He avoided eye contact, spoke in a low and uninterested tone, and gave the impression that he was annoyed we were even there to place an order. Customer service felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the experience got worse when our order was incorrect. We specifically ordered two pepperoni pizzas but received two cheese pizzas instead. Mistakes can happen, but combined with the lack of effort and poor attitude, it felt like there was little care put into either the service or the order. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or like an inconvenience when simply ordering food. I hope management addresses both customer service and order accuracy at this location.

I was beyond underwhelmed when I opened the box. 3 pieces of mushroom maybe. I took strategic bites where there were bits of topping. So all told my supper was about 9 bites of pizza. I should've looked at the pie before I left the store. It's funny that they scrimped on vegetable toppings which are cheap. I didn't ask for a ton of meat and cheeses: the toppings that actually cost money.

I often will eat the sandwich from my car b/c it tastes amazing fresh but this time I decided to eat it when I got home, which was about 17 min or so from this KFC. The aluminum sandwich bag was huge and the sandwich inside matched it's size. As far as taste, the sandwich was good but it wasn't at it's usual "amazing" status. It didn't taste as fresh as all the other KFC spicy sandwiches I've had. It tasted like it might have been sitting for a bit and not like it came straight to me from the frying pan. I also noticed the sandwich was nearly a dollar more than the price I usually pay at the Pearland KFC'S. At any rate, the service was good and the sandwich was ok. Probably best to ask for a fresh sandwich to ensure you don't get one that's been sitting under a lamp. Also, this is a decent KFC to go to if you're craving it and in the area but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.
