Absolutely no complaints! First time here and the place was nice and clean. The guy that waited on us was polite and quick to customize our pizza. We asked for the ingredients to be divided into a meat side and non meat side. The employee did it carefully and perfectly so that when it was cut into six pieces (11 inch) it was done so that no piece had half meat and half vegetable on it. The ingredients were fresh and plentiful. We also ordered two side salads: one garden salad and one a Caesar salad. It was nice to see that the bowls were of a good size and the ingredients mixed thoroughly with the dressing. I will definitely put this on the rotation when I want pizza fast! Pizzas were cold when I picked it up at about 3:50pm. The salad greens were wilted, brown and soggy. I would guess that this salad was one or two days old. The flavor was good but overall disappointed with the quality of the food of this order. The service was good. They called me and helped straighten up my online order before I arrived. read more

Absolutely amazing service!! One of the better locations that has attentive staff members. I've not been asked if I wanted vegan cheeze to be added first to the crust before at a MOD, however, this location asked that question and it really made a difference to the overall pie when it came to tasting. I did not even have to ask the staff member to add vegan cheeze again to the top of the pie before it went into the oven, they already knew that is what I wanted. They gave me extra vegan sausage without no extra charge (all because not everyone chooses the vegan sausage pieces). That gave me happiness radiating throughout my mind. It was like I had won the lottery, I'd hit jackpot. The staff even asked, "how would you like your pizza cooked, to crisp, or well done? That's a first. The Pearland location may have been my favorite for distance and convenience, however, they aren't this good in terms of service. Of course, I had to let him know that I did not prefer burnt bottoms. Now, the restaurant is clean and they have a variety of common drinks. The pizza was delicious, especially with the balsamic fig glaze. It was creamy with the vegan cheeze, and that mod mega dough bread was crispy, but soft like a pillow, but cooked. Great location, don't sleep on this location. This was our second time back within weeks! Staff is super helpful and friendly. This time we took our nephews with us and they enjoyed it just as much as we did. Crust on the thin MOD pizza is bomb! I wish I could leave a negative star. Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, took about an hour to get here, they were both cold ( out of the fridge cold). 1 should have been Canadian bacon, Asiago, balsamic and basil, they clearly stopped making it half way through. There was no basil or Asiago, it was the bacon with cheddar and balsamic, just disgusting. read more

The guy on the line tells us to hold on so he could start what appeared to be an online order then proceeded to go in the back with the other employee. MOD is marvelous!! Love this Pizza so much. I'm a KETO girl do I have to be super strict on some foods. I love that MOD has fresh ingredients and yummy Gluten Free crusts. Mod is always delightful. I'll be honest, we originally came to Hopdoddy but the wait was ridiculous (because they only have one cashier) so we came here instead. Less than 5 min wait. Our pizza was out instantly and it was crispy!!! Sometimes at these style pizza places the middles are soggy because they're thin but mod is always perfect. I've been to several mods in the area. This one and the ones in league city are great! The Pearland location can be improved. The topics are always fresh and you can get as many and as much as you want. The one thing mod is missing that blaze has is fresh mozzarella balls. I love margherita pizza. Their drink choices are different and delicious (I mix both the regular and the red lemonade) Don't forget the "no name cake". It's a way better version of the ding dong. read more

We wanted delivery as we are a block away and my husband just had knee surgery. . The service at this particular location is awesome! The employees are quick yet concise when taking orders and are very nice even though I order 1263789 toppings. The crust is also extremely crispy! I don't know if they make their dough differently or if their oven is newer but sometimes my pizza tends to get soggy at other locations. So major plus to that. this is the second time I visit the restaurant and order four pizzas they we're burnt in fact they burnt two pizzas of a dine-in customer and had to remake those. since I was taking my four pizzas home I guess they figured she won't notice until she gets home well I did I noticed I should have said something before but I'm saying it now because now it's happened a second time. This time though the cauliflower pizza was way over cooked I kept wondering why she kept the cauliflower Pizza in the oven much longer than the double crust and the other regular crust Pizza my daughter and I were highly disappointed it was as hard as a brick. Also they need to add more sauce to the pizza it's way too dry. We love mod pizza but we're probably going to have to chill for a bit not craving it as much as we used to.
