Visiting family in Alvin and needed to order pizza. Family said Bing wasn't that great and to go with Pizza Hut if we wanted to stick close. Haven't had Pizza Hut in years and felt like the New Yorker style pizza was not bad at all!!! A coupon was available for this XL pizza for 13.99, so not unreasonable. Been going to Pizza Hut for many years. Had a horrible experience last night. Ordered my pizza also an hour ahead of time for pick up at 7:00 pm. I arrived at 7:05 pm. There were two other patrons waiting in line so I decided to have a seat. The girl was helping another customer with a large order for tomorrow and completely ignored everyone else. I ask if there was someone else that could help us when the first person in lin told me that he had already been waiting 15 minutes. The girl only answered " we are busy". I ordered a large thin crust pizza last night that was one of the best I have had from Pizza Hut. It was half ground beef and sausage and half veggie lovers with pepperoni. It was not at all greasy and the toppings were plentiful and delicious! I phoned in the order and picked it up. It was ready on time and hot and fresh. The lady working there was very nice. Is serving pizzas really all that stressful that being rude to customers is necessary? Placed an order, what was delivered was incorrect. I called and the lady that answered was very rude and constantly interrupted me and told me the information I gave her about my order vs. what they delivered was irrelevant. This is by far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever spent money at. I ordered a pizza for delivery on 11-21-18 delivery man was pleasant , the pizza was terrible . I live 1.9 miles away and it was barely warm which tells me it either sat too long at store or it was In the car forever. The worst part was the pizza wasn't cut. You can't go wrong with Pizza Hut so I thought. Ordered my pizza for carryout and came to the store and was told my pizza was still in the oven and it be 10 minutes. Lobby was full of people waiting. I waited and waited as lobby filled up more and more and still no pizza. I will never order from this location again. There is nothing I hate more than waiting. read more

Must be a problem with all Pizza Huts. I'm new to the area. I live 5 minutes from this Pizza Hut location. I receive a call that they don't deliver to my location. We just received our order. We used the online app which was pretty easy but when we got our order it was wrong. I tried to call and fix it but when you call the local number it isn't even to the alvin store. They only can take messages and pass them along. Wth? How is that going to fix the problem timely? Long story short they made a pizza for me that had no sauce on it, returned it as politely as possible as I know better to not give people who are handling your food a hard time and watched as all the crew hovered around the new pizza being made for me and took it home, box was soaking wet on the bottom; red flag #1.
