I had a disappointing experience at this Domino's location. From the moment we walked in, the employee who took our order seemed to have a very poor attitude. He avoided eye contact, spoke in a low and uninterested tone, and gave the impression that he was annoyed we were even there to place an order. Customer service felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the experience got worse when our order was incorrect. We specifically ordered two pepperoni pizzas but received two cheese pizzas instead. Mistakes can happen, but combined with the lack of effort and poor attitude, it felt like there was little care put into either the service or the order. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or like an inconvenience when simply ordering food. I hope management addresses both customer service and order accuracy at this location. read more

I have to start with this: the employees are hustling. I don't know effective the hustle is but they're moving fast. It's 8pm on a Friday night so this is likely prime go time at Dominoes. I ordered a medium pizza that was supposed to have pepperoni, onions, green bell peppers, olives, mushrooms and diced tomatoes. A lot of vegetable toppings. I was beyond underwhelmed when I opened the box. 3 pieces of mushroom maybe. I took strategic bites where there were bits of topping. So all told my supper was about 9 bites of pizza. I should've looked at the pie before I left the store. It's funny that they scrimped on vegetable toppings which are cheap. I didn't ask for a ton of meat and cheeses: the toppings that actually cost money. read more

Service is awful. Don't expect a smiling face in this store. I get it, restaurant business is tough... a simple acknowledgment of one's humanity should be the bare minimum. No one likes being handed food and a window being closed in their face. Especially when they're requesting additional items. read more

The quality of the food has really went down tonight I ordered pizza for my family and when we got home and started dinner we notice there was hair in the food I called them and he said I needed to bring the pizza back so they could expect it. Mind you the hair was clearly not anyone in my homes hair, we are African America and that hair was long and stringy Not only am I disappointed in my food I'm disappointed in how this is being handled They don't ever have to worry about me eating from this location ever again. (Funny how I call them before I ordered my dinner and let them know that my last two orders have not been made properly and then I get hair in my food.) read more

I usually order from you guys every now and then. The pizza I got you can tell has been sitting on the rack pre stretched for quite a while. Bottom was super flakey and hard. I used to work at a dominos and know it's because it was sitting on the rack pre stretched.... Not cool.. it was 11/17/24 Saturday around 9:40-10. I get it's late but still read more

Always late, like crazy late. You can order hours in advance, the so called tracker shows it in the quality check stage for 35-45 minutes and when you get it an hour later....if you're lucky, it's very cold. If you call the store you will get a very clueless employee that reads from a prescripted excuse list. Ridiculous. I've ordered my last order from here. Update, showed up an hour late and COLD read more

They disabled the carryout option after a certain time on the app and then say "Well you can still come to the drive thru and order that way" like it was some kind of convenient favor. So we did. Long story short they charged $13.99 for ONE MEDIUM PIZZA. Because carryout was disabled apparently you can't use coupons when ordering because technically ordering through the drive thru only is kind of backdoor and not normal procedure. We could've gotten the large for $1 more and they didn't say anything. Same with other bogo coupons that would've enabled us to save a lot of money as most Dominos locations do. Eat Dominos, just not this one. Make the drive to Friendswood. read more

I called in my order and drove through to pick it up. It was on time, hot, fresh, and a great price for 3 large pizzas. Great experience!

what happened at my favorite pizza place. we eat pizza every week, but lately I can't get a decent pizza. I order double beef double cheese pan but there's always so many bubbles( an air pocket that bubbles up) in the crust. they cause the sauce and ingredients to pool. sometimes they're around the edge and sometimes they're in the center. either way ruins the pie. out of the last 8 pizzas, one was done right. last night the bubbles were all the way around the outside. I always recut them so they'll separate easily. when I attempted to pickup a slice, everything slid off. it happened on every slice. There should be a place to attach pictures to Prove my point. I really don't want to go to the store because my frustration will come out as rage. read more

I love this location it's close fast working and has great food and the employees are really friendly and very helpful

Pizza is good but the service is not.I understand that they are very busy on the weekend but during the week forget it!!!!! They made me wait at the drive through service during the week around 2pm.Not a customer in sight except me.I waited 4 min.for someone to actually take my order.then to tell me its gunna take 20 min.for a hot and ready. This happened a few times and I just left.how can the employees be outside smokeing ciggaretts or chatting with there friends outside when cars are at the window? They are not friendly nor do they apologize for the wait at the window, and not seeing anyone for 4 min.seems like a very long time when I dont see an employee in sight. read more

I recently ordered from this dominoes location. I had it delivered . Delivery guy named Jake. The pizza we ordered was ok but Jake brightened my day. During the covd19 pandemic these kids are risking their lives to deal with people. They deserve raises and way extra tip $ in their pocket. He was funny and very courteous and quick with delivery. Everyone reading please be aware that the kids are putting themselves out there and to make sure we take care of this new generation of kids. Jake deserves a raise!!!! I give 5 stars for this kid!! read more

I wrote a review describingthe poorservice and quality, domino's responded by requesting me to complete a survey, of which I did, basically repeated myself, they stated they would follow up with me, nothing yet, only lots of advertisements, SCAM read more

Have always received excellent service and pizza but this time was very disappointing. Both Pizza's were late, cold and just not good. Called and was told they could send another pizza but that was all. Not willing to wait another 45 minutes, I didn't accept. Very disappointed! read more

Saying Dominos is not the best is an understatement. Dominos is white wash fast food dog shit. I'd rather wait it out or pay the extra money eating local than eating at Dominos again. Stating that a meal deal is a positives is like saying "I didn't mind eating that dog shit because it came at a reasonable price and WITH BREAD STICKS"! Fast food is ruining cuisine. read more

Not much to say. Took almost 2 hours to get 1 pizza delivered. Cold and overcooked. Disappointing.

Horrible service. Even after so many bad reviews they still have horrible costumer service. I guess management isn't doing anything to resolve this matter. From bad Costumer service to dry pastas. To Employees with a attitudes. I left a review 2 years ago. I tired this same place 2 years later only to see nothing has changed. This will be the last time I come to this location. read more

We ordered two pizzas inside store. Told it would be 20 minutes. Came back in 20 but was told it would be another 10 because they forgot a topping on one of the pizzas. Our other pizza stayed in warmer. Don't have proof but pretty sure they noticed missing topping after the pizza was done but instead of starting a new one they put topping on the cooked one and sent it back through...that one was toasted and overcooked. That one turned out to be my husband's and he's way more forgiving than I am. read more

Not the best pizza I've ever had but pretty darned tasty. Right now they have a coupon for any size with all the toppings you want for $8.99. And they're super speedy. I ordered a large thin crust with extra beef, bacon, peppers, onions and mushrooms and it was here in 23 minutes! Great service and the pizza was delicious. Best part? I have plenty of leftovers for dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow. The thin crust reheats really well in the oven. read more

I like dominos, but delivery had no salad dressing. And there was a dead bug in my salad. Cooked food was very good. Delivery was quick. They asked for cash when I had intended on using a credit card. Deliverer forgot the salads. Had to wait for him to go back and get them, but he was still faster than expected. read more

Gave us the wrong order, and when we asked for a resolution they refused to help us. I will not be going back.

Ridiculous wait time. The app said my pizza was ready for pickup but I had to sit there and wait for 40 minutes. I and the half dozen people in the lobby received very poor service. I will always order in person to speak to a real person it keeps people employed instead of a computer, which by the way if you think about it computers will take all jobs away one day. The last two times I have ordered pizzas for home delivery they have been absolutely terrible. This order today was of the WORST quality I have ever experienced in my 70 years! The food quality has gone South since they moved into their new location. They have simply put lipstick on a Pig. I ordered 2 thin crust speciality pizzas; extravaganza and Pacific veggie- how can you screw those up? Both pizzas were sopping in Grease. The marble cookie brownie was so greasy that it discolored the paper on the bottom of the cardboard container. The only positive was the two 2 ltr. Diet cokes. 45.00 and a 10.00 tip later- here I sit- disappointed and hungry. NO MORE!!!!- if I want pizza I will call papa Johns or even Pizza Hut. What a shame - dominoes on Coombs used to have GREAT PIZZA- corporate needs to focus on the training of kitchen staff and worry less about how great the building looks---- reminds me of a certain political party that is not well thought of in Brazoria County. read more

I ordered a carry out pizza at 4:45 this evening & arrived around 5:10 to pick it up. The cashier stated that the pizza was not ready yet & told us to wait 5-10 more minutes, after we paid for it. We waited in the parking lot and after about 5 minutes we came back to see if the pizza was ready. Approximately 10 minutes passed and finally the manager came over and told us that one of the employees ate a slice of our pizza and that we can wait an additional 10 minutes for another one..... At this point we were already disappointed at the service and asked for our refund. She was pretty hesitant on giving us our refund back and was persistent on us waiting for another pizza, which we refused and took our business else where. read more
