrees, we got the Chicken Garlic Penne Pasta, T bone steak and Cheesburger sliders. The Chicken Penne Pasta was not good, The Chicken was overly seasoned. The T-Bone steak was asked to be Medium, and it was Burnt and over cooked. The Cheesburger Sliders were Okay. Overall, although the service was good, the food quality was not. I do like how it's a good restaurant to watch sports but if i'd come again to watch a game , i'd stick to appetizers and drinks !

We come here a few times a year and sometimes service is lacking. However, last night and other times JT has taken amazing care of us. I always get something different to eat each time, and last night I tried the new monte cristo. It was deep fried, but not with the light batter that it typically comes with, so the crusts were a little hard. However, the inside was amazing. Hope the photo helps you decide!

We came here for dinner after taking our toddler to the Mason district park. It wasn't that crowded on a Saturday night, also lots of parking. The menu is big, we got a chicken tender and fries for our toddler, a salmon blt salad for myself and steak and frites for my husband. Service was fast and great. My toddler threw food everywhere, the restaurant greeter was kind enough to clean up after. It's a sports bar, the tv screens were abundant, which kept my toddler entertained. Food was great overall, I like my salad, the steak was a little overcooked per my husband. Chicken tender and fries came out fresh. This was a nice surprise, will definitely be back!

UPDATE: changing my review to 5 stars. The manager Bill was very prompt to responding to my initial review. Decided to give it another shot & went in with the fam. (By surprise so it wouldn't be any different). Our waitress Ruth was very kind & her service was 10/10. The food was delicious. Glory Wings were good as always. Tried their fried shrimp tonight & it was perfect! This Glory Days was my absolute favorite location in the entire dmv. I come here quite often with my family. We've done bday parties, family gatherings, take out, dine in we loved the food & the customer service. However, I do feel that the past few months the food quality and service has gone down. Tonight was honestly the cherry on top.. it wasn't busy at all as usually it's busy, yet the service was very slow. Our waitress took a long time to come & get our payment. Then the power went out... which had their system reset.. we waited 15-20mins just standing up doing nothing as we waited for our cards back. The glory wings were good per usual, my glory burger lacked sauce & flavor. the kids menu definitely needs tastier food options. their butter pasta was really dry & didn't even have the taste of butter. Ended up splitting my burger with my daughter because she didn't like her pasta & the waitress never came to check back on our table. I'm very disappointed

The food is what you would typically expect from bar food, do not expect to be wowed. They have a ton of wing flavors to try & a basic bar menu-- don't expect to be wowed by drinks either. Overall, the place could be cleaner & better taken care of, but is a solid place to come by & catch a game of two.

It's World Cup season, and a VA resident asked me where he should watch the game. I had not been…read morehere in years, but I usually remembered all of the TVs around and those epic wings and cocktails. He took my advice, and we decide to make it a full outing. We showed up an hour and a half before the game started and got the last table in the entire bar. If you know this place, you know it is huge. I knew it was a good option for watching the game, but I didn't realize everybody else knew too . Since my last visit years ago, they have switched to QR code orders -- unless you are sitting at the bar I'm guessing. As I said, the place was absolutely full, but there was never a long wait time between ordering and receiving food and drinks. They had a fun 20 wing platter for $25.99 with some unique flavors representing different countries... USA (Buffalo Garlic), Spain (pollo asado), South Korea (SPICY), and Mexico (Creamy Cilantro)... I think I got those right, but wow what a feast! Yeah, I didn't take a pic, I'm sorry lol. The cheapest cocktails were $6, but others ranged from $8-12, so not bad at all. Everyone had a great time and I forgot how fun it is. But my special someone is a 5 minute walk away, so I ought to be returning more regularly :). Oh, the only thing was that we had to ask for water and it wasn't brought otherwise. It was a hot day, and there were 6 of us, so we needed a lot of water haha. But a simple ask and it was brought out quickly. In my opinion, they should do it automatically though!

While it was hard to choose just one, we ultimately went with One Night in Bangkok, since the decor and strong reviews on both Yelp and Google caught our attention. We parked in the lot in the back, and the restaurant is located on the second floor, where Duangrat's (another Thai restaurant) is. Upon arriving around 5 PM, it was pretty empty. The restaurant shares its space with a small market, and the interior features lots of neon lights and bold decor, giving it a vibrant street-food vibe. Our server (who is also the owner) was extremely friendly. She walked us through the entire menu and recommended her favorites, making sure we always had water and felt comfortable throughout the meal. Between the three of us, we shared two appetizers, two entrees, and a dessert to wrap up our meal nicely. KANOM JEEB - 10 The shape reminded me of Cantonese siu mai, with open-faced filling wrapped with wonton skins. Each order came with four dumplings, generously stuffed with minced pork and corn, sitting atop a sweet, soy-based marinade. Unlike Cantonese siu mai, which is purely savory, these had a noticeable sweetness. I really enjoyed them, so much so that my friends let me have the last one. SAMOSAS - 12 Each order came with four samosas, stuffed with potatoes and (possibly) peas. The pastry was very crispy, and the filling was well-seasoned and flavorful. They tasted freshly prepared, as they arrived hot while we were eating. PAD SI EW - 17 +1 for beef As basic as pad si ew is, it's one of my favorite Thai dishes. The wide rice noodles were quite fresh and pleasantly chewy, with a good amount of Chinese broccoli and beef stir-fried in. The sauce was spot-on -- savory with hints of sweetness. I also liked that the fried egg on top was really fluffy, allowing the sauce to seep through nicely. Overall, a solid dish. RABIENG'S ROAST PORK CURRY - 18 We asked for the curry to be mild since two of us have a very low spice tolerance, but even then one of my friends was sweating profusely. The roast pork was incredibly juicy and tender, which we loved. The curry itself was flavorful, though a bit overpowering and salty, which meant I had to eat a lot of rice to balance it out. The tomatoes added a nice touch of sweetness. CHINESE BEIGNETS - 9 To wrap things up, we enjoyed an order of Chinese beignets (aka 油条). They were perfectly fried and topped with powdered sugar and a light drizzle of condensed milk. Surprisingly light despite being fried dough, this dessert was highly recommended by the owner, who emphasized how well the chef prepares it, and she wasn't wrong. Definitely worth ordering! Overall, the food was good, and we were satisfied with our choices. The was more than enough for all three of us, and everything came at a very affordable price.
