April 25, 2023 Was in the area so we stopped for a shake (they use hey Mickey's ice cream) I had the Kane's cookie shake and my friend had the strawberry one. (see menu photo for ingredients) Mine was delicious and $16 but, it had 2 big chocolate chip cookies on top, buttercream rim, crumbled cc cookie, chocolate+ caramel syrup on top. Sugar HIGH! My friend had a strawberry shake (hey Mikey's ice cream) and she didn't like the flavor and there were no real strawberries in it for $10. She's a DQ kinda girl, so don't take her opinion to heart. I finished her shake (oink) and it was yummy! (.50 cents of every shake sold goes to Kidz Harbor) Real nice staff. Bible verses everywhere. The owners are Adrian Hembree and VJ Nandlal who were on the wrong road back in the day and didn't have God in their lives; once blind now they see! They buy their meat from local ranchers and ice cream from a local ice cream shop. (these people are in photos on their walls) The restaurant is huge and has a nice outdoor space, as well as, a cozier inside space. I like their story. I like the staff. Last night my husband and I went here for dinner. We have been here 4 other times and it was always pretty good. Service has always been great. Tonight we had a horrible experience! There were over a dozen flies swarming our table. We wanted to have a nice evening that didn't consist of trying to kill flies. We sat inside and it was hot in the restaurant. I went to the restroom and my shoes kept sticking to the floor. They really need to do a deep cleaning of this restaurant. The food is very pricey. $20 for pizza and $26 for shrimp pasta. We love the flavors here. The salads are very generous and the starters are full of flavor! The Wagyu beef and pork meatballs are a favorite of ours. Perfectly seasoned and the sauce has a nice kick at the end that makes you want to eat more . The pizzas are delicious, thin and fresh dough - you will want to eat it from tip to crust! Normally we just get cheese but from here we like the spicy Hawaiian. The shakes are picture worthy but not calorie worthy in my opinion. Nothing special to them in terms of flavor. Ours had more whipped cream than actual shake . This is not your average pizzeria. This place has a charm to it.... cute and cozy. We have never been seated outside but they have a nice patio for bigger groups and kids. I have given a fair few five star ratings, and I've tried to do so in all honesty, but of all my reviews this rating is upon the most well deserved. I can't sing enough praises about this place. I seriously don't know how you can do pizza anywhere else in the Alvin area. The chefs are incredible, every single menu item I've tried has been wonderful. The items are both fresh and familiar, they serve many classic dishes but done right! I mean the fact that this place isn't packed every single night is beyond me. I've gone here during the week and on weekends, and never had it been crowded. I've stated that the food was fantastic, and the service follows perfectly in suit. I've been well served on every occasion, and the servers have always been really genuine and welcoming. We really, really wanted to enjoy this more than we did. The staff we interacted with was friendly, but the pizza was just "good" -- not a good value for the price. The toppings seemed fresh, but we weren't fans of the somewhat sweet sauce. The music was also extremely loud and very distracting. And last, when paying, you use the mobile device handed to you. I had been wanting to try this place for awhile. The menu sounds great and the pizzas and shakes look good. We stopped by and had the cheesy bread and I got a pizza with sausage and hot honey. The food was just alright. It was a cute little spot in downtown Alvin. Some little photo op spots all around the restaurant. Service was good, friendly and quick. We did order a milk shake because they looked so good. We got it Togo and after we paid they told us they couldn't make a full shake so did we just want half even though we paid for it already or a different flavor. Nothing else really sounded good to us but we ended up mixing two flavors. It was disappointing. I would probably not go back to this spot. Maybe could've offered us a gift card for our next visit or free app and I would've gone back but felt like the food was not great and management could've stepped up. read more

We dined at The Grace tonight and found it to be a mixed experience. We ordered the Margarita and the Heat Wave pizzas. Unfortunately, the Margarita was quite bland; the sauce lacked sufficient salt, I added pepperoni which was fine but I also added meatballs and those also had no flavor. The Heat Wave had more flavor but was overly soggy with an excess of cheese and was just not enjoyable to eat. While the Margarita wasn't as soggy as the Heat Wave, it still had a soggy center. On a positive note, the restaurant itself is beautiful, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I was impressed with the wine selection, and the beer options were good as well. I would consider returning to try the pasta and enjoy more wine. However, if the pasta is on par with the pizza, it might be my last visit. read more

Meh, not worth the cost or stomach space. My party tried the Birthday cake, Cookie , and Cinnamon. They were OK at best. The biggest complaint was the Pastry components were cold/frozen, which made them very dense and un appetizing. also the taste of the pastry was not that good. At $15 a shake I would have expected better quality/value. All in all dont even bother with them just hit up DQ. Final opinion is a nice family friendly spot with a limited menu, but some very good pizza. If you are in the area defiantly check it out, but not worth going way out of your way for. read more

I've had this place on my radar for a few weeks now. We've been itching to see what the hype was all about and finally fulfilled our wonderment. Upon arrival, I was confused which door was the entrance. I saw someone use the patio area entrance, but that red door was calling me. The plaque next to it was a fun read. We entered and were seated immediately. I was bummed to learn that the shake I ordered was discontinued. Nonetheless, the second choice shake came out first, then the pizza shortly after. My son had a hard time eating his pizza. The cheese was extremely hot and stringy/greasy it all kind of fell off after the first bite. The crust is usually my guilty pleasure, but was way too burnt/crunchy for my liking. The shake appeared monstrous -was plenty for two. The staff were amazing. They all did a stellar job making their rounds. No congregating in a corner to ignore tables like other places, they all played a part in keeping up with tables. They checked on us often but never in an annoying way. Refilled our drinks. And the manager walked around to every table inquiring their experience. Customer service goes a long way in small business and this place is top notch for that! While the food isn't my absolute favorite, the service, quiet location , inspirational quotes, clean decor, and photo-ops are enough to bring me back. Our first time ordering here online. When I came by to pick up, it was not ready. Oh, we did not check the online orders was thetheir excuse. The place was dead. No other customers or orders pending. So I had to wait. Brought Supreme pizza home. The pizza had so many clumped red pepper flakes that it made the pizza too spicy to eat. The artichoke dip was more of a soup. I ordered Supreme Grace pizza & I loved the array of high quality meats! For dessert, I got the brownie shake. That guy was a monster. We were SO EXCITED to try this place out. We love pizza and shakes. But we were both disappointed. There was a short wait which was to be expected since this restaurant is still fairly new. We finally decided to eat on the patio but that was a big mistake. At the hostess area, there's NO ROOM at all. You either have to stand outside in the heat and wait for your table or be in the way inside right in front of the doors. Sodas are in cans which personally I don't like. I asked for a cup with ice but that's just a personal preference. We started off with the spinach dip. It was very rich and cheesy but it needed a little more salt IMO. My hubs and I shared a pepperoni and sausage pizza. We both only ate 1 piece which is not like us. It was thin and nothing remarkable unfortunately. They were not generous with the sausage either. There was maybe 3-4 small pieces on the whole pizza. We didn't order a shake because we were too full. But we saw a few people did. They looked really yummy and fun. The birthday cake shake comes with sparklers that light up! (Side note: My sister and her family have been and we're not impressed with their over-priced shakes at all.) We sat outside and the flies were all over our food so that was a bummer. We really wanted to love this place since it's close to home. 10/10, excellent place to go. Finally some good dinner in Alvin!! Pizza had a seasoning that was particularly flavorful right between the cheese and the crust. Alissa was our server and was prompt and attentive. Tina the host was very friendly and welcoming. She was really helpful over the phone. We ordered the brownie shake and it was delicious -- the brownie was a more dark chocolate brownie which went really good with the shake. My wife said the brownie was the "perfect brownie," because it tasted like a dark chocolate brownie but wasn't bitter. My boys had the shake with the double doozie cookie on top. The shake was good -- cookie was too sweet and they didn't eat it but the shakes are so huge they had plenty anyway! I love that they offer turkey as a topping on pizzas. I went in at lunch on a Friday at noon. Place wasn't too busy but there was only one server in the front of house. She was very busy tending to the four or five tables she had and it was obvious she was working hard, but she was obviously also over stretched. The food cook time was way longer than it should have been for a regular crust pizza. I ended up having to ask for my order to go because it was taking so long. The pizza was pretty solid although there could have been more toppings and less crust. The most appalling thing was the price!!! It cost ~$40 for one pizza, 2 side of ranch, an iced tea and a tip. Cute little place in a cute little area in Alvin. My buddy and I stopped in for a milkshake to curb the ice cream craving! I had vanilla and she had chocolate. Plain and simple. Well it is Valentine's Day and we make a reservation for our first time here and we get sat right away! Awesome. Then comes the bad news. :( We see a lot of different tables getting food and shakes. However we keep waiting and waiting and waiting 47 minutes. And out comes our pizza! We ordered an Appetizer it did not come out. That is my biggest "ick" at a restaurant especially waiting 47 minutes FOR AN APPETIZER that comes out after the food. So then they took our cheesy bread to another table. Left a sour taste in my mouth rip off will not come back. :( I will say the server was nice though but 70$ for 2 tiny pizzas and no appetizers and a 50 minute waiting period is not worth it. Love this place. We went and picked strawberries at Frobergs the to Grace's pizza for lunch... after a stop at the park next door to Graces. It's a beautiful Texas day. Enjoyed it all. Our group had garlic knots- the dipping sauce was awesome. A malt yum!, standard pepperoni , I had BBQ pizza and a delicious salad with Gorgonzola, walnuts, grapes, it was even better than the Pizza and That is Hard to do!!' I had the pleasure off trying Grace Pizza and Shakes in Alvin on Friday. We were greeted and welcomed by all the staff. The inside is sheek and modern with some simple flair. We wanted to sample a variety of items on the menu as we eat out alot and love pizza. We ordered the Meatball app and the Spinach dip. Both items were top notch and packed full of flavor. We also ordered 4 pizza's. I'm a meat eater so of course I favored the RC pizza which has by far been the best pizza I have ever had. My wife and kids all raved about awesome there pizzas were also. This has now become our families #1 spot in Alvin. If you like deserts they have so really awesome shakes. Make sure you save plenty of room as they are top with add ons like giant cookies, cakes, cotton candy, etc. We ordered 3 for our family of 6 and had trouble finishing them they were so big. You definitely get all your money's worth at this place. We got to meet the owner and several staff members who talked about how grateful they were to be joining the Alvin community. They also are donating to kids harbor a portion of every Birthday cake shake sold. Let's show everyone how much we appreciate good family owned businesses coming into Alvin. We've been going here for a few years now. It used to be our go-to spot but lately it seems like the food quality is going downhill. At our most recent visit the pizza was very greasy to the point that you couldn't even pick up a piece of pizza without it basically disintegrating from the grease. We had to eat it with a fork. We haven't been coming as often because the prices are just too high for low quality. One plus is the service is usually great every time we go. Some servers are more attentive than others, though. Hopefully Grace is just going through a rough patch and will get better soon because we used to love it! read more

We used to love it here. Took an hour for a takeout pizza tonight. Order placed just before 1900 on 12/12 and there were only two, two top tables in the dining area. Two customers came in after me who had ordered their pizzas 30 minutes after I did. All of our pizzas came out at the same time. The waitress shrugged and said, it doesn't always take an hour! And insisted all the orders came in at the same time, despite the other customers claims they had placed theirs before mine.
