ordered online. waited for 30 minutes and people that ordered after me got their food first. had to go in twice to ask where order was and they still didn't have it ready. when I finally received pizza it was dried out and cold. nothing I ordered was fresh or hot or ready! very disappointed. also there were a lot of teens hanging out in the prep area that weren't employees. read more

Wow. Horrible customer service and the pizza isn't much better. I know it's only $5 a pizza so I really don't expect a lot but they advertise hot and fresh and heck I'd be happy with just hot. I'm not even worried about fresh. Just heat the dang thing up for me. We've been here a few times and just plan on heating the pizza up in the oven which kinda defeats the quick meal part but we've only gotten hot pizza once. I do like that they have a drive thru which is super convenient. Because really you go to Little Caesars when you're feeling lazy or just dang tired from a long day, so when you don't even have to get out of the car? Winner winner cold pizza dinner! But the customer service? Yikes. The last time we got a pepperoni and a cheese and neither box felt even a little warm. They felt like they had been sitting on the counter. So when hubby asked how long these has been our of the oven, the worker slammed the drive thru door in his face. Other times they have acted like it's a huge ordeal to take a special order, or even to take an order. It's sad that the workers hate their customers so much, as their customers keep the place open. We may or may not go back, depending on how desperate we are and how masochist we feel that day. We did send in feedback once but never heard back, so I'm assuming management doesn't care either. This could be so much better....and it wouldn't take a lot. Just people at least acting like they care and maybe turning the pizza holding oven up a few degrees. Until then I'll probably just buy a cheap frozen pizza. It won't taste any worse and the customer service will be much better! read more

Ok Yes, we got there close to closing time....but the lights were on and so was the drive through. Only to wait for about 5 mins...until 10pm.... To be told sorry we are closed . I guess the company does Not like money or the business. That is okay....Pizza hut appreciates your rudeness... And loves our business. I will Never go to Little Caesars ever again. Bread sticks were burnt. Pizza was aged. Hardly any cheese and it was burnt. Pizza wasn't cut very well... basically had to tear the slices away. Nothing about dealing with this little Caesar's was positive. Poor. read more

This place blows. Tastes like cardboard and they have some really rude/unprofessional workers. Not to mention the hot and ready pizzas are rarely ready or have been ready and in the warmer before u ordered. Only good for folks with lots to feed with little money....kids.....or folks thatbhave had a few adult pops. read more

They burn the cheese on my pizza about every 3rd time I order. They call it al dente. I'll never go back!

I usually go to Little Caesars as a last minute resort .... but tonight we went there and bought several pizzas and think they were the absolute BEST pizzas EVER!!!! The pizzas were hot and fresh. The Crazy Bread was the best we've had in YEARS!!! Hoping this freshness continues! read more

This place is ridiculous right now. The guy in the front of house is running every which way, and is lacking in customer service today which is surprising for this place. It's usually much better than this. For having to wait 15 minutes to get our cheese pizza the least they could have done was given us a fresh pepperoni pizza and not one that tastes like it had been in the warming drawer for an hour read more

We always enjoyed ceasers,although there are to many deep potholes going through the drive through wasn't to bad,well, now as retarded genius came up we ith a brilliant idea to tar the ground,I went through drive through today and my tires got all tarred up and I felt nauseous from the tar smell and didn't even want to eat after that smell,Just wait till summer when the Texas sun beats down on that tar melting it.yall make slot of money selling pizza,why can't yall even afford to fill holes with cement? I quit buying any pizzas with meat at this location after noticing the meat was slightly off and I would get the runs from their pizzas. I now buy the pizzas at the Little Caesars in Dickinson Tx. at 517 and 646. Now their pizzas are great. Not so in Alvin. read more

Best Little Caesar's I have had with friendly service. Beats Domino's who were paying employees to wave signs in the parking lot because this place is better, cheaper and taking their business away. Far better here than Domino's and far less expensive as well. read more
